Hi, When edit the row, you can configure the options in Bakcground section. You can use visual composer when edit the product content. Please configure visual composer plugin: http://newsmartwave.net/wordpress/porto/documentation/#plugin_configuration We used default woocommerce shortcodes. Default woocommerce shortcodes don’t have a pagination.
Hi! I need to be able to add a banner advert above the header. Some themes I’ve seen have something called a “hook” so you can put a shortcode in it and it will display the advert. Is this something I can add to this theme? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Could you backup theme options before update theme? You can export theme options in Theme Options > Import & Export.
After update theme, please import again theme options.

Hi, 1. When edit the page, please select the sidebar menu in view options. You can create the menu lik the main one. You should select the page layout to 2 columns layout. 2.Please configure “Show Main Menu in Sidebar” options in Theme Options > Menu.

I added a product in woocommerce with external link, and named it “Buy Now”. Now from the product page, the link works fine. but It doesn’t work on Product Archive page. Is there a way I can make it wok so that it can go to the external link directly from the archive page?

I’m trying to add an image that stretches across the full width of the page. I’ve tried using a banner block and I’ve tried adding a single image in a row. In both occasions the image gets placed into the block or row at less than full scale and then gets scaled up or stretched to the full width which makes it pixelated.
How can I add an image at full width without it getting pixelated?

Hi there, I am developing a site different from your demo pages, but using your great theme for all of it’s amazing features. I am having a problem using the VC. Elements on my home page are all set to full width no paddings and the first three sections butt up nicely above and below each other with zero padding. Then on the fourth section there is a 150 – 200 px gap between elements and no content between. I can shuffle all of the page elements around and in that same place (4th row) the gap keeps persisting. Do you have any advice?

Hi, Please regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. You should change the background type to dark and save changes. You should click “Theme CSS”, “Plugins CSS”, etc..

I hope you will be fine and doing good. On 2/3/2016 i submit a support query via support form and didn’t get the reply yet. The issue was with “Select Options” button on related products and product archives. If the product have variations and attributes, by clicking on “select options” button in related product or product archives section, it goes to undefined 404 page. I have mailed you the live links to see this issue.
