Hello i’m trying to make some changes to the themes in the settings, but with not success. 1) Change the color of top border color of top menu
2) I’m trying to change some pages to have different layout, like full width or other. But all pages are remaining the same like default no matter which custom layout i’m choosing.
3) In some pages I have a featured image. But I don’t always wish the picture to be always displayed at the head of the page. In other themes I could choose if to show it or not..
4) How do I manually change the font groups? I want to edit them.

I am customizing Header Template #8. I edited that file file to echo the social icons after and inline with the top-nav menu. However, when it renders the icons, they are not styled the same as they are in “header-top”. Are you able to tell me where/how I would go about restyling those icons to the smaller ones (with no background colors/border/etc). Thank you!

Hello. I have just uploaded the new version of Porto theme. I am having troubles with some new problems : I tried to upload some images through the WP Media Uploader but I can’t upload images exceeding about 2000×1500. I get this message displayed : “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”
A few days ago, I had no problem uploading larger images. I tried to upload once again an image that was previously in my Media Library but this time, it didn’t work. I also tried to change the maximum size limit in WP > Settings > Medias but it is still not working. The upload works fine when I use Filezilla but I have to be able to do this through WP.
I am not an expert but I have the feeling this is due to the new version of Porto. Could you please help me to fix the problem ? Thank you !
Hello ! After hours struggling with this issue, I have just found a solution for the Media upload issue.
I have 2 other questions, both refering to the mobile version of my website :

Is there a way to get faster updates for the plugins included in this theme? For example, now there is a new version for WPBakery Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer….

9 days ago you said you will upload new version “this week”... Is it too hard to give your buyers the option to get the plugins included sooner as they have new updates? At least 2 plugins have new versions for more than 10 days.

Hello! I’m in love with this theme and want to purchase it but I have one UX-related thing stopping me from doiing so.
When you load a page and start scrolling it right away, it pauses for a second; then continues to scroll. It is consistent between multiple browsers and multiple pages I tried. Do you have any solution?
I didn’t check this issue. We enabled smooth scroll on demos.

Hi, the theme description says the theme works with the ‘Woocommerce Product Filter plugin’. It did, but after the latest update of this plugin it does’t anymore. Also the ajax functionality(next and previous page) wasn’t working before the latest update. The filter now doesn’t do anything, it just shows the same products after filtering. Are you aware of this problem and can this be fixed?

i solved now the problem is, there is white color background afer page content, i want to remove it by doing same color as page content.
Please check after configure the background colors in Theme Options > Skin > Backgrounds.

Something I saw today, when using the call to action element. ?If you create it and save all is good. anytime you go into that element and change any field the “add icon” and “full width button” option reverts back to checked. not a big deal just kind of annoying as you have to go back and change that each time you edit the text / header or color of the call to action.

Hello, I tried to update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer but WP asked me to enter my purchased code. I tried to delete the plugin and to install it and activate it once again but Ultimate Addons for VC has not been updated.
Here is the displayed message : Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. You have version 3.15.0 installed. Update to 3.15.1. Activate your licence for one click update. (an then they asked me for the purchase code)

I have another problem, with WPBakery Visual Composer. I tried to update the plugin but I couldn’t. I tired to delete the plugin and install it and active it once again but the problem was not solved. I can see the following message : An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Update package not available.

Hi, You couldn’t activate these plugin and can use only in porto theme. If you want to activate, you should purchase these plugins on Codecanyon. We are going again to embed these plugins in next release. Could you update after update theme in the future? Regards.
