If you use the grid layout with 5 columns, the columns should divide the full available space among them, thus be as large as possible. But it would help to see your site to understand what you want to do better. Please signup at our support center and submit a new ticket. Are you guys answering your emails? I have sent 3 in the past 3 weeks and have not gotten a response

I see one ticket about sliders from Jan 7th, which has been replied to on Jan 8th. And one ticket about CSS, from Jan 14th, which was replied to on Jan 15th. Did you check all your inbox folders incl. the spam folder?
Please also note that support queries can only be replied to, when they are received over our ticket system. Direct emails won’t work for that.

I sent a few emails to the avada team thru my wordpress portal by logging a ticket. The most recent went something like this. First is, On the main page, when you scroll over the header the text turns to a bright green. How and where do i change the color for this? Also on the header is there a way to disable it from changing to white when you are on the page? Right now because the header is white so it appears nothing is there.
also I have a gap/ space being displayed on my portfolio page that i cant seem to find how to correct. I dont believe it is a padding issue.

sir kindly except my apologies. However i already have an acct established I am labeled as supported and purchased. Do you work for Avada or Envato? When i sign into my Avada acct i fill out the log a ticket and submit it. Unfortunately I have submitted a few in the past two weeks. After submitting i am told be patient we are experiencing a high number of tickets.

Pre purchase question, is it possible with Avada create a header in which the the logo is in the upper left a phone number in the upper right, and the Nav buttons are below the logo on a colored bar? I have looked through all of the home page examples and the header options and I don’t see any with my preferred layout, please advise.

Sorry for the inconvenience! But since different designs should be possible, both options are available.
This is my final effort if I get any support from Avada support team, I have purchased the theme in October last year and my developer which I hired used his email address in support instead of mine, since he has disappeared and have found no way to change that email address with mine as owner, I request if this email is not going into any black hole someone from support should contact me to resolve this issue

Well, the general layout can be emulated using Avada and the available options. However, that particular site has some very unique styling cues and layout quirks that may require custom CSS to perfect. No two themes are exactly the same , that is the point, to remain competitive. I suggest taking at a look at our various demos here -> http://theme-fusion.com/avada/ – that showcase but a few of the possibilities with Avada.
I also encourage you to make your own design choices. A 100% carbon copy of an existing site, called your own, does not lend itself to your own unique style taste or originality. Stand out and be unique

Hey. I want to call a modal window via the Content Box. I created a page on a modal window and called it, for example: 1 Through the use of buttons – 1 modal window opens without any problems. Shortcode [modal_text_link] modal window is opens without any problems. Logically, it should be called a modal window link http://sitename.html#1. But it does not work !!
I wanted to insert this link in the Content Box, because it beautiful animation, and when you click on the icon of Content Box to open a modal window. What to do? Tell me please. Use just two as a shortcode: [modal_text_link] in the content block ?ontent I do not want the box, as will only have to click on the text, not an animated icon.

Hello! Just upgraded to WordPress 4.4.2 and the Blog Grid on my homepage disappeared. I inserted it with Fusionbuilder -> Builder Elements -> Blog in a normal page
It worked nicely, till I upgraded to 4.4.2 now it’s not showing anymore

If you change the Blog layout in the Theme Options Panel here -> http://d.pr/i/1hJ0h – that will be a global assignment. And, if you have not used the Blog shortcode to deploy your posts on the site and instead have enabled the default WordPress Settings >> Reading, then the Theme Options Panel layout settings will affect your Blog archive
For your posts category layout assign the layout here -> http://d.pr/i/1hJ0h
And then for the Blog posts page use the Blog shortcode, add it to the page, and then choose your desired layout for the posts -> http://d.pr/i/1fOLF

I installed the POLYLANG to add Arabic language, if i create Arabic page the page comes with no design! please see example of the english design, click translation and see how the page comes in different design heading ! Any suggestion?
