Still problems on mobile devices!
I’m still waiting for a fix after 3 months since I opened the first support ticket about the wrong “tap” behavior on mobile devices like iPhone, but nothing appened.
Links still do not work on first “tap”, simulating an complete useless “on hover” mouse action. Be aware!

We got down to the conclusion the issue you’re mentioning is cased by on of the latest updates of Visual Composer, it seems to be happening on all page in which one of the VC files are loading. Looks like a compilation error, we’ve reached out to them and they seem to be aware about it and they promised a fix in the following update. We’re impatiently waiting as well.

Does this theme have the view shopping cart as a side bar option that your other “Mr Tailor” theme has?

Do, it doesn’t have an off-canvas shopping cart like Mr. Tailor has. Mr. Tailor is our only one to have that.

Hi, can you tell me something about the interlink/collaboration with Woocommerce paid extensions? Is this theme working correctly with other Woocommerce (paid) extensions and plugins? Do you work together with Woocommerce on this? For example, paid extensions like WooCommerce Mollie Gateway, WooCommerce Checkout Field Editor and WooCommerce Tab Manager. We follow the best practices when it comes to coding and that should ensure compatibility with most plugins. The ones you’re mentioning are mostly related to back-end so I don’t foresee any issues. It’s impossible however to say yes to all plugins, each one is different.

Hello, the billing part of checking out where you have to enter your info in the text fields doesn’t work on mobile. sanfranpsycho.com when tapping on a text field nothing happens, no keyboard nothing.

Is it possible to have the category header images outside of the logo and navigation? Some images dont work well with my navigation, therefore wish to not have the nav overlayed.

The product categories will inherit the global header option you’re setting up in the Theme Options panel, there are no additional options to take over its styling individually per category. Since you’re not the first one asking, we’re considering adding more option in a future update.

I was wondering if this theme would work properly for the purpose I am trying to accomplish: I am looking to create an online platform in which users will post their artwork and will pay based on the amount of artwork they are submitting. I understand what you’re trying to achieve, I think you would need a different plugin, a multi-vendor plugins for WooCommerce, I know there are a few out there. So this is plugin-terirorry, one way or another you should be able to do it no matter which theme you decide to go with.

I desperately need help with my shopkeeper theme, it shows malware for my website lgosconsults.co.za and based on the site scan, lots of the recent upgraded theme file it shows dangerous contents. How do I safely downgrade to a previous version?
It sounds like this is a site specific issue, probably the site got hacked / infected so you should be checking that with your hosting company. Maybe try to delete the theme’s files and simply reupload a clean copy you can always get from www.themeforest.net/downloads

Hi,
I have a problem with Shopkeeper Template. On 26 January, i updated Shopkeeper and visual composer, but some resolutions looks bad. The responsive version of the web doesn’t work properly on some devices. I’ve added CSS properties to suit different resolutions but the website doesn’t work well, for example in a Lumia 635. This smartphone has a resolution of 854×480. On other devices with this resolution, the website works well. On other devices like iPhone 4 or iPad 2 responsive doesn’t work well. I need a solution for this problem.

1. Yes, it comes with Revolution Slider as a bonus, it’s included in the theme’s packages so yes, you can feel free to use it with the theme.
2. No, regretfully not, there’s no built-in option that would allows you to change the two columns into one on mobile devices only, you can only change the number of products displayed on the desktop view.

I have updated my theme 
Thank you. However, now the Visual Composer is not updated and there’s a prompt for me to so. I understand we can update Visual Composer directly via the dashboard.
I usually do it via the method outlined here (https://shopkeeper-help.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206679269-Visual-Composer-How-to-update-)
However, there’s no update button available and my Composer is version 4.9.2 
Any ideas?

You need to change the thumbnail size for your product images. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and for the Product Thumbnails enter a square size in px, for example 90×90 px. Make sure the “Hard Crop” option is checked too and regenerate the thumbs after making the change to see the new size taking effect for all images you’ve uploaded.
