Hi. Making small prototype based on this template (love it). After customer approve, will purchase it. But… till that, i have problem with View Switch. How can i change position from left to right size? I want to set it after social icons in right side, because drop down menu covering a logo. And for 80% websites language switch is located in right side, so it is easier for users. Of course, i can do that with custom CSS but i think that is not the best way.

If you work on child theme, theme update won’t cause any issue.

Question: on the product page, i only see the header, product title, reviews, price and short description. All the other elements (sidebar, footer, pictures, tabs) are gone. The same happens when i use a WooCommerce product widget on another content page. Didn’t change any settings which can regulate what i above said.

When edit the product, please check view options. You shouldn’t disable Hide header and hide footer. Please send me wp admin and ftp accounts through support page. Let me check.

Hi, I checked the link and loaded after 4~5 seconds. I think this is network speed issue.

When using the Row settings. I am attempting to define a gap between the columns when using a text element in each of two columns with backgrounds effectivly creating two boxes similar to the call to action elements but the two column will show no gap no matter what I set the gap size to. I see it in the Row settings and the inner row settings., I have tried to change the container and section settings and use the design paddings and it had no effect.
We will this issue in next release.

I just updated the Porto theme from version 2.5.9 to 2.7.4. I did this via FTP and overwrite all files in the Porto directory.
I had made a modification to the file “content-product_cat.php” according to my question at: http://themeforest.net/comments/11833581 and all was working perfect.
After the update this file is off course overwritten by this new version 2.7.4. I did the modification in this file as written in the above topic answer.
But something is wrong now as you can see on my website: http://bit.ly/1OKawaE
The products are showing just fine but the categories are messed up with the text. Not in the center and have some spacing between the thumbnail and the text and suddenly the text is blue.
I think it has something to do with the modification of the file “content-product_cat.php” but I can’t figure this out. Can you help me?
Another thing is that I have now suddenly a sort of widget calling “All Department” on the left side of my Home page. In the category and product page this is moved into a blue header. ( Special Offer and Buy this Theme)
Ho do I get rid of this?

Hi, Please select Type 2 in Theme Options > Woocommerce > Product Archives > Category View Type. Please regenerate default css files in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. Please remove menu custom content in Theme Options > Menu and configure again the main menu in Appearance > Menus. You should select again Theme Location to Main Menu.

Thanks for your help. Now I have two times the category text under the category image. Also this second text is bigger than under the product images.
Both texts are not in the center but aligned left.
P.S. Maybe it is important to know that before I did the theme update I did the WooCommerce update to the latest version.

If you overwrite woocommerce/content-product-cat.php in porto child theme, please delete this file.

I have just copied the “content-product-cat.php” file from the latest backup (before update Woocommerce and Porto) to the site. It looks now good. But I don’t know if this “old” file is stable / good enough for working with the latest Woocommerce and Porto.

This sounds a little bit strange to me because before the update Category images have round corners and after the update the have 90 degree corners.
Hi, You can enable / disable border radius in Theme Options > Skin > Compile Default CSS. If you change the border radius option, you should regenerate again default css files after save.

I’m sorry but this didn’t fixed the problem. Please take again a look to my website than you can see that Category images have now 90 degree corners. The Product images have the correct round corners.
Please remember also that this happend after the update as I wrote above in this topic.

Visual Composer – Toggle functionality
I am now trying to use the toggle functionality/shortcode on my website but I am not able to get it to work. Please could you help me? The screen in the back end shows that I have inserted the toggle functionality (using Visual Composer) but I am not able to add text. BTW I want to have two columns of text AND pictures in it. Also, could you tell me if it can be even larger than half of the page width. Why not full width of the page?

hello, I was using Home Version 4 and failed to change to footer widget color from blue to black again. I have compiled the thems css in the skin function but it didn’t work.
