Hey, I’ve created a long sale page with your theme. The last raw I’ve created disappeared the fusion builder elements. I have to switch to default text editor to delete some content to see the fusion builder again.
Is there any limitation with the content I can add to a page?

There is no ‘set in stone’ limit to the amount of content you can add to a page. However, what needs to be considered is that the more content you add to any page/post the more resources is needed by the server to serve the page in the browser. Please go to the -> WP Dashboard >> Avada >> System Status page and if you see any of the PHP configuration limits in red, please address them accordingly

In this case it would be easiest to use the blog medium layout instead. If you want to keep the post type though and only hide the date box, use this CSS:

Hi there. I I love the agency theme and have the sample content imported. I’m confused, however, on how to use a one or two column structure on the blog instead of the Grid default. When I go to Appearance > Theme Options > Blog and set it to any of the other blog layouts, I’m still getting the Grid formation on the blog page. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hmm, at the moment we don’t have an option to add both an icon and an image to the front side of the flipbox. If you would like to see some additional options added to the flipbox shortcode, please take the time to email your suggestion through to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.

Hi, one more thing please. How can I add ‘invisible’ text to flipping box front side content to be same height of all boxes in one row.
or eg. I have two lines headlines in box 1-2 and one line headline in box 3. I would like to start the content part text in the same height in all 3 boxes. (as there is no text editor possibility on front side and back side for heading)

Hi, I see that demo has recent posts and recent works shortcode. Is there an option to display custom pages in a slider or widget, together with thumbs, of course. If the answer is yes, can displayed pages be selected by id? Thanks!

At the moment we don’t have any options to display pages the same way you can display posts. That would appear that Fusion Builder is not turned on, can you verify it is activated and installed? Go to the plugins page and make sure Fusion Builder is turned on, also Fusion Core.

Hmm yes your username also does not show a purchased badge. This will be some kind of Envato account issue. I know in the past they use to remove an item from downloads tab after a long period of time but I thought they stopped doing that. Either way, contact them and they can help. Fill out a ticket here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, and for faster service you can tweet them your ticket number once you have it submitted to @envato_support

I was using Layerslider and havent made any changes for a while. Went to make changes today and was unable to click any layer buttons, they were ghosted. All other buttons didnt work (i.e. style, attributes etc.) I clicked the “enter preview” button, got a blank page, then clicked back and my slider was ERASED!!!! I cant add any new slides, edit current slides, etc. HELP!

i just purchased this and I’m already regretting it because everytime I try to download it, it says 0 bytes and fails to download. now it says I’ve reached my limit to download it but has not been successful in downloading at all! I’m just trying to get on with project please help. thanks

I am sorry that you are having an issue downloading the theme from your Themeforest account. Authors have no control over your Themeforest account, even the download process is managed by Envato.
Envato does have a download limit that is reset after 24hrs, but it is odd that your download is failing though. I suggest the following:
1 – Allow some time for the download limit to be reset
2 – Use a different browser than the one that you have used previously when trying to download the theme
And do keep us informed as to how you get on with this

Hello, I bought Avada Theme and I put it on my website. I registered Avada – only on this website – with no problems, but I cant register Revolution Slider. I put the same code of Avada because I understood that this is the right way. But the Revolution Slider registration doesn’t work and they write me that i can’t download the slide template without the registration. Thank you very much, Avada is the best!

The RevSlider plugin comes included with Avada, you can safely dismiss that notice in the Dashboard. No license is required for this plugin for it to work with Avada

The bundled plugins (rev and layer) do not come with the purchase code, the purchase code you received for Avada is only for Avada. Bundled plugins can still be used 100% the same, but the plugin registration can only be done if you purchase the plugin separately. That is explained here: https://theme-fusion.com/avada-doc/sliders/purchase-codes-premium-sliders/
But there is no need unless you want auto updates for the plugins. We update the plugins when we update the theme, so that is how you get updated plugins when you buy a theme that bundles them with it.
You can still use the rev slider exactly how you need. For rev slider sample slides, see this post: http://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-exportimport-your-slider-data/ You can download any of the sample sliders here: http://revolution.themepunch.com/free-slider-exchange/
