Thanks for the earlier support! I’d like to know how I can change the logos in the bottom right corner where the transport logo’s like Fedex etc are located. Also I have a range of products with their own product number. When I add a new product the system gives this product their own number. is there a way I can change that to?

It might be a configuration problem in your WooCommerce settings or something else because WooCommerce payment methods are not affected by our theme and thus if you think this issue is not in your site then contact WooCommerce forum and ask for a solution about it.
We are not able to help you with PayPal integration because I personally never used it because I don’t have any business to sell things online.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that.
If any of theme required plugins has released new update after the date that we released Aurum 1.8, we will include the latest version of that plugin in the next update.
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme

I recently purchased this Aurum theme and I have installed it and followed all of the install instructions (both the ones that are written and the ones on the YouTube video, however, I can’t seem to get the demo Jewelry theme to fully upload to my website. I have installed it at www.dallas-embroidery.com/utay and only the header part looks like it has uploaded, but the read of the home page hasn’t uploaded, as well as all of the products that are on the sample theme. ylli, how do I create a page for my products? The options I see when creating a page are as follows: “Default Template”, “Contact Us”, “FAQ Page”, “Full Width Page”, & “Welcome Page”. My site is currently up at www.dallas-embroidery.com/utay, and you will see that I have a category named “Products” with a subcategory named “Fine Jewelry”. I would like to add products to the subcategory “Fine Jewelry” and add products to that subcategory, and then have the products show up in a product listing page format. Please let me know. Thanks.

The breadcrumb still is on the right side of the screen, and the Title of the Testimonial is still there. Also, I am having problem with coloring regarding my menu links. 1) when I click on one of the menu links, the background behind the link turns black - i don’t want this color to change at all when clicked. 2) When you scroll down the subcategory options, the background behind the link also goes black - I would like to be able to change that color to something of my choice. I now see the issue with the link coloring issue. When I go to change “Link Color” under “Skin Colors” in “Appearance”, it changes the color of the link text, the color of the background behind the link when I click on the link, and it changes the scroll down background behind then link when scrolling down a dropdown menu.
I would like to know if there is a way to make all 3 of those colors different. For the link text color, I would like that to be black. For the color that shows up when I click on a link, I would like that to be transparent, and for the scroll down background color for subcategories, I would like that to be a slightly darker grey than the main background color of the website. Please advise. Thanks.

I have updated my version of the theme as per your instructions. I still have 2 issues though:

2) How do I change the color of the breadcrumb? I tried adding some code to change the color in the Custom CSS field, but I was only able to change the ”>” between the words—and not the words themselves. (I have since removed the code that changes the color of the ”>”)

I have 2 more things—this should be the last 2 things I need, and then hopefully no more questions.
1) When I would go to edit a page, I believe there used to be a location where there was a tab for “Custom CSS” that was specified for each individual page (besides the Custom CSS link on the left menu section). Well, there is no longer that Custom CSS tab on my Pages when I go to edit them, and I currently have an issue on the “Testimonials” page when viewed in the Mobile version. I remember having added Custom CSS to that page adding padding to both sides of the lettering so that it would be more pushed towards the center. I want to remove that Custom CSS (from that page only), because in the Mobile version it currently looks terrible. I now know to edit the CSS in the Responsive part of the Custom CSS page so as not to affect the Mobile site, which I have done, but I still need to remove the Custom CSS from the Testimonials page—but the Custom CSS tab is no longer there when I edit the page.
2) I recently had an update to my Wordpress version and my Theme (the update you emailed me), and after updating both of these to the latest version, it seems that they have made a small adjustment to my “Contact Us” page. Down at the bottom left of the page, under where it says “OUR ADDRESS”, it has moved all of the text over to the right. I would like this to go back to being centered under “OUR ADDRESS”.

I am having problems with the zoom. When I hover the viewer it doesn’t show where the viewer is and it won’t allow me to see parts of the image. I have resized the view thumb to the same ratio as the image but it still doesn’t line up properly. I would also prefer if the zoom could go over the top of the original product image if possible.

Hello, after activating auto-integration of UBER MENU just a line appears in the header, but no menu. Any idea why?

Hi guys, sorry for bother again: I can see an option called “right links” for showing a menu or widgets. But in your demo installation you got cart, language dropdown, cart totals, register&login and many more on the very right corner. Why can I only select one of them? Thanks!

Then to show those links on the header you must go to Appearance >Theme Options > Header and set the menu to use as right side top links:

Hello! I trying to use a Layer slider with Aurum theme and having some problems: 1. Either creating new or modifying existing slider it does not saving a changes once you get back to the list. The changes you make in the slide menu are visible in preview (inside of the slider menu options), but once you get back all is lost. 2. Of course the changes you make inside the slide menu are not reflected on site (even after I press the save changes button. 3. Once the new sliders loaded (demo) it is not reflected on the site. Hi “hide” button is switched off – so its should be visible. 4. Very often after making some changes in the slider menu, when clicking get back to the list – it (admin system) get frozen in need to be reloaded.

Premium plugins don’t allow us to give customers our license number, so on each premium plugin such as Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider update we release a new update to our theme with the latest version of that plugin included, and customers don’t need to worry about that,
You never need to buy any premium plugins that comes with our theme
