Can I change menu font color to white from admin, without editing child style.css?

I tried to check the function ‘show separator between items’ and it works, but why font color does not?
I’m using this color: rgba(255,159,128,1) as my header background, Is this the cause of why my menu font color still in black? I want it white.

If you mean to disable responsiveness so the site appears on mobile devices like it does on desktop, then you can do that in Qode Options > General > Settings. Set “Responsiveness” to “No”, and then your site will appear on mobile devices like on desktop and the user will be able to zoom in to see the content. If you mean something else, please let us know. thanks! That’s not what I mean, but it looks like it. I want to keep the site the same as if you watch it on a computer. But I want the possibility to zoom in on your touch device, so people can read the text on the website. But then still keep the site as it is (not the responsiveness to no change, because then the look of the site changes)

When you set responsiveness to “no” then the site will look the same on desktop and mobile, and will need to be zoomed in on mobile to be easily readable. If you set responsiveness to “yes” the site should be responsive and adapt to the screen size of mobile devices, so there should not be a need to zoom in to read the text, as it should be easily readable already. I want to keep it at no, so the site looks the same. But then I can’t zoom in or out, and i’ve tried it on iPhone and iPad.
and for that temp access how does that work? Do I have to make a new account or something?

I have changed the Qode slider shortcode animation_type to ‘fade’ but it doesn’t show the slides. When I left it empty ’’ or ‘slide’ it works, but fade doesn’t work. This is the shortode:

1. You can use following custom css and put it in ‘Custom css’ field:

just change px value for font size.
2. This label is inserted in templates and there are two ways for this. You can use some of the translation plugins and just put empty value for this label, or you can contact our support (http://qode.ticksy.com/) and they can guide you where to remove those labels in templates.

If you are referring on header itself (logo with main menu) you can do it in admin > Qode Options > Header > Header Height
If you mean on title area (tile background with tile of the page on it), you can change it admin > Qode Options > Title > Title Height

Hi,
I wanted to replace standard / google fonts and I did using Typekit fonts integrated in my website throught the standard script provided by Typekit and using css rules to override standard fonts used in tempalte.
Fonts appear correctly but when you load the page, you can see at start, for just 1 second, the standard font. It’s like the standard font is loaded and it’s immediately changed to the new font, but with a short delay.
I tried using !important rule in my css, but I guess it’s not that the point. Do you know how to solve this? Is it about the script? I think typekit only works in this way…

Hi,
It is the time that is need for font to be loaded, and there is little you can do here. You could change the order of loading that script to be at the top of all files (first in the list) so you can make this time shorter, but still there will be small delay in displaying right font, since even then, font needs time to load. You can change this in header.php file of our theme, or you can write us on https://qode.ticksy.com/ and our support could help you.

Thanks for support, but why this doesn’t happen with Google Fonts? There should be some delay for these fonts in the same way, in order to load, but this happen only with typekit fonts. I will try your suggestion.

How would I put a sign up form in the footer of the theme to get a persons name and email address? Can this be put inside the footer and perhaps in the lower right section, as I believe you can setup multiple columns in the footer?

You can put some of the subscription widget in any of the Footer widget areas in admin > Appearance > Widgets > Footer Column 1, Footer Column 2, Footer Column 3, Footer Column 4
Before that, you have to enable footer top columns in admin > Qode Ootions > Footer > Show Footer Top

Hi… I just have a problem with the theme in version 8, I don’t know why but my language change to Dutch but just for the qode options, I mean for example for the “save changes” button it says: “Aanpassingen opslaan”
i tied deleting the language po file for Dutch, but nothing changes! This is weird and I need a fix asap.
I have my website in spanish (I double checked this) and I never had this problem using bridge before, could you help me with this issue please?

Somehow you theme language is changed on Dutch, that’s why it shows you dutch language. Do you have some plugin which can change language pack on your theme? Is there a search field in the ‘Left themes’ in Bridge, I can’t find this feature to turn on anywhere? We followed these instructions, but it’s not there.

To enable search, please go to Qode Options > Header > Qode Search, and set “Enable Qode Search Bar” to “Yes”.

Those ‘search’ instructions are referred on headers that are on top of page. If you want search in left menu (left header), you can insert search widget in ‘Left Menu Area’ widget area.

Hello! I’m having issues with custom CSS being picked up. When I ‘inspect’ elements that should have custom css attached to them it says they have the custom class attached, yet they’re not linked. For example, I’ve custom css’d rotated backgrounds on this page: http://www.yllmyhome.com/alcohol/ but only one custom css class is being picked up. I’ve brought my code into a text editor to make sure I didn’t forget any closing elements and it all checks out. Hoping you can help me out!

I’ve been asked to build a table similar to one in the link provided. Try as I might I cannot find anything in the theme that will allow it. Am I missing something? Is there a demo of how to make one somewhere? The VC price table looked promising but is impossible to understand and there’s no demo template provided.

You could use Layer Slider we included for this, to create a slider with just one slide, over which you will position this buttons – links to certain pages.
