I continue to get this error from time to time.

I’m currently using godaddy for my hosting & I’m on WP 4.4.2
Also what can I do to have a Retina Logo, I’m using a css hack to run a larger logo that is minimized for a retina look. Issue is that on Tablet it shrinks to a tiny size. Can you help me find a solution for this?
And most of the MO shortcodes are not working correctly…

Hi, i am deeply frustrated with the support. I have documented an issue on the support thread approx 4 weeks that I am unable to import the “ess_grid_mo.json” on the essential grid which resulted in no grids shown on the homepage! Hi! I’m using MO theme and I have a problem with portfolio category page. I would like to set my category page like this: http://mo.themestudio.net/portfolio_cat/web-design/. - I created a new essential grid selecting my portfolio list filtered by product category (Product Development) - I opened the “Product Development” Category page and I pasted the ess. grid shortcode in “Custom category.” field. Now I suppose that it should appear the grid containing a list of Product Development projects in category page but it remains empty.
An other question: how I can change the footer layout in category page? I set four column layout in all site (in theme option panel) but in category page it appears one column centered layout. I see that it is possible change footer layout in every single page but category page contains only 5 fields.

Hello, unfortunately I have an other problem, I think that could be a bug of the theme…
When I installed the theme I choose to download sample content. Now if I open in browser a portfolio sample content page it looks like perfect; however if I open the same page in wordpress admin panel and I replace temporary images with my images (correctly selected by my media upload), I save the page and I watch it in browser it looks broken: the html of the page results truncated from images container div onward… (in html page source the latest div is not closed, nothing else) there aren’t javascript errors. I tried to upload different images (thinking the problem due to images files) but the result is the same.

Hello – On Firefox version 42 on Mac, I am getting an issue with the menu where the lines indicating the chosen menu item flicker as the page transitions from one location to another.
So when the viewer click a menu link then the page starts to load and the menu line flickers around before settling down once the page is fully loaded.
Have you come across this problem before? It only seems to be an issue with Firefox at this stage. Any help appreciated.

After my website has been updated to the latest version of WordPress (4.4.1) the menu is displayed lower on the page creating viewing problems. I reported this issue on the support forum 3 days ago, but nobody from the support team bothered to reply, even though I followed-up every day. How many times do I have to post and follow-up on an issue for you to reply? This is the worst support I’ve seen in a while.

Thanks for writing in! The Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme. We’ll always make sure to include the latest version in the main theme package so you can update yours.
Note:
The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
You can’t update the plugin directly from the it’s producer.
You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings.
We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder.

Hi, I try to translate the files in french so I follow your instruction in the documentation, to charge the .po file in french in the languages theme, but there is not all the terms translated in it (ex : send for the newsletter plugin, comments and metas on articles …. are not translated). I’m STILL getting fatal error codes every single day that crash my site and make it impossible to edit. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 83 bytes) in /home/fortheglow3/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mo-core/libs/admin/reduxframework/ReduxCore/framework.php on line 1163
You gave me an option that only temporarily fixed it.
Now I updated wordpress and I can no longer import images into posts/pages. This theme has been nothing but headaches.
Now the mobile menus don’t work either!!!! Please update the theme!
