Hey Peerapong, I think my last reply got lost in the mix.

I was hoping to make the small thumbnails in this gallery to resize and then crop to the center instead of squeezing the photos to fit in the confines:

That is how the other gallery types have their thumbnails. (No squeezing)

I just prefer these small icons because I have so many photos. With many more to upload.

First of all – love this theme!! Its beautiful and perfect for my site.

I just have one question. I am using the fullscreen gallery for the homepage and the slideshow feature doesn’t work. I have changed the file permissions of data and cache folders to 777, enabled the Autostart option in the core options, cleared the cache several times, checked that I can access …/wp-content/themes/Core/js/jquery.ppflip.js?ver=1.2, checked in a different browser and still can’t get it to work. I am using the latest version of the theme. Please help.

I did that, all is set well, and yet it when I click on an image it opens each image in a separate web page.

What am I doing wrong?

I’m slightly new to wordpress theme development, so struggling a bit.

For some reason finding it really hard to create this effect on my portfolio section: I want it to look like this as in the template:

i.e thumbnails that open up to a lightbox if that’s what that effect is called.

How do I go about doing this? It doesn’t seem to work for me when I apply the gallery, generate the short code and upload it.

Just a couple of quick questions.

1. how do I add text widgets to the homepage – preferably to include text below the garllery

2. how do i change the fond size in posts/pages etc. there are font size sliders in the core settings but they don’t seem to change anything?

Yes thats right, can it be made to just be each gallery like wedding, portraits, fashion be like that?

eg i click weddings from the drop down list or whatever and the images are displayed like they are when yo go to the home page

same with any other gallery i have

I see the “portfolio style” under “Core” settings, but it applies to all pages. How can I have different galleries with different styles? One of my galleries has 50+ images so I need to use “thumbnail”, while another one has only 9 images, so I prefer to make it “3 column”.

i want to get this theme however a few quick questions before i buy:

1. Can you make it so that the galleries ie the portfolio images (fashion, beauty) are like the introduction slider? i like that works and its what i would use to show my works.

2. can you make the images not ‘pop-out’ when you hover/click them, ie make them all the same size?

Hi, i’ve the same problem. my gallery on the homepage dosn’t work. i’ve the blank page. i’ve tryed to change permission from 777 to 755 and vice versa. but nothings changes. could you help me please.

Thanks for the heads up on Firebug. Very useful.

Hoping at some point soon you’ll introduce a way of altering the order of photos in each gallery particularly in the image flow. I’ve been adding images one at a time and they still decide on their own order which is really frustrating when you’ve got a lot of images to work with.

I see… How about assigning tags to galleries? How can I make a gallery that automatically contains photos that are tagged “xyz”, so that I can use the same image in more than one gallery? In fact I do see “gallery tags” mentioned on the Media Library Page, but on the Galleries page I find no way to associate a tag to a gallery.

I have a question about the gallery: I have my photos in folders, already on the server that runs the website with wordpress and Core. How can I just make the gallery fetch the photos from local folders on the server, rather than uploading them one by one again?

Hi! No not image titles, but a paragraph or two under the page fold ( under the photos ) to make the home a little more SEO friendly.
