What version are you using? It may be under “sidebars” tab then, or you may need to update the theme, the latest version is v 3.9.3

Hi, Just installed the theme and strange characters appeared, I use Spanish, on my site i had the word LECCIÓN for example, now looks like this Lección in all page titles and body, and sidebars. Any help to fix this, thanks

What font do you have selected in theme options? Most likely it does not support those characters. Try a different font or it could also be the font settings are not setup right, see this post: https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/configure-google-web-fonts-settings/

Hi, I read here in the comments that the theme works with woo-sensei, but when installing it I get this notice from woo-Your theme does not declare Sensei support – if you encounter layout issues please read our integration guide or choose a Sensei theme
And the courses page, show no sidebar, so it looks broken, this is what woo- makes theme support sensei, theres a guide on how to add this

Are you using the latest version of Avada? The message about declaring support is just a message that means we do not specify it, however it should still work without issue.
Please post a support ticket for us so we can check this out in details. Sidebars should definitely be working for that.

I have two questions about Export function!
1) I want a single file which contains some fields from clients data file and others from booking data file with Payment(whether it’s Stripe or Paypal). So how can I change the Export format. Can you guys do it for me?
2) What is the meaning of status(A/R/C) in Booking Data file?

Hmm these two questions are not dealing native Avada features, but for the plugins you are using. I’d recommend checking with the plugin authors on this as they may have the answer.

Was wondering, with the law theme, using the calendar for upcoming events, are there any ways to have a signup form for people so we know who would be attending our events? There is the Upcoming Events aspect of the Calendar features and it would be great to have a way to keep things organized.

Hi, love the template, it’s a joy to work with! Could you tell me how I would change the social media icons on mouse hover? I want the Facebook icon to change to #3A5795 on hover only. I’ve tried adding some custom css but it seems to get overridden by the core files no matter what I do!

I am afraid that right now there is no option to enable a social icon hover color, sorry. You can try using custom CSS to achieve that.

PRE-PURCHASE Seeing all the functions seems a powerful template functions, but the demos are not as professional as they are in other professional templates. They have thought to create more shows more professionals? The template update time? time to answer ticket? That includes the support? Is it compatible with w3 total cache? 1 – Our team is constantly working on new demos to be released periodically. We do have a photography demo being worked on as we speak that will be released in due course
2 – If you take a look at our changelog -> http://bit.ly/1EK5mAg – you will see that since the launch of Avada, we consistently work on evolving and improving Avada. Our update cycle is approximately 6-8 weeks depending on a number of factors, sometimes sooner than that.
3 – You can check our support policy here -> http://bit.ly/1SnZU0E – Mon-Fri allow up to 24hrs and Sat-Sun up to 48hrs, although usually faster than that

6 – This question is not clear. H1 assignment on a page or post in Avada can be lead by the page title bar H! as seen here -> http://bit.ly/1RMVH7m & here -> http://bit.ly/1PeQAav – the latter will have the post title set as H2
page title bars and single post titles can be disabled if required. There is also a title shortcode in the Fusion Builder than can be added to a page or post manually and assigned to a H1 tag

1 – Yes most certainly, Avada support rich snippets. If you wish, it can also be disabled in the Theme Options Panel >> Advanced section -> http://d.pr/i/1kGRe

We have a site that is using your theme, the previous developer didnt include the purchase code etc. in the backend when setting up so I cant update…we are using version 3.7.4 and using fusion to edit content is not working correctly.
How can I update or get the license codes to insert in the backend?

Hi Guys,
Internet Explorer 11 and YouTube doesn’t go together in Avada. It crashes IE 11. Please also see https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/youtube-videos-crashing-ie11/ for the same issue. I tested on the most recent version of Avada and older versions. It really seems to be a issue with the Avada theme. Please investigate and get back to it.
(It worked for a year until a couple of weeks now)

Hello, just a design suggestion if I can.
IMHO the top stripe – secondary header – above logo and menu is bit too high and intrusive in some cases, and especially on smartphones.
There is no control over it and working on the CSS does not return any satisfactory result, especially on mobile.
I would recommend adding to the dashboard some extra settings on its height, font size and text alignment.

Check out the “secondary menu line-height option” on the menu tab, that can increase the height of the bar for you. But yes, there may be additional options we need to add.

I want to use Avada on my main site (let’s say – mysite.com), but first try it on the staging site (staging.mysite.com). Do I need 2 licenses or just 1 standard license?

If you are only using the staging site temporarily, then one license will be fine. Basically you need one license per finished site.
