Hi there,
i´m searching a new theme for me now for weeks.
Blade is now in focus 
(with aramada and uncode) seems this is the only theme with parallax for mobile devices too.
some questions about it:
- is it possible to have different format of header pictures on each every page? means, on startpage fullscreen, and on another page headerwidth 300px?
- which mouseover effects on pictures/galleries are include? in the demo i saw only 3… doesn´t really matter but a fiew more where great!
- i really like the metro view on galleries or blog sites? is there a change to get this with future updates?

Thanks for your interest 
In the Feature Section, you can have full screen or custom size for the available elements (slider, image, map, title) no matter if you edit your home page or any other page. Blade provides multiple colors options with opacity on hover and in combination with the main gallery hover styles, I think that they are quite a few. The metro view style is something like a renamed masonry – http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/masonry-media/ I suppose.

Hi again! It is quite difficult for us to showcase all the possibilities for the hover styles. Please check the galleries and portfolio overviews on Blade v1 & v2 to have an idea.

thanks. its ok. it seems i will use blade but one more question. in gallery function i like the feature open in transparence lightbox (means, the page in background will be seen) and see small templates below the actually image so i can see all the images in actually gallery. both i can´t see in preview. any change?

Hey there! Notice that you can define the color and the opacity for the overflow background of the modals. Please open a modal in Blade and one in Blade v2 to see what I mean

Hi, a couple of quick questions… 1. On this page, http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/homepage-business/ is the image of the 3 laptops in a row overlaying the row above it in VC. 2. I have Osmosis, I guess its based on that framework so if I wanted to swap to this theme would it be quite straight forward? Thanks.

1. That’s exactly!
2. Blade is based on Osmosis and, of courser it provides the same high-quality. However, there are significant differences on their code which means that you need to put some effort in order to switch the themes for your website.

hi, i design a images gallery and i would like to know if i can make it in this theme.
i want to create image gallery like “ELEMENTS / IMAGES CAROUSEL”- the logo carousel. the imges is with no space between them , and the Gallery can be controlled only with arrows(left and right),not carousel

You can surely disable the gutter between the images and disable the autoplay function from the option panel of the gallery element as well!

thank u chris! one more thing please, I noticed that there are 2 versions for this theme, blade and blade-v2. Is there a significant difference between the two versions? Because I accidentally designed a sketch with elements from both themes in order to buy the template in the future.

The theme is one and the same on all demos, the Blade. In version 2.0 we have just added multiple new features and a new demo to demonstrate some of them. With Blade, you can have what you see on any of our demos.

one question, the menu doesn’t go to the responsive menu at 1024 px, it goes down to the burger menu at 1023. I need to change this. Where in the code can I change this please?

Sorry I’ve asked so many questions but I’m about 99% sure now I’m going to buy Blade now! The update was insane! Nice job! Last bit of questions 
1. I see that opacity is now an option for responsive header, I just want to make sure it’s possible to make it completely transparent (0% opacity) in mobile view.

A] Is it possible to have a split menu—center logo header?
I.E. about – work – LOGO – faq – contact
B] I think there is a bug on this demo? In mobile view the text moves up into the image.

Do not worry about your questions. We are glad you like the Blade 2.0.
1. As I wrote before, the responsive header is a separate header. Sure you can have 0% opacity but you are not able to use double logos. Check this page http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/custom-feature-slider/ on both desktop and mobile to see what I mean.
2.A] No, it is not possible to have a split menu.
B] I am not able to see any bug here. Sorry if I am missing something here!

I have some pre-sales questions. I’m looking for a very flexible theme to create a website with the following design choices and I think this theme may be a good fit. I’m looking to create the following:
- Very simplistic, with an all black background, from top to bottom. - All headers and Navbar will require custom fonts that I’ll need to upload.
I tried to do this with Royal theme but had a lot of trouble with the above two points.
Finally, are you able to turn off the smooth scrolling? And can you turn off that (I guess static?) parallax over the footer?

First of all, thanks for your interest.
Regarding to your questions:
- You can surely customize the background color of each section in Blade. Custom fonts upload is not an out of the box option for Blade.
- Smooth scroll is enabled by default in Linux and Windows OS with webkit browsers. In Mac OS it is disabled by default. There is no such an option to choose something else.
We would appreciate if no Themes from other authors are mentioned in the public comments area. This is strictly out of our philosophy.

- You could change the background color of the core sections easily via the Color Customizer (Header/Main Content/Footer etc). Via the classic interface of Visual Composer you could change the background color of your rows/columns as well.
- We provide the following article in order to help customers that want something other than the over 600 google fonts we provide: How to add custom fonts via the Child Theme. You could use custom fonts via Child Theme. Usage of Child Themes generally require some decent coding skills and custom fonts belong to the customisation territory. Since we do not provide free-lancing services we give some basic directions (as shown at the above article), but we cannot spend too much time, as this is out of the scope of our support policy.
I have the feeling that after a while you are not allowed to edit comments in public comments area. Only thing you could do is I guess to flag your comment and ask a moderator to remove that part. Thanks for understanding.

1. Yes, you can have the anchor menu in single portfolio items just like the pages.
2. Yes, it is possible since the fixed sidebar is just an extra functionality for the sidebars and it has not to do with the sidebar content.
3. Portfolio carousel is available as you can see here http://greatives.eu/themes/blade-v2/portfolio-carousels/ but, at this moment, not with the style that places the text below the image.

Just checking out the new updates to V2 and looks superb.
Quick question, the home pages listed in the demo have several layouts which are really nice and would be good to work with, are these not in the demo content as I can’t locate them. Business, Architecture, Photography etc.

These pages have different general settings to help customers better understand the Blade ’s features. Are you sure that you did not get these? Could you please check again your pages and not just the menu?

Hang on… sorry now I see them I have a further question. Business example is embedded into the demo content, the other examples then redirect to the pages on your demo site so not possible to evaluate how you have done the creative work behind the scenes. I think because I have one example, Business, I’d assumed the others would be as well. So when searching for the pages in the backend of course they don’t exist. 
As I wrote before these are pages to demonstrate the Blade’s possibilities and to inspire our customers. However, I think you already have the content of these pages (if you used the Importer) so if you need more info about the general settings or anything, do not hesitate to use our Support Forum

Hello, beautiful template! I installed the demo “ulu” but the contact form is huge in the layout of the contact page I created. I would like to have the contact form same as the demo “so” if possible, slightly smaller. Else, I would like to have a map of google with the names of visible roads, is too minimal, and the customer does not like. Can you help me? Thanks in advance.

Hi! I am battling between Osmosis or Blade. I’m not sure which one to choose as both are great. I’m looking to use either theme as an agency site so which one would work better?
And if you can, maybe let me know the noticeable differences between the themes? They seem similar, but maybe it’s just because I have a lazy eye

It is quite difficult for us to compare these 2 themes. Blade is certainly more powerful but I suggest to decide based on the style you need for your site. Last but not least, be sure that both themes are high-quality themes.
The Blade 2.0 is a really big update and the main reason we are behind schedule is because we prepare a completely new main demo. However, I really believe that in a couple of days it will be launched on TF.
