Dear, just bought extra support. In IE the theme slider (flow) is not showing correct… can you solve this?

It seems like you modify theme core code which causes the issue. Demo flow gallery works fine on IE.
Could you please try to re install original theme to see if it fixes the issue.
It still is not working correct in IE…. and please DO not re-install the template, we have tried this before and cost me a lot of extra work and the IE bug still was not fixed

The issue comes from cod modification you change which we can’t support on that part. This type of customization is a bit more complex and is not covered under normal theme support. If you check our theme demo site on IE, it’s working fine.

I will like to use a something like this, has this been ever added? thanks.

I have noticed that once the site goes into full screen gallery, the menu bar doesn’t come back up once viewed on an iPad. I have seen previous comments above asking the same issue but it was checked and confirmed to work on an iPhone 6.
Can you please confirm that this issue is fixable or not on an iPad/tablet?

Hello, I am interested in your theme, but have a few questions.
1. Can the height of the Front Page Carousel be changed?
2. Can the reflection/shadow that is currently on the Front Page Carousel be removed?
3. Can the Carousel image links be removed? No pop-up, lightbox, ect.
Basically I am looking for a theme with a carousel front page that has images that are JUST a scroll of basic images – larger than what you are displaying in your sample (maybe the height of the image and shadow combined). Basically a simple carousel slider that allows for various image width’s like yours does for my front page. I paint and my paintings are all different widths.

Couple questions to run by you:
1. Why can’t I add a custom link in the menu? Everything I’ve tried doesn’t show up unless its a published page within the page list. Why is this? Is there a way to force whatever I put into the Menu editor to show up in the menu?
2. Within the Core theme settings, the Contact form “Add” button does not work.
3. Sort of goes along with #1 above. How can I add the “home” page to the menu bar?

Also – can you make the logo responsive? On tablets, the logo overlaps the page title. Or rather, can you give me the CSS code to force the page title to not wrap the logo section and actually drop below it instead?

I’ve had your theme for a while, love it! Two questions: Recently updated wordpress 4.4.2 After update, I lost all image thumbs in the admin panel for sorting deleting etc. Easy way to get those to show up again? Also, how can I make the thumbnails larger on the 3 and 4 column pages (right now, they are just on the right side with a lot of dead space to the left, would like them to fill the screen more) Thanks!

Download from Themeforest > your account > downloads and replace all theme’s files and folders using FTP account with the new version.

Hi there, I downloaded and replaced/updated the theme on the FTP and I’m still having the same issue. (to be clear, I did the ‘Installable wordpress file only’ download and replaced it in the Core->Core. If I remember correctly, the last time I did the full parent ‘Core’ replace when updating I had to start the website over from scratch. (I’m a bit of a moron with this whole fandangled interweb mumbo jumbo)
