Hello TN,
Regarding the main navigation menu, there is the option to select a ‘Menu Item Style ’.
If we choose the “button with solid color” style it is possible to have it roll over effect to another color when a user hovers their mouse overtop?
Could you provide a CSS snippet for this?

Hi there – where does “Sort Portfolio” on the full-portfolio filters readout come from?
I need to edit it to read something else – i changed the corresponding stings in “functions.php” & “template-portfolio.php” but it doesn’t alter that output text, so this must be coming from someplace else in the code… thanks!

Sorry, I was checking for your reply on the Support page. Anyways, I’m sure you get a lot of questions, so I’m restating my issue here with admin credentials as you requested.
I’ve also included a couple of new issues which have cropped up:
1. On the Careers page, I’ve removed the footer and am using a full screen nectar slider. However, I see a “black gap” at the bottom of the page. How do I remove it?
2. On the Blog page, I disabled transparency from the navigation. However, that caused the “page header title” to not be “vertically centered”. I had faced the same issue on the homepage; however, that was resolved with the following code you gave me: .home .container-wrap {margin-top: 0 !important;}. However, when I used the same code for the Blog page like so .page-id-6673 .container-wrap {margin-top: 0 !important;}, it did not resolve the issue! Please advise.
3. On the Portfolio Item page and Blog page, I want all the icons and text to be in black (i.e., black color). How do I achieve that?
4. On the blog post page, I disabled comments -- only to find that a white gap came up between the "grey bar" and the footer. How do I remove that?
5. On the Privacy page, I entered the HTML code with "inline styling"; however, I'm getting a totally different output. However, when I included the "Privacy Page" in the root of my website, everything works out right! Please advise.

All my above-mentioned issues are fixed, except with the Careers page. In the Careers page, despite having enabled “force transparency”, I get a non-transparent header when I swipe up.

I am using your e-commerce salient version and have products on my home page (using woocommerce). When you hover over the product image, the small ‘Add to cart’ button pops up in the bottom left hand corner of image. Instead of adding the product to cart, is there anyway to change the image to text that says ‘View Product details’ or something similar and have the link take my customer to the product details page instead of adding to cart? All my products have extra options so I they must go to the product page before adding to cart. This seems like it should be a standard option, but it’s driving me crazy that I can’t seem to find a solution anywhere!

Enabling BOTH of the following (found in woocommerce settings) did the trick. (only enabling the one, did not work, so I tried both and it now takes me to the product page instead of adding to cart)
Redirect to the cart page after successful addition
Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

I just wanted to make a comment on the new blog layout. The sharing buttons at the bottom form a marketing stand point are not great. Hope you can consider moving them back up top to the right again or left. Make it easy for people.

I have noticed that the nectar sliders on computers with retina displays are displaying the text really small. I just got a new computer and the text on the sliders is way too small. Any suggestions? Here’s the site FreshStart.Church.
Also, the logo on the header does not display on these same displays when in transparent mode. It displays fine on other computers but not on machines with retina displays. Not sure what to do. Thanks.

I’m currently seeing it slide when clicked, if you’re trying to have it slide automatically you need to set an autorotate timing on the Nectar Slider element when editing it inside of visual composer

I was capable of making the top slider in the same way as it is shown on the demo, however I cannot add similar type of grid blocks of entries…

I am currently working on customizing the theme for a project. Here are the two problems I encountered and would like to seek some help from the Author.
1) I have followed the steps described here https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/2037/ to adjust the actual position of the Nectar Sliders. The global settings worked perfectly. However, it seemed that the nth-child selector changed the layout of all sliders even I used ”.swiper-slide:nth-child(1)”. I am wondering if there is anything I have missed?
2) For the Carousel, is there any way to change the switch page presentation? Instead of using the default arrow with the page number at the top right hand corner. Can it be switched to left / right arrows at both ends?
In case the problem is versioning related. I am using WordPress 4.4.2 and Salient Theme 7.0.6.

1. If you gave your slide a class with the “Extra Class Name” input you could target it by that and single it out from all others
2. It would take some custom css – could you share a page URL where you’re using the element so I can see the setup
