I seem to have the same issue as salow. What is the status of the fix we need to see navigation, title, logo, etc. in sticky header?

I updated the theme yesterday, and all plugins and VC. Emptied my cache, and it still does it. I think it is a conditional style somewhere having to do with the larger screen size, header heights, title height, etc, but I cannot find it.

I am working my site locally. I noticed that my Chandelier theme is the latest(1.2), yet it is packaged with an old VC plugin. VC says you need to update the plug in for me, or I’d have to buy it myself to have it automatically update.The version of VC in the latest theme update is V 4.9.1 and the current one is 4.11.12. Please update the plug in for this theme.

1.2 is the latest version of Chandelier. It includes Visual Composer 4.11.1
To update to that version:
just go to Plugins section in your WP admin, deactivate and delete it, and you will get a notification to install and activate it again. That way you will update the plugin.
We will include 4.11.2 that just came our two days ago in all our themes soon in next updates.

hi, your theme looks great. i would like to use it for a client. but before purchasing it, i need to know, if you will fix the bug on the sticky header, which seems to be only on wide screens. every time i open the demo pages, i can see no logo no navigation etc. the sticky header is shown, but everything is black. after scaling the browser window, to a smaller width, logo, navi etc. are shown. have a look: http://sandra-loewe.com/chandelier.jpg

Hi there, I just installed and activated the theme (and the plugins) and when I try to view the site I get this: http://dekowest.roland-design.com/ The dekowest.roland-design.com page isn’t working dekowest.roland-design.com is currently unable to handle this request. 500 If I active another theme and it works again! What could be wrong? I installed it on a clean, recently installed Wordpress.

Most likely, the problem is low php memory_limit . Try increasing it like explained in the article, or ask your hosting provider to increase it for you.

In order to change the theme labels, you should use poedit software to translate all default theme labels into your language. You can read more and find the instructions for it here: https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/poedit/
As for your photos, you don’t have the right thumbnails generated for these two items in second row, maybe these photos were uploaded to your WordPress before you installed our theme. Just try to reupload them and set as featured images for these two portfolio items.

On this page http://test.cmski.ru/portfolio/ – you’re using Portfolio List element, to display the list of your portfolio items. In portfolio list settings, you can choose image dimensions, set them to square , and also you choose do you want to have load more option to load more items, or not http://screencast.com/t/gD1YwoUBz
Now, if you have already set it to square, but the photos are still different, please contact our support team at https://elated.ticksy.com , so they can inspect this and help to fix it. They also need to check this problem with theme labels, and help with translation.
And each of the photos in list – takes you to single portfolio page. In your WP admin -> Portfolio -> you can edit all your portfolio items, and if you want, for each one you can set external link, so the photo in porfolio list takes you somewhere else, and not to single portfolio page

Hello great theme. but the sticky menu didn’t appear in mobile when we scroll down, to the bottom of the page. But when scrolling up the sticky menu apear with the logo and menu button.

This is the default behavior of mobile menu. In the Elated Options -> Header, you can choose the behavior for PCs, but for mobiles, the separate html is rendered for the menu, and it appears on scroll up.

1. You could activate header top bar for your site, and put the phone in the Top Bar Left widget area.
2. All the theme labels are translate-ready , so you can use WPML plugin for running a multi language site yes.
3. Yes you can.

Seem to be having the same problem as crushonme last month. Is there a bug in the slider of this theme? It’s VERY frustrating…. image not loading, not saving, deleting it from demo and it’s still there!! really need support for this asap…...

There are no problems with Elated Slider. This issue is related either to low server resources, or some mod_security_rules of your server preventing this change. We have informed our support team to take a look at your ticket, it should be processed really soon.

Hi I would like to hide the Product tag title and the product category name from showing in the title bar at the top on taxonomy pages like product-tag pages and product-category pages.
To do the exact same thing on the Product pages you suggested:

It’s a pretty good theme, but the documentation is poor. Given the quality of the theme, they should have had a better instructions. It took me a few hours to figure things out, but I still have not figured out everything. I would say provide instructions and an explanation of all those buttons and codes. And give instructions of where everything is located. (Write instructions as if a you were a first time user, and not a pro.) Customer support is a bit slow. Theme has compatibility issues with firefox. WARNING: If you are expecting quick support, THINK AGAIN! These guys are not very fast. So if you get stuck, be ready to wait a day or few.

Hi I need to show the Tag descriptions on each of the product tags page ( for example under /Product-tags/tag-name show the description for that tag ). I was looking for the file tag.php so that I can add the line: <?php echo tag_description(); ?> to show the product tag descriptions.
But the file isnt there, please can you tell me which file I would need to add this to in order to display the product tag descriptions when the product tag link is clicked on? (It appears to be sharing the page with the main product page?)

No, they still havent told me the answer, all I want to know is what file in your theme the product tag page is on, (so I can get the tag descriptions to show) and what file in your theme the product category page is on. (So I can get the product category descriptions to show).
Please can you post the reply here, I just need the file names and paths to the files.
(The support ticket system people either ignore the ticket or say that I need to contact woo commerce, but the files that are normally used are different in your theme, which is why I need you to show me where they are).
The pages that im looking for in the files of your template are: The file that displays the following page: www.mywebsite.com/product-tag/tag-name/
The file that displays the following page: www.mywebsite.com//product-category/category-name/
(The first page above displays all the products that are tagged with that product tag, I need to find the file to get it to echo the product tag description, The second page above displays all the products that are in that category, I need to find the file for this page to get it to echo the product category description)

Note first that the template files used for these pages are default woocommerce templates (from the plugin) , we didn’t override those.
Just contacted support team, they will take a closer look to see which exactly file requires changes, and will provide the paths to it on your ticket.

For anyone else looking to see how to display the Product Category and Product Tag descriptions on the category and tag pages, simply copy the following code in to your woocommerce.php file that you will find in your themes>Chandelier folder:
