Hey there, I haven’t been getting responses lately from the ticksy support site, and I realized my support is out of date. Just renewed my support license for 6 more months and posted another ticksy ticket, but it still says my support is expired (on the ticksy site)

This code is great! But I have a black background on the row, and would like to change the input color of font of the name, email, subject, and message to white. I have searched for hours but to no avail. can you tell me the css?

I had purchased a 6-month extension of the Support via Envato ThemeForest; however, my tickets in ThemeNectar show as “Support Expired” on all my tickets!

Hey, it seems your server is having issues loading a lot of the theme files, you can see this occurring when you open the browser console as you load the page. Have you tried to reach out to your hosting company in regards?
No the pages are loaded but the white loading page remains, you can notice it scrolling down on mobil: you can see under the white one the real page loaded, how can i fix it?

I’m not saying the page markup itself is failing to load, just the scripts and other assets (in and outside of the theme) that the page needs to function properly http://i.imgur.com/WFnCmg0.png – that needs to be sorted in order for everything to work correctly

have you tried to simply delete the old plugin and manually install the new one? The plugin is included with the theme in the plugins directory inside of the theme

I’d like to use the pricing table style but without listing prices (or possibly replace that part with “Contact Us”, but I cannot seem to get rid of the / symbol that separates the price and interval. When I leave the price blank it auto-fills it with $99.)
Is there a way that I can remove the Price, Currency Symbol and Interval part within the column while leaving the Title in place? Or would you recommend using something else to achieve the same goal?

Hello, for some reason the padding on one of the columns i’m trying to adjust doesn’t apply according to the options i choose below, like left or right or bottom and top – it always just goes in all directions no matter what option i choose.
No, i didn’t forget to check about the row or other column padding.

Hi there – I was wondering if there is any way to have text like ‘see product’ rather than the price and category on product image hover in woocommerce. I have checked the add to cart text rather than the button as I like that more, but I would just like to customize what displays on hover. You could accomplish that with html in the header inpiut (using single quotes for any attributes) However it would be easier to simply use a Nectar Slider or a Visual Composer row set to full width background instead

Ticksy needs an update to support the new license expirations correctly, most that are now saying expired are incorrect – however this is out of our direct control and we will notify the ticksy developers in regards. We will continue to provide support for these cases as usual in the meantime

I’m trying to optimize a site with the Salient theme for a client and minifying & combining the javascript (via Autoptimize) removes the slider. I’ve tried excluding ALL Salient scripts (which defeats the purpose) and it still doesn’t work. What script handles your homepage slider?

It uses the init.js and orbit.js files, have you considered using bwp minify instead? This plugin has been tested with the theme and works without needing much config
