Hey I am trying to install this theme on MediaTemple shared hosting and the plethora plugin is using all of my available memory to the point of the site not loading… I am capped at 100mb is there a way to tone this down?? Or a resource light version of the plugin?
Hello, we have replied to your #2185 ticket.

I created a ticket but one of plethora’s staff replied with an empty answer. Could you please rectify this omission ASAP? Many Thanks!
Sorry Stamaz, our fault. Our answer has been posted.
Thank you
I am afraid that you answered me much too quickly… My inquiry was NOT in regards content building but rather concerned content filtering.
Our answer was given in a previews ticket of yours. Check again.
Thank you
Hi, just bought this theme. Installed wordpress, theme, theme child, and then plugin Plethora Features Library, when I went to activate it I got a 500 internal server error, the whole wordpress install doesn’t work anymore… I just spent nearly 2 hours on chat with my hosting company and finaly figured it out… our server runs on php 5.3 and your theme is not compatible with php 5.3 Fortunately for us we have a dedicated server with cloud linux and we were able to update our php version to 5.6 for this account… now it works… I am writting this so that you, and future buyers know this…
Hello Helenekhouri,
In order to make things clear for our future buyers too, HealthFlex supports any PHP 5.3 or newer installation. PHP 5.2 is not supported, and it will produce an admin notice to warn the users about that ( not a fatal or 500 internal error ).
So I’m afraid that we have to correct you in this, unless you were trying to install HealthFlex 1.0 version which contained a single 5.3 related bug that was fixed on 1.1 update. You may review the changelog. However, this doesn’t seem to be the case here, as you referred that you’ve just bought the theme.
After 1.0 version, we decided to make PHP 5.3 our main production environment so we are quite sure that this was not a PHP 5.3 related issue. It could be due to insufficient default PHP configuration ( i.e. low memory ), but not the version itself. In example, you might had PHP 5.3 with default memory set to 40MB, which is very low and could have caused a fatal error. Switching to PHP 5.6 would update that default value to 64MB or 128MB and this allowed things to work without errors.
Anyway, instead both of us making assumptions on this error, we would appreciate it if you sent us your PHP error log on plethorathemes@gmail.com to investigate it in depth.
Thank you very much for using HealthFlex for your project.
Hi, I had lost a lot of time when I wrote here the last time and when I saw your email I didn’t respond on it… Now I just tried to install it again on another domain name on the same server and I got the same issue. So I contacted my hosting company again. This is our php version: 5.3.29 and the memory_limit is 1000M so it is not a memory issue. I have asked them to set it up to php 5.4 for this account and I will test once it is done to see if it works. I have also ask them for the error log that I will forward once I receive it. I wish to prevent this for myself and others in the future… p.s. nice theme to work with
Hello, thank you for your update!
It will be very helpful for both to track this issue through our support forum, you can create a new ticket here.
We will also need a WP admin and FTP access for your installation, please, email us those creds at plethorathemes@gmail.com.
Hi, I do not wish to open a ticket in the forum. I just wanted to inform new buyers about the issue if that happend to them… So as a follow up I did send you the error message in the log. The server guy changed the php version to 5.4 and all was showing right after!
Hi, I can not change the top bar text, When I change it old text comes , it does not renew itself.
In 1.3.1 Version you can set your top bar text from Theme Options panel and (if you wish) to customize it on each page separately. Please Update.
Thank you
I updated it. I know how to change it. When I change it , the changes do not take place.

is there a way to change the layout of the Testimonials ? where its not a slideshow? Thanks!
Hello, suppose that you mean the testimonials shortcode. Yes, you can set your layout via row & column settings. Thank you
where do I find the testimonial shortcodes??
Is this theme php7 compatible?
Hello mvasin,
Our recent tests have shown just a single minor deprecated notice on admin, which is already fixed and packed for the upcoming 1.4 version that will be launched next week.
So, even if we will be officially PHP7 compatible on 1.4 release, we may say that even the current 1.3.1 release will work just fine!
Thank you very much for your interest on HealthFlex!
Hi, thanks for a great theme. I’m having trouble importing the demo content though. A lot of images and the menus don’t import when I use the WordPress Importer plugin, any help?
Thanks in advance.

No worries, I think I isolated the issues – I only had one of the icon libraries installed. I’ve attempted the demo content upload twice and the icon packs don’t install. Can I do it manually?
Thank you for your update. Go to Theme Options > General > Social Icons and click the “Reset Section” button.
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Sorry 5ifty0, forgot to mention two more steps you may need to do.
Go to Theme Options > Advanced > Icons library and click the “Reset Section” button.
Go to Theme Options > Header > Main Section // Social Bar and check if the icons are normally displayed. Don’t hesitate to contact us dor any further assistance.
Brilliant, thank you. Is it possible to reduce the spacing between the sections in Visual Composer? For example, the gap between “Welcome to Medicus Clinic” and “Departments” on the http://plethorathemes.com/healthflex/ page is too big for me and I can’t find the options in the Theme Options.
Hello, yes you can do that.
There is a padding setting appear when you are clicking the “pencil” button on each row.
I tried that before and the only way to close the gap is with minus numbers, but that looks terrible on mobile.

Hi, I have two questions: 1. What plugin the theme use for manage the home slider? 2. Is possible to show the news in a part of homepage via shortcode?
thanks
Hello, Owl Slider is Healthflex’s default Slider.
You can use Single Post shortcode to display your blog content on every page you wish to.
Thank you for your comment
Hi, I want to add an appointment for every doctor’s profile, is possible?
Hello, you can use the appointment form as a widget in every doctor’s profile. We are also working on the adjustment of a timetable plugin wich will be released in the near feature.
Thank you
Do you provide ‘import demo content’ option to help us set the web easier?
Yes we do. Check the documentation for more… http://doc.plethorathemes.com/healthflex/#demo
Hola, me interesa. Lo que quiero saber es si se puede utilizar el template sin tener Wordpress. La respuesta a esta consulta, va a determinar si se hace el pago o no. Gracias.
No, this is a Wordpress theme. Unfortunately you cannot use this theme without Wordpress. But you can check out our fabulous Medicus HTML theme: http://themeforest.net/item/medicus-medical-business-multipurpose-html/11590438
Gracias por su interés en nuestro tema,
FYI, I sent you a message today to your gmail with the hope of having my password account recovered/reset to be able to login onto: http://plethorathemes.com/support/signin/ and which could be stuck in your junk mail folder. Thx!
Hello Stamaz, your pass has been changed, check your email.
Have a nice day
Found a bug that causes a bit of a pain: There is no way to have the top bar custom text (set in Theme Options > Header > Top Bar) automatically be applied to existing pages. Instead, I have to copy and paste the text to EVERY SINGLE PAGE on my site – BIG PAIN. Can you please enable an option for pages to apply the “default” top bar setting (i.e. as defined in theme options)?
That way, when I make a change to the custom text for the top bar in Theme Options, it will get carried over to all other pages. Currently, it doesn’t, and I have to copy and paste updates to each page – like I said, that’s a huge pain.
Just noticed that this problem also affects Woocommerce Products!!! Yikes! BIG problem. Please fix this ASAP. The top bar setting should be a universal setting only controlled from the Theme Options panel – not on each individual page or product.
Maybe an easy fix for this would be to add an option toggle page/post-level overrides on or off in Theme Options > Header > Top Bar…something like “Cannot be overridden by page/post settings.”
Hello PeterHoppe, this is not a bug, it’s the logic of our set up, but you have a point here, kudos!
A more flexible function will be included in our upcoming 1.3.1 update wich will be done until tomorrow.
Thank you very much for your suggestion
Hello PeterHoppe!
HealthFlex 1.3.1 is launched. It includes an improved management for the top bar texts that eliminates the hassle.
Thanks again for your valuable feedback, and don’t forget that we are always open for any other suggestions you may have!
Awesome! Thanks for fixing this!
Thank you for helping us trace the issue!
Hi! I just received an mail that you just have updated the theme but I can’t find any new demos in the new update. What happened? Thank you!
Hello, we have done this update to cover some fixes on password protected installations. Healthflex’s demos are coming soon.
Stay tuned
I see! Did I get clear? I thought I would see Healthflex’s demos on this week. Please let me know thank you!
Probably not. We cannot give you a precise date, sorry.
It’s our first production priority.
