License transfer (pre-buy question, possibly) I’ve been asked to take care of maintenance for a website for a new client/prospect. They had their website made by someone else (using the Impreza theme). How do I go about updating the Impreza theme if that person is not willing to give the API key because in his account there are more themes?
I read that you “can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.”
So should our client/prospect ask for transferral of the license? Or is there an better or easier way?

I have been test driving the admin demos for Impreza and Zephyr. They have the most useful theme options I have seen on any theme, good job there. Now I can’t decide between the two. I am curious about Zephyr, is it only built for Wordpress 4.3? That is the only compatible version listed on the theme information page. Can you tell me more about why?

When I updated to the newest theme version, the icons on the Icon Box element are no longer showing on the front-end and no longer selectable on the back-end when editing the page. Lastly, I am receiving an error on the Ultimate Icon Manager > Icon Manager page:

Open that page in the dashboard, click on ‘Pencil’ icon to edit Row Settings, and change Row Columns Layout to ‘Boxed and without gaps’ there. Then add desired image as a background to the column at Column Settings.

Most proably there are not enough resourses on your server to run heawy plugins, this issue rather related to your server configuration than to Impreza theme directly, anyway we recommend to read this reply. If it won’t help please create a ticket on our forum so we could investigate deeper.

Hi, I love this theme! Simply amazing. I have one question for you. How can I add a “content bottom” widget. I want to add a call to action at the bottom of each page and I was wondering if there is an easier way to do this besides going through each page and adding one to the bottom.
The best solution would be to have another footer row and just have 1 widget area in that row.

Hi, I can’t chose source image > post/page thumbnail after use impreza theme. When I deactivate impreza I use this by standart visual composer functionality. This function like custom heading (Custom Heading > Text Source > Post/Page Title) but for images.

Just purchased. I see where there are options to add phone, email, social, and one custom item to the top bar. Is that it? How do I tell it which side each one goes on? How do i set colors, sizes of fonts, etc?
I need the phone number bigger and bolder. I need social on the left and phone on the right.
This is definitely not as customizable as led to believe in selling points. These things should be easily changed in settings rather than having to use CSS.

At the moment Impreza theme doen’t provide such ability to implement such layout you want out of the box, but we have a good neews: we plan to implement header builder in one of the next updates (within 6 weeks) so you will be able to customize header area you want.

Can you please be more specific, which comment box you’re talking about? If you want to disable comments for regular pages go to Theme Options > General Settings, and disable ‘Page Comments’ option there. If you want to disable comments for posts entirely you can achive that with 3d party plugin like Disable Comments.
