It’s still in a local dev environment. I just added a 80px divider into the column and it seems to have worked.

Hey – are you using the Latest Salient theme version? It seems you’re not using the Salient version of Visual Composer and in past theme versions, the raw VC was known to cause icon issues
Not sure if this is a known issue or if there is a fix for this but the parallax backgrounds on Safari really don’t work all that well.

At the bottom of the page you can see the image that parallaxes. On Safari it appears to be blown up to the size of the entire browser. In Chrome and Firefox the image is viewable perfectly in it’s window. Is there any chance that a bit of code targeting safari has been misplaced?

You could try giving the row a class in order to target it specifically and then add some css to define a height for the row bg like so:
.custom-row-class div.row-bg.using-image {
height: 700px!important;
}

I marked my page as “with sidebar”, I added WooCommerce widgets to page sidebar widgets in apperance, but not all of them shows up…what is the reason? And how to add “Sort by…” thing to the page?

You’ll need to choose the sidebar layout from the WooCommerce tab in your options panel and then assign your actual woocommerce shop page for the plugin to get all of the widgets to function correctly https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-pages/

Hope you are well.
Today I accessed your support forum to follow up on a ticket I submitted on January 15. Unfortunately, to my big surprise, the ticket was closed with a banner saying ‘Support Expired’. This is really not good enough and incredibly dissatisfying for the following reasons:
1) I purchased the theme on December 10. That’s 88 days ago; less than 3 months.
2) I’m told on the Themeforest dashboard that I’ve still got another 3 months of support remaining (till June 9).
3) The last 3 follow ups I did to my ticket (where I simply gave you the information that I was asked for by your support team) were completely ignored. The first of these 3 responses were on January 26 (only 47 days after I had purchased the theme).
I see it completely unfair and unreasonable that 1) my support has expired even though I’m told otherwise, and 2) that I’ve been ignored in a not-closed enquiry.
Please will you follow up on this asap and help sort things out? Otherwise I see no other way around this than to complain to Themeforest and see if they can help.

Hey – my apologies for the confusion, there is a current issue with the Envato API and ticksy. It’s showing many users support as expired even when it’s not, while they’re working on a fix please ignore that message as support will still be given as normal. As for you ticket, I’m checking into that right now to see why it was overlooked

One of my H1 headings possesses a long word (i.e. “transformative”) and the word gets cutoff when on mobile. Is there a CSS tweak you can suggest that would make the H1 headings shrink to fit the width of the screen when on mobile? Right now it just cuts the word entirely off screen. Thanks!

Have you tried to paste the embed code into the text tab on our editor? If you pasted it in the visual tab it wouldn’t end up parsing
