Hello, the & in the name can give issues with a lot of things… It can be related with the database encoding, but if you encode the glyph it may work fine. Also, more simpel thing to check, be sure the & doesn’t appear in the permalink, simply edit it and eliminate the character. Hello, the url you linked is totally broken and I have no clue how you built it. he URL you get simply by clicking “preview” when you create the channel. About the manual, i’m sorry if you didn’t find all the needed info, this is the first time we receive this request, also because basically the radio channel is just like a page with a couple of custom fields for the streaming url and playlist settings.

If clicking on the preview url you receive a 404 error, go to settings-permalinks and save. Can be simply that wordpress didn’t update the cached permalink settings after the theme activation (sometimes happens).

Hello! You can choose light or dark base, and any accent color for links buttons and decorations. In the modular page, you can even alternate dark and light modules, even the menu will change color when navigating. Thanks!

It appears that when using shortcodes, any content loaded into that extra div with class .qw-thecontent, is not loading full width initially. It also happens with the biography div if it’s not chosen as first tab in the tab customizer.

Hi, it depends how the plugins you use are made. When they uses javascript to resize the contents, of course may not work if loaded when the tab is hidden. In this case if you want to use those kind of plugins, to have the media tab first is the best option, otherwise you need to add some extra js to make them work, but this we can’t provide as there are so many plugins that anyone can have a different initialization function (of course).

Otherwise we would need to reverse-engineer the plugin to find out how to integrate it, but we can’t provide support for any third party plugin out there obviously.

The best in the end is to set the bio as first so will all work fine, Thanks!

1) no, the design is fixed and it works only with the mp3 you upload in the site

2) The icons only appears in the one page menu. They are auto generated. The off canvas is needed instead to navigate to other pages of the site not to sections, so are completely different parts of the interface with different functions. There are no options to hide the icons, nor there are options to use the left off canvas menu to navigate through sections. You can do it by putting manually the same # links in your menu settings, while the icons menu is automated. You can hide it if you add your own CSS, we can help you on that is very simple.

3) Only certain pages stop the music, the ones with ecommerce or other js plugins that doesn’t support ajax loading, all other pages should not make the music stop as they use ajax loading. If you have any different case than this, please let me know and we will check immediately.

Hi, the player, by default, loads the playlist contained in the latest release, nothing different. Is just a convenience to show up the latest release as normally in the music websites there are no preloaded playlists in the player (like juno, itunes, beatport and so on, the playlist is always empty initially). To have a custom playlist at the beginning, you can create a release with order -1 and use it to publish the tracks that you want by default in the player when opening the site.

Well, guys… I’m already waiting for a solution for more than 24 hours! I’m with this problem since the day I bought the theme (5 days ago), and so far do not have a solution…

Please download 2 images that you think they are different, then see properties to see they all are 800×600

Its really weird… I’ve uploaded a new fresh image 800×600 to that release and still looks bigger. BUT, if I asign an image that look “smaller” to this releases they look fine… still all measure 800×600…somehow those specific releases (which happend to be the last 5) are having the problem. And if I make a new release it also looks with bigger image.

The problem is not the absolute size, is that you have some images squared and other rectangular. The original pictures have different size.

Hi, that’s not an mp3 url but instead is a full player. Can you please check with StreamGuys how to access the direct stream url? All the streamings have one, is the same used for example to listen from winamp or itunes… Please ask them for the MP3 stream url. If you have it, opening it in the browser will reproduce the music almost instantly, which means that it works fine.

In alternative, we can put this player as you linked in a page, helping you with the embedding, which is easy but not the most elegant solution. Thank you and have a nice day! Igor
