Hey guys, I posted a private ticket about this, but I was just about to go live with this website when I noticed this problem, so I’m a little desperate and I thought i’d come in here and see if anyone could help me out with this before I got an official answer through my ticket. Sorry about not being more patient.
I’m having an issue on the mobile version of my website in which a lot of images stopped loading, mainly single images and a few sliders. For single images I’m getting empty frames with image names, the sliders are just showing up as black. Everything loads perfectly fine on every computer and browser i’ve tested this on, but iOS devices aren’t loading at all. These images are also not showing up in the media browser of wordpress if I log in through an iOS device. If I use a mobile emulator on the computer, everything loads perfectly.
Can you guys help me out? Ticket #695420. Thank you so much, you guys are always incredible, I feel bad about not being as patient as I should about this but I’m struggling since I had to launch this thing tomorrow.

We’re not really sure what you’re looking for. We’re using default prettyphoto lighbox from Visual Composer within our theme as a modal popup.
You could use that one for some of your elements, to add rel attribute to it to call this default one.

The idea can be to create the content for this Modal Dialog in some widget area presented on all pages, for example in some footer column, and hide it from being displayed.
Then, you can write some custom JS, to open this content in a lightbox when clicking on some menu item.

I am using Bridge on a client’s sight and they are saying that on a computer with a touch screen, you have to double click on the drop down menu items instead of the usual single click when using Chrome. Can you please recommend a solution?

A question about sliders please:
The “Qode Slider” and the “Layerslider” are fine but for a certain purpose we need the “Revolution Slider”.
Is it possible to install the plugin “Revolution Slider” and afterwards to insert the sliders of this “Revolution Slider” below/behind the header area of the theme (i.e. instead of sliders from “Qode Slider” or “Layerslider”) ?

Yes, it should be possible. We haven’t tested Revolution Slider within our theme, but users use it , you just need to disable Smooth Scroll option in Qode Options -> General.
Note that you can also use Layer Slider in content area, by just adding Layer Slider element from Visual Composer anywhere in content.

I hope you guys are doing well. I am doing a facelift to my website that uses Bridge. It is an awesome theme but I’m encountering some problems at the time of changing some stuff.
For example:
1) http://mevstudios.com/test-3/?preview=true? In this link I’m doing a video background slide to substitute my current one at the home page. From the slide section when I try to change the color or the size of the title and subtitle it works but, when I try to change the title and subtitle font, it won’t apply the one I’m looking for at all. I’m using Raleway as general font but when I type for example the Reenie Beanie font in the specific slide for the title and subtitle, it won’t display this type of font, it will show Libre Baskerville (I think). No matter what type of font I choose in the slide title or subtitle different from Raleway, it will show Libre Baskerville. Any way I can sort this out?
2) How can I change the hover color of the portolio images? When I leave the mouse on a portfolio image the hover is transparent black and inside I can see the “View” and “Zoom” Icons. I would like that hover to be transparent #e88ff7?.

2. In portfolio list element setting you can set Image Overlay Color http://screencast.com/t/yRejI322 , but note that it doesn’t apply for default hover types. So if you’re using default hover type, it can be changed with custom css.

You can change all our styles to your own of course. In Qode Options are the setting to style up almost every section and element, and also when creating content by adding elements, you set the individual styles for each element. The content layout is also up to you to create.
In Pages -> each page, Posts -> Each post, you’ll find meta boxes for settings specific to that page/post.

3 — Ken Burns => Is it possible to activate a “Ken Burns” effect in your slider (e.g. zoom-in effect)?
4 — Portfolio (e.g. “four columns wide” with filter) => Can we link the portfolio items to normal pages (instead of portfolio pages) too?

Hi, I submitted a ticket this morning and I’m still waiting on a reply. Public Ticket #693470.
I’m having an issue (only on my home page) where anytime I insert my slider code into the Pages-Qode General, turn off Qode title, press update, nothing happens. I go to see the updated page and it’s the same as before. Also, when I check the settings in Qode General again they have been cleared. I have the most up to date of all the plugins. Any ideas what’s going on here, or could I give you my login information for you to have a look yourself?

This sounds like your server resources are being too low, and the changes you make revert to default instead of saving. You should try to increase your memory_limit and post_max_size.

We need to build a website with 2 categories. One is for a wellness part, the other for skin care. Index just 2 images (for category choice). No logo of footer needed there.
Every category has its own accent colour and logo. So some pages need the logo in green, other pages blue accent colour and logo.
Is that possible with the Bridge Theme?

Hello,
You could use Landing Page template, to create this intro page. That template doesn’t have header and footer, so you can just create those two images for category choice, and link them to desired pages.
Now, when you enter one of the categories, you can make one to use Dark Header, and other Light. That way one will display the image you upload under Dark Logo in Qode Options -> Logo, the other will use photo uploaded under Light Logo.
With custom css you can define accent color depending on page you are on.
