I am very disappointed in the support from developers. On top of that, M2 version has lots of bugs and numerous JS conflicts. You better come with a fix for all bugs or you are risking to have the item rating drop to the bottom. I already revised my rating. You guys deserve 1 star – your support sucks!

there is 3px space between menu items. More than hours i am working on it and couldn`t find the css code to hide it. How can i hide this spaces between menu item.

infact its is 6px. But i can deactive 3px with changing “margin-right: 3px” to 0px on ”.fixed-header ul.menu >li, .main-nav ul.menu >li ”.

But the other 3px is not possible to find.

1. Auto generated password for Customer is not working.

Once we add a new customer and we click on the check box for auto-generated password, user gets an email with the password. But when the user tries to login with the same password, it gives an error of Invalid login and password.

We need to migrate customer email-id and password from drupal website to magento, please suggest some options as how we can proceed with the same.

2. We need some modifications in the wishlist functionality.

a) Suppose user has added (Ex: 10-15) products into the wishlist, and he wants to add all the products into cart at a time. Currently we need to select each product for the process. We need a solution if we can have the checkbox in front of products and an add all products at a time.

b) Once the products are added into the cart, the products should still remain into the wishlist.

Please revert back to us as soon as possible.

for some reason filters – price, color etc on the left sidebar doesn’t work. When you click on one of them, Ajax blue circles shows up and keeps spinning and gives no results. And you need to refresh page to remove that constant blue circle spinning.

I know you’re doing a great (and hard) job by developing both magento 1.X and 2 versions at the same time but I want to ask you:

1. Why you’ve removed only smartwave_blog.xml under /var/package but left all the “blog” extension files all over? It can conflict with other 3rd party extensions if any settings in your other xml files do call one of those blog-related files. Similar issue just happened to me with your smartwave_all.xml calling the “All” function that conflicted with MageMob Admin extension…

2. Zeon manufacturer (purchased by Perficient many months ago and never updated, last update was because of my ticket regarding integration with your theme) is creepy old and full of holes. Why don’t you just leave the right sidebar space “open” so to let your customers implement their own “brands” solution?

I know that my support “time” is over but I don’t really need it. You can choose to reply “please purchase support” or give a thorough explanation to us, your customers. I think many people need to know exactly what to expect, else you’ll be flooded with comments and tickets that you could just avoid with nice documentation or a plain old forum =)

I need a block type to show ONE complete and specific category, such as “PROMO PRODUCTS” category. These products, from this category, should show randomly in a certain area in the home page. Which block model should I use?
