Hi there, We have been using your theme for 3 months now, and we are really happy about it. We were wondering if the header in mobile could have its height changed. It looks too big to us, and in theme options we cannot change this.
Also the links: mailto:.... and email address looks really small and italics is there a ways to change this ? Ta

On my install panel, I see the different layouts and at the end a button “Install Blog, Portfolio and Additional Pages”, however, I am missing the “Install Main Demo Content Button”.
If I just install any of the layouts, I do not get a working result. I already re-installed Ronneby and WP several times … the problem persists.
Please advice.
Ok. Seems like the main content comes disguised as one of the layouts (different from the documentation). After increasing the php limit, I was able to install. However, the installation is kind of incremental, so I re-install and get a bit further along every time. Can I just manually copy the main content via ftp? Where does it go?

The theme worked perfectly well. But since I updated it to the new version, the error “out of memory” appeared after I tried to reapply the old style settings. What can I do (except getting a higher memory limit – my provider doesn’t offer more)?

Hi,
First of all, I am new to Wordpress and are struggling with the very nice looking Ronneby-Thirty_second theme.
The first page is a Revolution slider. I want to add a button with an arrow so the visitor understands how to scroll down.
In Visual composer I tried to add a “Single Image” but that destroy the look of Revolution slider (moves it down). I added On click action and Goto next page, but that did not work, no next page.
I also tried to add an image/button inside Revolution slider, but what is the URL for the next page (like when pressing down key on the keyboard)? How do you find out the different pages links/url?
Can you please in step by step explain for me how to solve this, think of me like a complete idiot 
Another issue is that often when you do something and press OK inside Visual Composer the response is incredible slow, sometimes it times out. No memory or CPU problem at all on the server. It is so slow that its almost unusable. Webaddress: server.blueflow.se:8989

First of all, thank you for choosing our theme.
As far as I can see, you’d like to add a button or image to the Revlution slideer that would lead to the page content below the slider as the visitor clicks on it, right?
Please, navigate to the Revolution slider and add the button ot image (the element you’d like to be clickable). Select it and switch to Actions in the top settings bar. Click the plus button to add new action for the element. There you’ll see the list of available user actions that would toggle the scroll. In your case it’ll be ‘Click’. There’s also another dropdown where you can set the actual action that will be performed on click – select the ‘Scroll Below Slider’ option. Save slider and chek the site. It has to help you to achieve the needed effect.
As for the slow work, make sure that you’re using the latest plugins versions. We’ll be able to check the admin speed and server configuration for you. Please, mail us the wp and FTP access details to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com to get our assistance.

Hi again, have you looked into our problem? I’ve sent you the login information yesterday as requested. Another thing. The other day you sent out a Ronneby theme update mail. In the mail you press Download. When downloading the zip it has the same revision number as the old one (11776839). Now I got a mail with the information that this will not with on One Page scroll templates. This is not good. First time I asked about this was 6 weeks ago. You have given me instructions and it does not work. Do you mean that we have to start all over again? I’m very confused and get different messages. As I said we think it is important to be able to press a button to change page, not all customers will understand to use the arrow key. Please help us forward, we’re getting really frustrated. I’ve sent you our login information twice. The first time 2/2 2016.

As we can see you have depricated theme version. Please, update the theme and plugins to the latest version. Or mail us also your FTP access details and we’ll do it for you.
As for the ‘scroll under’ it do not work on one page scroll templates.

The ‘Scroll below slider’ option uses anchors and, unfortunately, it doesn’t work on One page scroll page template at the moment. Anchors work properly on For page builder page template.
We can recommend you to ad Single Image module and assign the link to it. You’ll be able to select it as One page scroll navigation and link it to the Previous/Next slide. Probably, such solution will suit you.

Please, check the page template you’re using o the page ad set it to For Side by Side, if needed. Also, update the theme and plugins to make sure you’re using the latest features and elements. Note, you have to back up all the modified files, if there are any, before the update.

Thanks for the quick response. I created an additional entry in the left sidebar of the wordpress admin panel, which I called “destinations” adding the code in function.php files, so now in my left sidebar I voices: “Dashboard”, “Posts”, ” destinations ”,” Media ”,” Pages ”, and everything else. In so far as you have advised me to select categories, I have already tried, and adds the part relating to the addition of new internal taxonomies to “destinations”. To view them all, I tried to select all categories, but as a result it shows me only the first category which presents the list, that by downloading your demo is “Design”, if I deselect keeping other selected, shows me only the list of articles related to the second item on the list, that at this point the first to be selected, which is always the case of your demo is “Hotel”. How should I do?

Please, specify what taxonomies have you created, do you mean blog post category? You may select posts of what category/categories to display on a certain page while editing the page > Blog page options > Blog Category section.

Hi!
I recently learned that it might be wise to create a child theme so that my custom css isn’t wiped every time I update the theme. The problem is, I’ve already created a few pages of content and added my own Custom CSS (through the Ronneby “Theme Options”) and changed responsive header breakpoints by updating the two respective LESS files.
Is there a good way to go about converting to a child theme? Does it seem necessary or valuable?

We don’t recommend you to modify the less files of the theme.
The css code added to the Custom CSS field shouldn’t be deleted while theme theme update. We can recommend you to add the css code to the style.css file of the child theme to store it safely. Please, note, that less files won’t work from the child theme.

I have installed Ronneby on a 1and1 hosted WP installation. The theme seems to be working fine, but I am not able to successfully install the demos. I see the demo selection under the Installer Panel and when I install them, I get a “response”. E.g. trying to install the main demo, I get the following feedback: Advanced Custom Fields “Portfolio fields” already exists. Media “man_first” already exists. Media “man-third” already exists. Media “man-second” already exists. Media “lan3” already exists. Media “land2” already exists. Media “land1” already exists. Media “lan4” already exists. Media “lands” already exists. Media “mountains” already exists. Media “mount” already exists.
That’s all. No install complete or similar message. When I go to Pages, no new pages have been created.
Would I need to upload the import.zip separately?
Please advice. I see that you have offered to other users to install the demo for them, however, I would prefer instructions, so that I will be able to try different demos myself.

Most probably there are no enough limits set on the server for proper content installation. We can recommend you to run the importer once again till you get the content installed properly. Note, if you’re installing the Main demo content, you have to delete all the Menus first to avoid their duplication.

I just purchased your template. Installation went fine, even the plugins and demo content are great. But after just a few minutes I get the error below when going back to the theme options:

As for the error, it means that there’s not enough memory for proper theme functioning. Please, check this post and follow the instructions to fix it. The min recommended memory_limit value is 128M.

In the mean time I installed WPCF editor plugin. There I increased the Memory Limit from 40M to 64M, the Maw Memory Limit was set to 256M. Applied and working great now! Maybe good for other users with the same issue? Anyway, thank you and great job! Cheers

Love the theme! Purchased 2 so far. On my current site, the logo size needs to be bigger and the header options slider limits the width to 80px no matter where the slider is set. Can you please help? It needs to be more like 250 or 300px.

Thank you. It resolved itself after about 24 hours. There was a considerable delay before css changes appeared – maybe caching even though I used hyper-cache.

After the theme update to 1.1.1 version you may face the issue that the colors and typography have changed.
Don’t panic. Naigate to the THEME OPTIONS and simply click SAVE button. This will help to reapply your options and display the fonts and colors properly.
Also, in case there are issues with modules and strange spaces are added, just UPDATE VISUAL COMPOSER plugin to make the site function properly.
