Yes, this labels can either be translated , or removed, whatever you need.
Submit a ticket to https://elated.ticksy.com , and our support team will write you the css to remove it, and they can also point you out to where you can change them to your words in theme files.

Hi there, I am having issues with the child theme. It installs fine however once I start working on the site, it breaks and I receive the error

It is in reference to the Moose ChildTheme and the error description is “Template is missing.”

Login to your WP admin, and go to Appearance -> Themes, and delete this broken child theme. Then upload it again, just make sure that you have Moose main theme installed already, and that you’re uploading the right zip file for child theme – moose-child.zip

1. No need for any additional software. We’ve enabled SVG Source code field in Elated Slides for our Elated Slider, so you just need to write the SVG code – path for your logo http://screencast.com/t/Ns2X0Hwloa6N
2. Layer Slider can be used on any page yes. Also, for the exact gallery – you can use Image Gallery element from Visual Composer.

I’ve not got extensive tech knowledge, so I’m assuming writing SVG code will be difficult for me? No worries if it’s not possible (it’s still a great theme!) but it seems a great feature – could I use it with no prior knowledge?

It does not require some programming knowledge, it’s more a web design skill there are some converters online that can write you the SVG paths.

Having issues with Visual Composer templates.
We have imported the demo content for Moose 1. We then go to the Interactive Banners page and go through the save template feature of Visual Composer.
Issue is, when we apply that template to a page in Visual Composer, everything is broken and you can see the VC codes.
If we copy and paste the code from classic editor into a page it works fine so its a template in VC issue.
Any help would be appreciated

Yes, we’re preparing new update for Moose theme among others as well. All included plugins will be updated, as well as the compatibility for latest WooCommerce will be included. Hopefully it will be ready soon, we can’t give a precise date.

This error could refer to several things, try deactivating your plugins, and also increase the memory_limit (that’s the most likely cause of the problem)

Moose child has many (7) woo commerce template files that are out of date. How do I get those updated for the child theme?
LayerSlider WP is out of date, but won’t update as upon load it says the site needs to be authorized and to enter code (don’t have that).

Could you please tell us the ID of your ticket to check up this with support staff?
They need to check your server resources and help with the import as necessary, if the resources are all as suggested, there should be no problem.
As for the WooCommerce, we’re preparing new update that will include the compatibility with the latest plugin version. It’s not up to you this, we need to release new update and this notification will be gone then.
As for the LayerSlider, which version do you have? We have included latest one in past theme updates, there haven’t been new versions of that plugin recently, and we will include new one in theme updates, when there’s a new one.

Regarding the demo content and resources… Since my post and support ticket, site resources have been doubled again, that is… Twice as much as what Elated recommends… And the demo import is still stalling at 90%. Please provide assistance to this problem asap.

As for the WooCommerce, yes , it should work fine, however , we always recommend keeping the last supported version, until we release new theme update for the compatibility first.

Hi, I am about to get Moose WordPress Theme, but I just have some questions.
1. With the video background, is it possible to have it with sound. 2. Can I have the video background with a hidden right bar menu? 3. How hard is it to customize.
The thing is that I need the site to be almost identical to this one http://pushhere.com/ but with sound and when you click on the hidden menu, to have the menu in the bar and a plugin installed in the rest of the screen. How hard will it be to adapt it?

1. Yes, the video sound can be enabled.
2. Yes, you can use Side Menu and choose it to be on the right or left, what ever you find better.
3. Our Moose theme is not hard for customization, there are plenty of options for achieving desired look.
You can make totally same looking site like this one from the link in our Moose theme
