We’ve not tested the Nav Menu Roles nor the Mega Menu Conditionals with the theme so, unfortunately, I can’t give you a precise answer on this. Sorry! You could try to also test this with other additional plugins disabled which may affect their functionality and/or get in touch with plugin’s authors, they might be able to offer you a solution for this.

Hi,

Yes, for all update methods present in our documentation, the theme files will be overwritten so if you have custom modifications to the code you will have to re-add them. The panel and wordpress settings should not be affected but always it is recommended to make a full backup before any update. Please try to update the theme to the latest version via ftp – http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and if the issue persist you could try to disable all the plugins by renaming the plugins folder – https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F

If you want to rename the theme please follow these steps that I have provided also in another ticket:

- First I have changed the folder’s name – http://screencast.com/t/CQFNaSvPPC

- Then I modified in the style.css – http://screencast.com/t/hecwvpE3fR also you can change it in the config file – http://screencast.com/t/flFyeUydxC

- I have activate the theme from Appearance > Themes – http://screencast.com/t/3XRO2jrCz

Unfortunately by renaming the theme name, all the widgets will be removed from your sidebars and you will have to re-add and reconfigure them and we don’t have a guide/screenshots like the predefined widgets were configured sorry. Normally you should find them inactive in the Widgets area(bottom) – http://screencast.com/t/pSu5XZXK9

We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder. The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it. Also you don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated, so please ignore the update warnings or other similar messages.

Did you updated the theme recently? Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide more details and also your site url and wp-admin access so we can take a look. Also please check this without any plugins active, except Visual Composer clear all the caches and see if the issue is still there, if you use child theme please switch to the main theme. Let us know if the issue persist via email and provide the details like I stated above.

Unfortunately the theme was approved last night, outside our working hours and we couldn’t update the envato/themeforest page, it will be updated during the day. You can always check the update_log file from the theme package to see the changes – http://screencast.com/t/09XkHJgb1fr This is not a major update, just some fixes and we updated the Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins.

Can’t i just add more custom ad, put the ad code on the theme panel and create specific sidebars for each category and define a custom ad on the sidebar for each category? I would select the custom ad 6 on the sidebar 6 that is defined and the main sidebar for category 6 for instance.

Hi,

There is no option to change the content background, but you could try to change it using custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css, make it transparent or add your own background:

- for pages and category/tag…templates – http://screencast.com/t/5ry8dDuLeIHl

background-color: transparent;
}

- for post pages you will need to change it for each post template that you use an target the specific classes, for example if you use default style this custom css should work – http://screencast.com/t/i7gRrLEzV

You will need some html/css knowledge to customize this and I have provided an example how you can change it, but if you don’t have experience I suggest to get someone to help you as the time doesn’t allow us to provide custom services, sorry!

and here is the problem. I analysed the code and that brought me to td_module.php after a later search, where I found the used div class for the stars and here I changed the conditions already, but the stars will show up anyway. That’s why I’m confused.

Could there be a problem with the child theme I created for testing? The folder structure for the main theme and the child theme are the same for the td_module.php, right?

Oh my god, Alin. Thanks, that was the major thing! I tried to use the td_module in a child theme and never thought about it, that this is not possible. I hope that this will be possible in the future for easier updates.

The theme has been developed to be fast but it may still need configurations on this matters so test your site using google’s page speed insights testing tool and make sure you follow this guide instructions and methods then test your site again, it covers the most important aspects that google notifies you – http://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

Hi,

The license is defined by Envato and both Regular and Extended can be used for one product only, the difference is that with the Extended license you can sell that product/site. So it shouldn’t be any issues by using the regular license for booking services.
