Unfortunately, anchors don’t work on one page scroll templates.
We can recommend you to select For page builder page template and enable Full height row option for the rows. In this case anchors will work properly, however there will be no one page scroll animation.

well, may be there is some jquery element trigger or code that shall assign to the button, to simulate same action from side bullet navigation.

Hello! Just purchased this theme, which look great by the way. Unfortunately i can’t install any of the required or recommended plugins, after many attempts i still get the same error: “An error occurred while installing Visual Composer: The plugin does not have a valid header..” Hope to get assistance with this as soon as possible, as time is of the essence. This error can be caused by various reasons. Please, check whether you’re installing the plugin from the proper zip archive. Also, there can be some restrictions on the server. You can unzip the plugin and upload it via FTP to wp-content/plugins folder.

You may use the theme without Visual Composer plugin. However, you won’t be able to create pages with VC elements.
You can create blog posts, portfolios and galleries without Visual Composer, so in case such site configuration suits you, simply don’t install the plugin.
Unfortunately, we don’t have video tutorials on the theme usage without Visual Composer, there are Visual Composer modules tutorials on our youtube channel. Please, get in touch with us via dynamicframeworks@gmail.com and we’ll be able to demonstrate you how to work with the theme.

Hello I installed Ronneby and set up with a full screen Revolution Slider and inserted a three column shortcode on the front page with image frames inside, but they are displaying vertically, not horizontally. What is causing this? My site is at http://www.dev.matchmakerireland.com. Thanks!

No I was not using the Visual Composer. I managed to get it to work later using the Composer. Is it necessary to use the Visual Composer for most layouts?
The theme was designed to work with Visual Composer, so we recommend you to use it while creating the pages or editing the demo content.

Great to see a a good leap forward with the new theme update and Im pleased to see a few video tutorials. However, a lot appear to be just ‘holder’ clips. I appreciate you are still working on these but it would be helpful to get a list of tutorials that are completed and the order the others are being worked on otherwise we have to work through everyone to find them.
A shortcut to this problem might be a youtube site with all the current tutorials hosted on there. Does one exist?

I am having the worst time installing this theme. I have 14 different websites and all are Wordpress sites and this is the most trouble I have had getting a theme installed.
Initially, I couldn’t use the Wordpress uploader to install the theme and had to use the FTP because the theme was maxing out all the system resources including the I/O limits. Every time I tried to use the uploader it would crash my browser.
Now that I have it installed, I can’t use the installer panel to add the main content. It just sits and spins and then gives me a 404 message. And when I look at my control panel, my system resources are being maxed out, even after inserting code in the .php to extend them.
Even if we come up with a workaround, is this going to happen at every update?

The theme includes new versions of Visual Composer, Revolution Slider, SMK Sidebar Generator, Installer Plugin, Contact Form 7, Advanced Custom Fields, Image widget and News Page Slider plugins. You may delete them on the site and then install from the recommended plugins notification to get the latest versions added to the theme update.

Hi, I’m looking for the way to remove border from images in post. I found somewhat of a temporary solution. In theme options, checking a transparent box makes the borders disappear but then I also loose border around comment boxes. Images do not align anymore with text as the border is still here but just not visible. How to remove borders in images but keep them for comment box on the bottom of the page. Thanks

You may set the posts styles back to the old ones (without border). Navigate to Theme options > Blog options > Single post options > Single post style and select Simple style. It’ll help to remove the border and will enable old theme styles.

- Installed the update and all the colors are gone – I mean you introduced the new main color for products. How do I make it display the old colors that I used for products?
- The sharing module on the products page… you had such a beautiful module, and now it looks really ugly (sorry, but it’s true. it looks like something that comes with cheap free wordpress themes). Can I have the old black and white sharing module?
- Next/Prev navigation on the product pages – just buggy, the ‘Next’ word goes beyond the right border. And that’s after delaying the update for 3 months
- Styling of blockqoutes has changed, styling of sale icon has changed – and those are changes to the worst, I used to credit Ronneby with great design – even this part is quickly deteriorating.
- The single woo product also looks buggy
- (!)The child theme that I was provided by you guys just stopped working, so I’ve lost the functionality that was present there.
- The Review section has visible bug with underscrope appearing between the tabs of Additional information and Reviews
- And this only what was discovered in the first 30 minutes of observation
Basically I have to redesign the site back to the way it was before the update.
The worst thing is that I have to update the theme (can’t stay with the old version) – otherwise my shop shouldn’t work due to some bugs present in the previous version. So far it is real nightmare for me to deal with. But that’s just my personal opinion.
I guess my romance with Ronneby is coming to an end – used it for 2 projects, showed it to a lot of students on a wordpress course that I teach, but suffered immensely with all the bugs and bad coding. The update doesn’t seem to bring much joy either.
I’ve found the way way to switch to the old woo settings int heme options but it has bugs that are visible right away – it shows ‘add to cart’ even if you don’t choose anything in the options. If it is ‘by design’ then it is very confusing. I’m not gonna mention here the rest and will sen you a private email, but things don’t look really promising to say at least.

Considering the first question, please, check the recommendations in this post.
As for the WooCommerce styles, there’s an option to select whether you want to use old styles or new styles in the theme. Navigate to Theme options > Woocommerce General Options section and check the Woocommerce style option. Select the needed style and check the site.
We’ve checked the review section on our test site and it works fine. Provide us with the details of the issues you’re facing to dynamicframeworks@gmail.com so we could check your site. Specifty the styles you’d like to modify and we’ll check them.

The default buttons in the theme (not the VC Buttons) can be styled in the Theme options > Default button options section. SOmetimes, the styling options, clors and fonts are set to theme default after the theme update – simply save options to fix that. It has to help.
Concerning the fonts, you may upload new fonts in Theme options > Custom fonts section.
The Spacer modue logic has beed changed a little. You may set the needed screen sizes where t change the spacer size, or leave them default. The spacer will work till the corresponding screen size set in the module. You may also check the new theme documentation for more information.

Ok buttons working well again (thanks for the suggestion), just one last thing now – I can’t seem to find the “spacer” the way it looks like in the Theme Documentation. It is still in the Depreciated section, but i’m looking for “Spacer 2” which has the new logic. My Visual Composer is 4.11 (after deleting & installing it from the notification again) so i’m not sure why these elements in the theme documentation aren’t showing up. Please let me know if i’m just completely overlooking something, cheers!
