Most probably you didn’t import demo sliders, go to Impreza > Demo Import, select your demo, check ONLY ‘Import Revolution Sliders’ checkbox, and click on Import button. Also read this reply.

At the moment we have no such plans, I recommend you to create a Feature Request on our Support Forum, and if it will receive many voices from other clients, we’ll consider implementing this feature in one of the next updates.?
For now you can create desired footer layout using Visual Composer, having done that switch Visual Composer to Classic Mode to be able to copy shortcodes, then place copied shortcodes inside Text widget within footer area (at Appearance > Widgets), you should leave only one active footer widget area at Theme Options > Footer Options.

Hi. How can I slow down the counter? I found this, but this is 2 years old and out of date i think 
1) Yes, you need to edit js/plugins.js file, find following code:
var step = Math.ceil(count/25),

}, 40);
here you see 25 and 40 number. 25 is number of steps, increase it if you have large numbers in counters. 40 is milliseconds between steps – increase it if you want steps to be slower.

You can use Ultimate Addons element ‘Counter’ instead, it provides the ability to set the roling time. Also you can manually change /Impreza/framework/js/us.widgets.js file, but we wouldn’t recommend to change this file direcly because it’s not an update safe way (you will lose this modification during update), you should change this file after every update.

You can set action box width of the entire page ?. The page has two columns (main and sidebar).

In case there is sidebar on a page Action Box element fills only content area, we recommend you to testdrive Impreza, and its features here. You can disable sidebar at page settings, and add it using Widgetized Sidebar element of Visual Composer, then you will be able to use full width Action Box.

Unfortunately, there is no quick fix for that. You can hire a developer if you need this to be implemented ASAP, but I’d recommend to wait till header builder release.

On my Impreza theme, I have edited the navigation menu, but now I cannot get the menu to do a sub item (with a heading in bold). Every time I build the menu I get the menu that shoots out to the left when you hover over it. I’d much prefer the menu that is available w/ multiple columns that drop down when you hover over the main nav. Does that make sense? How do I accomplish this … ?

Hi quick question, I have a product page that currently displays 2 rows with 5 columns in each row. Is there anyway to add more rows, I didn’t see anything in the theme options.

At the moment their quantity limited by 5, you can change this value at Theme Options > WooCommerce. You can try increase this value with custom CSS code, append it to Theme Options > Styling > Quick CSS:

Hi thanks for the quick reply. Might not have been clear in my message above. I’m happy with 5 across, so I have a page with 10 products and pagination, is there a way to have 3 rows of 5 products, making it 15 on the page? Just thought I’d ask before looking at code.

One other question, hopefully you can help. The related products currently display the most recently uploaded products, anyway to change that to display other products that are in the same category that the user is looking at – hopefully that makes sense.

Maybe it has something to do with the URL, on a single product it displays as /product/product_name/ instead of category etc.
