Quick question – I think the recent ajax updates may have affected my blog posts feeds on my homepage i.e. the latest blog posts are no longer showing up on my homepage. Is this a known issue, or could it be related to some customisations?

If you have updated the theme you also need to update the Visual composer. Please go to Plugins and deactivate then delete the Visual composer. Then go to Appearance > install plugins to install the new version.
This should fix the problem.

?Hello, after uploading theme our sites mobileview is all wrong. for example before yellow service boxes were all one by one in mobile view, but now there is two side by side and they dont fit the screen, same thing with newsletter box and contact form at the very bottom of the page. hope you can fix this, new update coming? - Noora, and my support is just expird and when I bought this i did not agree to only 6 month support. also problems occured when I updated the theme… hope you will contact me.

Hello, I uploaded the update that come out today, but it did not fix the issue.
We are getting this error out of the blue on some of our subpages.. This is really bad

And we have TheFox V. 1.3.2 with Visual composer 4.11 latest

The problem is the version of the theme you are using, please update the theme to the latest version.
Also the theme is currently not compatible with the latest version ( 4.11 ) of the visual composer, after updating the theme go deactivate the plugin and remove it and then go to Appearance > install plugins to install the version of the visual composer that is compatible with our theme.
This will fix the problem.

But everything worked fine.. Could tjhis happen because our host auto updated wordpress? I only upgraded to VC 4.11 in an attempt to fix this bug.
We have done many direct theme changes (not child theme) can i update without anything happening? And how do i update?
Why is this theme continually slow? I’m on a dedicated server with 8GB of RAM and your theme can’t even pull up media files.

Hi, thanks, but I know how to set up a menu in Wordpress. I was talking about the design of the menu in the mentioned demo from your theme. I tried your presets but I can’t get it to look exactly like in your demo.

There seems to be an issue with the latest update of Visual composer. I contacted them and due to the inbuilt version of Visual Composer (or the related code) present in TheFox theme which is overriding the standalone plugin version and hence causing the issue of content disappearing. They advice to get rid of it and contact you guys to not loose extra elements. Is it maybe related to the fact that I am on an older version (1.34)?

To activate the auto update you need to buy the plugins, but this is not needed, our team will include the new plugins version when we update the theme.
If you have the latest version of the theme installed you should be able to update the plugins from Appearance > Install plugins.

1. Thefox wp purchase code can’t be used for the premiums plugin, activating the premium plugins is not needed, this is only needed if you want to activate the auto update.
2. You need to import the slider from Revolution slider > Import slider, you can find all the slider zip files in the slider folder of thefox_full_package folder.
