Hi. Can you tell me where can I find “Theme Option”? Is some settings that I need to make in order to make this show up. This is not my first time I am installing a wordpress template. Sorry for the delayed response. From the latest theme version we’ve made some major improvements on Lens theme and now all theme and style options can be found in the Live Customizer – Appearance > Customize. Make sure you installed and activated Customify plugin before that.
We’re updating the documentation these days so there will not be inconsistencies anymore.
If you have other questions I recommend using our dedicated HelpDesk by opening a private ticket.

nav font is supposed to be PT Sans Narrow… getting a “blocked” error on a Google Fonts JS file in all browsers as well…
correction: only a few of the “Standard Fonts” are working – why?

Hello, there are some bugs in the new Version! 1. Main Logo Size (can be fixed by custom css code) 2. fixed Font-Family for Slider-Count 3. Fixed Color for Social Menu Icons hover 4. Fixed atthis Icons hover-color

Hi Guys. As I see, there is a new update (2.3.2). My version is 2.2, but I can’t update, because there is not aviable on wordpress site (it shows everything is up to date, and no new updates) How can I update in other way? (I maybe can add the theme again, but I fear that my options will be gone :/)

Feature Request – It would sure be helpful to be able to “re-order” the galleries.I would rather have the latest galleries be at the top of the gallery index page.
I believe I updated to 2.3.2 correctly and on my gallery page there is spacing now between galleries. http://www.robertbaker.photography/galleries/

There is a plugin that might help you to simply order the galleries – Simple Custom Post Order. As for the spacing issue, you may know that updating the theme couldn’t cause something like that. Make sure you didn’t make other recent changes in your theme.

Thanks for the tip on the Simple Custom Post Order….Personally I think this new Support Period is 100% bullshit. (I realize not your battle, it is an Envato war) I am just going to implement a new theme if I cannot figure out the spacing problem.

I cannot see any place to say that we’re having a 2.3.3 version for the theme.

Yes, as I wrote, I knew 2.3.2 was right when I saw the change log. On the page shown under the “Item Details” tab above, the yellow numerals on the left end of the bar at the top had said (when I wrote the comment just above) “2.3.3” which is why I asked the question about which version I should upgrade to. Now the numerals are right – which is good! Got corrected. I wrote back right away to show your other customers that you were giving them the right upgrade. I am glad the graphic header got corrected. Version 2.3.2 is working well for my viewers on Windows and OSX.

I’m not sure what gallery would you like to insert in a page. Are you asking about the default WordPress galleries which can be inserted into a page using Media Uploader? Read more about this.

Starting with version 2.3.0 we’ve rewritten large parts of the theme and one of the changes we brought is that we removed social icons old option system in favour of a Social Menu. In this screenshot you can see how to set up the new social menu.

Thanks. The other way was better and looked better! Letting people’s eyes naturally deviate to a recognizable social icon is better than having to search and dig for a link that gets lost in the menu with all of the other links.
Sorry, maybe my message was not complete. That social menu is actually displayed as social icons (see screenshot). You can see that on our demo site too.

You can try flushing the permalinks and see if it helps. To do that, go to Settings > Permalinks and just hit the Save Changes button.

Hi, PixelGrade; you mentioned above that you have a child theme in the LENS template structure. Do we need to do anything with the template files to make use of the child theme you gave us (or made available with the files we download…) Or is that what we control with the Customify plug-in so we never have to “get our hands dirty” coding a child theme structure?

The main purpose of a child theme is that you can modify and add to the functionality of that parent theme without modifying it directly. If you don’t plan to perform major adjustments within the theme’s files (change something within its source files, that is), then you can simply use the power of the Customify plugin to style your website.

This is indeed one of the best themes on Envato, but still, before I decide to buy it I have a question…Is it possible to somehow hide the menu in the Fullscreen gallery view? The menu competes with the image and I would like to hide it completely.
