I am trying to install Theme for Magento2. However my hosting provider does not allow me to run command over SSH. they are not providing my any access neither they are running the code for theme to activate. Could you please provide me any other solution on how to activate theme on Magento2?

Not so sure about the service level of this developer. I have left plenty of messages in the support ticket and yet no response except to say get back to me when your done with your site. Not feeling confident with this purchase that there is no website for this product like other Magento developers.

Before some days you wrote that you sent cotumers no email about updates. But this is a very big problem for us. I am waiting for the new update and always checking my downloads to see the new porto update.
Pls don’t let your costumers to live with this big Problem. The easiest solution is that you send an email with only some clicks like the other authors on Envato.

I have sever problems: 1) with your magento2 theme installed, i cannot compile the magento store and there fore not switch to productive mode 2) since i updated the template, as you recommended to avoid this comilation problem from 1), I lost all adaptations I have made. 3) since i updated the template, all links in the products-detail-view are dead, even buy and directly pay via paypal.
can you help?

It seems permission issue. To fix, pls try:
Go to System > Permission > Block > add block “filterproducts/featured_home_list/Allowed”
If cannot fixed, pls try a full re-index. When we used featured products, we often had this issue and a re-index sorted it out.

Hello, can we have some instructions on how to get theme to work with multi store set up? We can not get theme to work correctly, we make color changes in admin but it does not show in front end of store. Do we have to purchase another license for multi store set up to work? I know multi store set up have nothing to do with theme, I also do not have any problems with color swatch. The problem I’m having is changing the color of the theme, I make changes in admin but the colors are still blue like demo. I need to change the color of the theme for the POSH PROVOCATEUR store, thank you

I am using the latest magento version 1.9.2.4. I installed the guide told me to. Applied patches, cleaned my cache and reindexed. I logged out and in.
I cannot import the static blocks and cms pages. When I click the buttonts, it goes back to my dashboard screen. (the default login page of admin).
I also cannot locate the blog. There is no error log anywhere. Please help. Thank you.

I can’t make the easy install, i move the folders of the theme to the magento.
I run the commands
cache:disabled
setup:upgrade,logout/login
go to store->configuration-> select the theme…

Please enable Porto theme by going to Store > Configuration > General > Design > Design Theme > select Smartwave Porto then Save Config

Hi. I’m looking to buy either your theme or Ultimo. Ultimo allows changing the width of the image column, main column and secondary column (adding up to 12 columns as per bootstrap grid layout spec) on the product page directly from the theme settings. Does your theme allow the same? If not, are the changes possible via custom layout code? I want to reduce the image column to 2 (images for our products are not so important) and increase the main column. Many thanks in advance.
Thanks for interested in Porto. Same with Ultimo, Porto theme is based on Boostrap 3, allowing you to changing theme flexibly.
Thanks for the quick reply. I should have been more clear. I know that Porto is based on Bootstrap 3. What I meant was, is it possible to make the changes to the number of columns – say for example to 2, 7 and 3 for a 3 column layout – straight from the Porto settings page or do I need to do this via custom layout code? Porto is based on Boostrap, Ultimo is not. So you will do the changes to the number of column via custom layout code.
in checkout, I have a small problem in each step after the first one, there is (back) & (up arrow) next to it
however, in RTL arabic lang, the (up arrow) is overlaping the (back) word in arabic, not next to it.
