Hi i have purchased the theme and upon installation it says “The following active BuddyPress Components do not have associated WordPress Pages: Members, Activity Streams, User Groups, Activate” . There are only 18 pages associated with this theme and how to create those pages. Plz help me fast

Hi- So I was checking out Kleo and had asked you there if you thought I’d be able to use it as a back-end of sorts for my project. I create designs for people, logos, etc, and want to know if it’s possible to use this for that. I want clients to be able to contact me, and vice-versa. I want to be able to send design drafts and stuff to them. Could this theme be used for that purpose? It looks great! i don’t really need it for a social media purpose, but wondering if I can tone it down a little so that it’s only used for the purpose of being a back end?
Oh, and also have a couple questions on the theme itself. On the Landing Page, am I able to add an arrow or something at the bottom of each slide? Then on the back-end part, I saw the woo commerce part. Is there a way to add a cart to the top menu bar?
I think I’ve already responded with a solution, our theme is more focused on the social network aspect, but if you want to use it as a backoffice dashboard for your clients then you will need to find and use an additional plugin with the features that you need.

Hey, is it possible to enable a recaptcha?
I seem to be getting an awful lot of spam registrations from .club and .ru emails.
Akismet is doing a piss poor job at rejecting these bots, if there’s is no recaptcha option do you have any suggestions for another solution I can try?

Hi, I updated BuddyApp to version 1.1 today and also updated all the plugins (including Visual Composer) that it uses. The result was that the screen went totally white/blank. I deactivated the Visual Composer plugin and the site displayed as expected again. I did not fully test all the features so this is purely a smoke-test. However, I’m being notified that BuddyApp requires Visual Composer to be active for it to work. Can you please let me know what I need to do to make both BuddyApp and Visual Composer work together? Thanks.

I just tested the app on tablets and phones at it appears to be ridiculously slow. Even in this case where my Wi-Fi is hooked to a fiber-optic high speed internet service. It makes me wonder how the performance will be for people who access by normal 3G, 4G or LTE.
The performance issue has made me very skeptical of throwing my money at eye candy this time around.
Is there a reason for the sluggish performance? Plugins, Caching or what? Is this theme a work in progress?
For the moment we are dealing with some issues with our hosting server and that’s why you might experienced slow loads on our demos, this should be fixed asap, our team is working on it but as a note, there’s nothing related to the theme and it’s performance.
Please try again our demo a little bit later today, when all issues should be fixed.

Hi,
I’m having problems translating multiple strings in BuddyPress and through Kleo, e.g. the “Lost your password?” string on the custom login page, I actually have to change it in a PHP file. Also the “Search” string up top.
Same goes with many of the BuddyPress strings like “All Members %s”, “Comment %s”, “My Favorites %s”, “All Groups %s”, “Logged In Users” etc. etc.
Could you please fix this, and many others, since translating the site is nearly impossible right now.

Alright, thanks, everything’s running to normal speed now. I’m buying Although the gap between images is still slower than Facebook; is that your server or maybe the chosen method for loading media?
I can’t understand exactly to what you’re referring with the “gap between images”, can you please provide more details about it ?
Regarding loading speeds, Facebook has it’s own software and hardware engineered and built for it’s own application, you can’t compare it with any web hosting in the world.
