Well i fix this by extracting elements by elements from the archive. It’s the revslider.zip that corrupt the zip.
Glad to hear that you figured it out. I’m not sure why this file corrupts the theme archive but we’ve never modified this plugin file at all. We include the original zip file that we download from Envato. If this issue happens in the next time you install the theme, you can remove this plugin file from the theme archive before uploading the theme.

So i extract everything except revslider from the archive and sucessfully update the theme manually.

The latest update of this theme includes the latest update of VC, you can update this plugin via a notification message at the top of the page. If you couldn’t update this plugin, try deleting it from your site and install it again.

I’ve already looked around on the back-end and tried searching through the comments you already have for this, but I can’t seem to find the answer.
Is there a way that I can change the top background picture and the title of each individual page? I figured out how to change the image to be the same on all of them, but I want it to be different on some. I know you can hide the titles, but I want to change what they say.
Is there anything I can do?

You can change the background image in the title area of each individual page by editing the page, change the Title Background option in the Title Options box to “Image”, then choose your background image.
Also, in the future please contact us from the account that purchased this theme to make sure you’re currently in the correct product page that corresponds to what you have purchased.
This site was originally developed by another party and the theme was customized. When I updated it, the portfolio and blog posts disappeared and are displayed as raw code rather than rendered as objects. Browse to http:diablowheelsusa.com to see the problem. Try updating your Vela theme. Once you update the theme, try editing the page.

2 main questions:
1. Why the logo size is adapted? It is much smaller since the update I think.
2. Furthermore, why the images in the team members widget are of very low quality? I tried it with many different image sizes, but they all appear in a very bad quality.
1. The logo will be scaled down to fit within the header, if you’d like to increase the logo height, try adding the custom CSS below to Theme Options -> Advanced -> Head Content:

2. If the team members slider is showing 3 or more members on slider, it will display members images in medium size (300×300px) so when it’s in the full width section, all appear in a low quality. In the next update we will change the image size to large instead. Thank you for reporting this issue.

This is a bug when you have slider at the top but the transparent header option is disabled. Thank you for reporting this issue. It will be fixed in the next update that will be released in a few days.

2 errors are just notify that the browser couldn’t load your custom font named “MyWebFont” that you defined in style.css in your child theme. Make sure you’ve set the correct path for your font files.
Regarding the warning with Google Maps, this is just a warning that the map has no API key. It currently still is not required so you can normally use google maps on your site but, I think that it’s planned for the future that Google Maps will not work without a key.
So in the next update of this theme, we will add an option for you to add your own Google API key to the map so this warning will be disappeared.

I just bought the Vela theme and I want to update the Visual Composer plugin. But when I do so, the website says that I dont have a valid license:
NO LICENSES FOUND
It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer. Why do I need direct license? Direct product license unlocks several benefits: (http://support.wpbakery.com/activate-license)
Is there a way to update this plugin via the theme?

You don’t need to update this plugin, it came bundled with the theme and need to be updated by the theme creator. We need to check for any compatibility issue before adding a new update of the plugin to the theme. You can ignore the notification message in plugin list, this option is available for users who have purchased this plugin individually (direct buyers).
We will add the latest update of this plugin in the next update of this theme.

I just bought this theme and found 2 erros in the theme. I try to explain them:
1: bug on tablets (iPad) with the menu when scrolling down and then back to the top. When scrolling back to the top the menu isn’t showing correctly.
2. When uploading an image in a gallery in a project, some images are not showing – when clicking on the image – in the prettyslider (in a lightbox). See for example this project: http://www.siebeannema.nl/project/een-gezonde-stad/. The first image is showing correctly in a lightbox, but the second and third images not.

2. The default gallery from WordPress has no lightbox for the images in gallery. This theme comes with Gallery layout for portfolio. When you create/edit the portfolio post, you should select Gallery layout (2nd option) in Portfolio Options and add your images in Gallery Options, see our demo -> http://wydethemes.com/vela1/portfolio-item/portfolio-item-09/

This theme includes 7 animated loaders that you can choose in Theme Options -> Page -> Page Options.
However, this theme doesn’t allow you to use your own loader. If you’d like to use your custom image you need to edit the animated loader via CSS.

All loaders are CSS animations, there is no .gif file at all. As I just mentioned in the previous comment, you need to change the loader by adding the custom CSS.

Try deleting this plugin first. Deactivate this plugin and delete it from your site. After you delete this plugin, you will see a notification message to install it again.

Hey there having an odd issue with the theme. When I change font size on text the line spacing gets really small and text overlaps. I used a plugin to change font size, should I do this via a different method?

You can change the font size of the text on your website in Theme Options -> Typography -> Body, when you change the Font Size, you should also change the Line Height to increase the space between lines.

Great! I assumed this could all be adjusted with some coding (minus the multiple map points). Just wanted to make sure there weren’t some type of limitations with the theme. Still learning the uses of themes and Wordpress. Thanks for all your help, and excellent design.
It’s difficult to edit the code for adding multiple points on one map since it has only one field to add your address and has only one pin for you to drag and drop it to your location on the map. You should add multiple maps to the page for showing each of your locations instead.

If I place the order from my laptop, everything works fine. I receive the new order email and the customer also gets his confirmation email. Yesterday Visual Composer was working fine, but today I can’t get the frontend composer to load and the backend composer won’t save any work that’s done. I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but that didn’t work. Please advise on how to get it working. Thank you!

Hello. I have a problem with the default fonts not displaying Turkish alphabet characters correctly. ? can only select Latin Extended from Typography options which does not include tr apparently. Thanks.

The Typography options in Theme Options based on Redux typography field that doesn’t allow us to modify any font to show in dropdown list, this field will automatically load all google fonts and all available subsets of the font including Latin and Latin Extended. When you select the font, you should select the subset that suits your language on your site.
However, we just tried to insert some Turkish characters in our demo site that uses the default font (Lato without subset), it can display all characters fine, please take a look -> http://wydethemes.com/vela/test-turkish-characters/.
