Be careful buying from this developer. I have contacted them multiple times using their own ticketing system and they have not contacted me back with the answers I need. It appears like they are consciously ignoring my requests.

Also there is no email address or phone number to actually reach them on. There is no contact alternative. It seems like they are developers from Pakistan Hyderabad.

My issue is that I am running magento 1.9.2.4 which is fully up to date with all of the latest security patches. After installing Porto the one click demo import function did not work from the start. Sobi am unable to import any of the demo information or the static block code.

I contacted SW themes through their support ticket system and provided them with all of the logins etc that they needed. They still 3 days on have not replied or have resolved the issue. On one occasion I had a reply back they said “update your patches” which of course has nothing to do with the theme issue.

I have tried to find information on their company and found a name of one of the developers. Once I managed to make contact he blocked me so I was no longer able to speak with him.

I have to say I am not happy with the service that SW themes provides. It’s actually terrible and not as they have advertised. I’m glad I didn’t pay for the extra 6 months or support since they haven’t even provided the support they include in the original sale.

I have contacted Themeforest to discuss my options about this developer. I would be very careful before buying this theme. It may be good but the developers or support staff don’t actually provide any support at all so you’ll be left high and dry once you’ve purchased it.

SW themes. If you want to change my opinion of you then please reply to my ticket and provide me with the support I have paid for.

Now, i installed and activate porto, install demo 11 and works, but with one issue: when i create a category and try to set a custom menu (like your demo), i have only 4 options, and i cant set html to show in category menu. I thin’k boot themes is sharing libreryes or function. Do you have ani option to set porto to default values? Thanks.

Hi, I get a message after executing the “php bin/magento setup:upgrade” the message is “Please re-run Magento Compile Command”. When I run it – I get no permissions to run it. Please confirm the compile command required. My magento is 2.0.2

After following the documentation and running php bin/magento setup:upgrade, i received this message “Please re-run Magento compile command”, i tried to ignore it since you haven’t mentioned it in the documentation but there is a lot of JS missing for example in checkout. Reload checkout page also makes the site not working anymore

Are there any magento 2.0 modules (ie Blog modules or others) included with this template or are they only for magento 1.9?

when you first open this homepage, most homage contents won’t show. you have to Browse other pages under www.aliantech.com, then when you come back to the homepage, you can see all the contents. but once you Refresh the homepage, you will meet the same problems (most contents can not be seem)
