Thanks for replying! Actually the memory limit is set to 128MB (running this for months). At the recommended 96MB, which was set from the beginning, the server crashes even more often.
I’m also using a pretty decent server from Digital Ocean. Here are my server specs: 1GB Memory 1 Core Processor 30GB SSD Disk 2TB Transfer

Ok, weird it’s happening.’Error establishing database connection’ mostly happens because of unstable server and not caused by the theme. Could you check with your hosting company?

Hi there, really sorry for late reply. You should try translate the ‘New’ bubble text by using a translation plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/.

I activated plug in for “new” bubble text but it’s telling me about translating to another language, i just need to change the text in that bubble to something else not translate it.

I found a bug. I am not using the latest version currently. On tablet, if you use ‘Quick View’ and add product to wishlist, it returns a blank page instead of adding the product to wishlist.

I just updated to the latest release with the latest version of WooCommerce. For some strange reason, on the category page, “Login” appears in the “My Account” area, even if someone is already logged in. This is a problem, because we use pricing based on user role, and we need the correct price to show up each product listing. If the user does not appear to be logged in, then they will need see their correct pricing. Is this a glitch in the theme or is something wrong with WooCommerce?
We attempted to determine if it is was a conflicting plugin error, but the problem was still there after disabling all plugins except WooCommerce. Please advise.
Please disregard. We figured out that it was an SSL certificate error. The custom menu links did not contain HTTPS.

Hi, just wondering how the issue related to the main product image that disappears on mobile has been solved. I have checked few support tickets that were mentioning a fix in next versions. I’m using the 2.2.1 version on a client website and can’t update the theme right now but client is correctly asking to fix the issue. Please if you can just let me know which files or line of code you did edit in order to get the issue fixed.

I understand but I think when you mentioned you found a fix you have added it in the changelog so we could figure out how that specific fix has been made. The thing is that client doesn’t want to spend money and update to latest version of the theme because he was expecting a responsive version and just realized the main image (most important thing) is not working…Please advice
Hi again, there is hundreds of files that has been changed since 2.2.1, so there is not possible to update only some files to fix the issue. That would cause other things to break. You need to update the whole theme to fix the issue. Sorry about that!
I understand again, but this sounds weird since it was a relevant bug that should have been fixed separately. My client is now asking why I suggested to choose this theme. By the way I have just managed to find a workaround and solve the issue in 5mins by adding in the mobile css a fixed height to the product gallery slider: .product-gallery-slider {min-height: 410px !important;}
