I need to inpect (view) a configurable product in your Demo 5 of this Magento Porto Theme. It’s possible? I have not found an example of configurable product in the Demo 5.

Nice theme which im thinking about to buy for my next project. Some questions before:

1- Custom tab: Can I print different attribute values inside one tab. E.g: This product can be shipped within <delivery time>. The shippingcosts wil be:<Shippincost>

2- Improve shopping experience We Have good experience with third party shoppingcart extension. Can we use this with your theme without conflicts? https://amasty.com/ajax-shopping-cart.html We need to add stuff to the basket popup to remind clients to make their orders comlplete.

3- Quick View Is it possible to make “quick view” option work on product page for related and upsell products area?

If you can modify the theme for me to get the sesired results, we like to know how much this will cost to let you do it for us. And if it’s planned for future releases, please give is a timeframe for it. Or….if you have suggestions for simmilar extensions that wil do the trick but without bugs, we love to hear that from you.

I am here now after checking your issues:

1. This is not theme issue. A large number of SQL queries are made by Catalog. Please be aware that ach time a Magento page is loaded, a series of database queries are made. Please try to run a test on catalog page on default Magento installation to see how many queries you get.

2. Please check your configuration for Paypal Pro in your admin panel.

I can prove that is is a theme issue, and I already have in my ticket. If I set the recursive option to 1 in the mega menu the sql queries reduce to 180. At three they increase to 7000. If I remove your megamenu there are no issues. Understandably you may not have built it to work with so many categories, but the way you have built it is just plain bad. You are checking for blocks on all levels rather than just the first ones for a start.

Another example of terrible customer service. I told you we are using Paypal Standard and you just sent me a link to “paypal pro” setup. You haven’t listened to our issue at all. The onepage cart is broken, the button works using another theme. Could you actually have a look this time rather than just sending me a link to the wrong thing?

The mega menu is showing. It seems a js confict occuring in this theme, making theme content broken or disappeared everytime refreshing. Please be patient. We are trying our best to fix it.

You said nothing is wrong in my support ticket. Of course you tested it when I was trying other options. I want style 3 with header option #3; Your magemenu is layered over the top of the core magento menu; what you see on the left covers what you see on the right. The links are not working on the right. Change the option to some others and they will work and the style moves the core mangento menus above the magemenu; when they checked my current site, I left the setting option to one that worked BUT it is one that I do not really want to use. You have a coding issue with magemenu.

Sorry for any inconvenience you got these days. Sometimes, we dont reply your tickets, that doesnot mean we ignore them, just because we are focusing to fix the issues. Honestly, Porto Magento 2, and Magento 2 its self is facing some is issues. Our developers are trying their best to fix all and improve theme in next version.

I’m using porto homepage 2 -new in magento 1.9.2.4. How do I edit the Bestseller, New Arrivals and From the Blog lists to show what I want? Right now I can’t get them to show anything. Thanks for the help!

If you upgraded Magento to 1.9.2.x or installed patch security, in case seting block permission cannot help you, then you need to upgrade Porto theme to v 1.6.3 which is compatible with Magento 1.9.2.2 and with the patch.

Using older Porto with new Magento version or patch SUPEE-6788 will make the featured product (and other shortcodes) disappear.

Again for your benefit for the 8th time now, my ticket number is 1361. This issue has been in process for 3 days now by someone called “San”. Every single time it’s San and every single time the issue is not resolved.

Demo Blocks are showing now, as import process successful, so twitter info has been changed. You just need to insert your twitter account in backend. And more, Sliders are also showing. You can get their content in CMS > Block.

Thanks for this theme. Its fairly solid and installation for my magento 2.0.2 site was very smooth and easy. I’m having a couple of small issues though, the most significant of which is detailed below. These affect Homepage Demo 5 for Magento version 2

The site address is http://woah.wtf Intermittently, items in the “Featured” and “Newest” product panels are appearing over the top of each other. Here’ is a screenshot of what I am talking about. http://i.imgur.com/pZbZL1q.jpg Sometimes I see this and other times I don’t. Generally, if I load the site and then perform a hard (ctrl-f5) refresh, its enough to cause this to happen. When this error occurs, generally the hero image in the section just below the header is also absent. This other issue may not be related. We purchased this theme, we wanted to use on Magento 2, we issued ticket in their ticketing system, with the problems they have, asked for possible release date of the fixed version, but nothing, not even a reply from them, they seem to be very unserious. :shocked: (Help was requested even here in the comment secrtion)

We managed to resolve by our own the compilation problems for magento 2 production mode compilation but the frontend is full of javascript errors as well. I will never buy anything from them again, and if you want quality you should do the same as well. I don’t even know how this theme was accepted on theme-forest, what kind of quality check is done by them? :shocked:
