Hi there, could you advise me where the setting is or the CSS I need to put in the General settings to add a bit of padding on the right side of a Right Sidebar. At the moment my images in the sidebar are right against the edge of the window.

Ah sorry, now i look at it on a different monitor, padding is there, but it disappears when the window is made more narrow, although the site is set to be responsive… any way to increase this padding a bit?

I bought the 7 theme and asked for support to fix the problem with the gravatar picture that is missing in the comment section, but no one has helped me so far, so I paid another 50 dollars for a freelancer from Envato market to upload the theme correctly so I can have the Gravatar picture on my website. The freelancer has uploaded the 7 theme, but the Gravatar picture is still missing. I don’t know what to do anymore. Can someone help, please?? Thank you

I would like you to take into consideration that I have paid 50 dollars to Envato to upload the 7 theme in the hope that Gravatar will work, but the freelancer tried to fix the problem and he said that there is definitely a problem with the 7 theme. He has tried several other themes and the Gravatar was working fine, so there is a problem with the 7 theme. I hope someone can help, if not, I would like to have a refund, please. Thank you

Well, this is very sad to hear, I’ve never abused anyone in my entire life, this is the first time, and I am in shock to hear this . It’s funny to discover that we abuse such strong company?? Next time you sell a theme, please let us know that there is a limit of questions we can ask so that we won’t have to feel so frustrated to be unable to fix the issue with the 7 theme! what am I supposed to do with the theme now if it doesn’t work properly?

We are withdrawing the 3.5.1 update due to unknown issue that “resets” the theme options. In reality options are not being reset and will get back to norm after hitting the “Save Options” button.
However we recommend you to hold on with the update and stick to 3.5.0 for a day or two.

hello issue solved i click on save changes in theme options and everything went back to normal….just one more query the new addon called ConvertPlug….when we use it, it shows powered by ConvertPlug can that be removed??
also can you update the other plugins.
also which caching plugin would you recommend the best for the site. since our google page speed score are quite low..specially for mobile version of the site.

Can you please help us a bit with issue you had during the update. Were you using “Update Theme” from theme options, or updated it via FTP? Are you using child theme?

hello, we updated the theme from theme options, once this was done the entire css and other options on the site went for a toss…so we went to the theme options and clicked on save and everything went back to normal….

The latest update completely destroys the theme…all previous setting deleted….what’s up with that? You have to go in and reset the layout and everything seems to come back fine.

We never heard of such issues before. Setting reset is only possible if you deliberately change the theme name in style.css file.

Hello, can we see improvements to styling options for forms? Generally speaking no matter what form is used on the website (CF7, GravityForms, WooCommerce fields) the form field labels and borders are MUCH TOO LIGHT for customers to be able to read comfortably, and so I find I’m having to try and add a bunch of custom code to make the borders and labels dark enough to be readable. I would love a theme option “Forms Styling” where we can customize this to our needs.

That loader if from v.2 of theme. You can use custom loaders and have same loader in v.3.
