Hi, the is no video preview in the blogpost overview even when I set the Post as video post like. It simply shows just the play button without the video. This space is empty. I’ve tried with vimeo and youtube embedded code. In the post site itself show the embedded video, but like I explained not in the post overview page. thanks for help. cheers!
Hey – the only way to get the video to show in the post itself in a masonry grid is to use the classic style. The classic enhanced does not output the video itself and instead will still use a featured image

Ok, thank you very much for your fast response. Is it possible to separate 2 blogpost overview in the Theme. Means one blog overview page in classic mode and the other blog post overview in Classic Enhanced? Theoretically could be possible because the 2 site templates exists? Thanks again for the feedback.

Hey again as of now the masonry style can only be set from the options panel which limits that to be used site wide, changing this to allow both would require custom development

Hello,? I’m trying to upgrade my theme, so I deleted the old instal, and when I try to upload the new version, I get the error code that says:
“Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again.?”
I just tried to submit a ticket to solve this, but when I click SUBMIT TICKET it says “Sorry, that purchase code doesn’t seem to be valid.” but I do have a valid code… How can we fix this?

We had a new issues pop up recently where specifically on the portfolio categories, the page gets stuck with the spinning loading wheel and will not finish loading. Can you help me identify the issue?

I will go in and deactivate all plugins and check but I am not able to submit a ticket at Ticksy… I have entered my purchase code and it will not accept it (which I copied directly from my Themeforest download page – I can PM the purchase code over if necessary) so I am not able to submit requests currently. Hello – Sorry for the additional messages… I successfully updated the theme and removed a child theme version of the taxonomy-project-type.php file and that did the trick – must have been some outdated code on that template. Thanks and this is solved but my inability to use Ticksy (even though I have tickets from the past) remains an issue. Thanks for the help!

Hello! I found your theme from http://saplingpictures.com/. I’m wondering if it’s possible to create the masonry grid they have with the hover feature, but attach it to custom links? All the examples in your demo seem to pull from portfolio or blog sections for this feature. Can it run independently? Thanks!

The portfolio section which allows a masonry style does also support custom links for the projects, so they would still need to be created as projects but could in theory link anywhere

The formatting on my portfolio thumbnail titles are a bit wonky – and I can’t seem to fix it. I’ve tried altering the settings in Saliant Typography Section (Heading 4) – but it’s not correcting the issue. Some of the titles aren’t centred properly and the line height isn’t responding according to it’s settings and the last issue is that some of the titles (with bigger words) run off the thumbnail issue. Please help when you get a chance.

?Hello, I think I found the bug in Salient theme. I’m trying to hide Nectar Slider column for mobile (in Responsive Options). It’s possible until I check the “Parallax Slider??” in nectar slider settings popup. After that, slider doesn’t hide. Regards Piotr

I am also trying to fix a problem with top-margin on mobile experience. Strangely a top-margin is set on mobile version of pages. This is really annoying, especially with colored background pages. I use the ascend theme.

The drop-down menu on mobile only shows off canvas slide in menu. How do I activate the normal menu? I have tried all kinds of combination on off canvas menu, but it i cant get the menu burger on left to show up.

Nobody answers the tickets, so I post it here.
There is a bug related to the navigation of slides on html5 canvas background pages. The problem is basically in the disability of the buttons to do what they are supposed to. When I click on any of them, nothing happens. When I load the page, I instantly get an error in the console “Reference Error: Can’t find variable: TweenMax”. Every time I click on any of the navigational buttons, this error appears again. This behavior is consistent in all browsers.
