I´m having issues with cropped images, both thumbnails and on single product pages…
I have tried turning of hard cropping in the woocommerce settings and in settings/media in Wordpress. I´ve also been playing around with different settings in the theme settings and woocommerce settings but without getting around the issue.
Any ideas?

You should be able to disable this in your Woocommerce settings. Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping there’s a checkbox to enforce shipping to billing address only.
Note that the answer may already be solved so search within the forum solved issues.

Still having problem with the ‘Wishlist’ link even after updating to latest version of both Yith plugin and Aurum.
Click the ‘add to wishlist’ is working (as if you got to wishlist via menu items are there), but the ‘Browse Wishlist’ link on product page goes to error 404 wrong url.

Yes but if you try to add another product it will not add it. Also on different computers, if not signed in, it keeps the cart from other users. How is that possible?

I see this problem now, but we don’t have this issue on our theme and we don’t have any concern about this issue, it should work to you too. Can you please disable all your third-party plugins (plugins that don’t come with our theme) one by one, and check if this problem is solved.

have tried importing demo data Jewelry several times. The import runs and has the enclosed error. I contacted 1and1 and my support said that the stacks parameters could not be changed on a shared server. I get a partial import. The error is happening to the wordpress (first check box) on the import page. The media is downloaded and I think the CSS and the widgets.

What a pity from your hosting company, if you want to fully upload the theme then you must have all the required PHP configurations set cause then WordPress won’t let you import any media from the demo page, we can’t help you on this if you have not configured these limits.

You can’t disable the Bootstrap styling only on one page or only for the forms, what you can do is style the theme via custom CSS and it will rewrite the style of your Bootstrap.
Regarding your second question, have you tried disabling your 3rd party plugins cause this never happens in Aurum or any site built with it, there must be any script that is conflicting.

The only way is to write Custom CSS for each of the elements and reset them to defaults, what you want to do is not included in the support because it is for a 3rd party plugin which is not supported by the theme, regarding your other question – have you managed to fix it cause as I see on the top right there is a search box.

yes, I have since fixed the quantity button with a plugin and a little code, regarding the search bar, I do believe the Ajax Search Plugin already had styling included

Hiya, on the tablet and mobile at the checkout and cart pages, the “Your Order” and “Your Basket” columns have the texts squeezed into one line, making it unreadable.

Yay! Thanks, that worked! ONE MORE question! On the mobile, on the side of the page, there is a huge gap on the right. I think it is caused by the menu button positioned to the right. I have attached screenshot. Do you know how I can position the menu button to fit within the width of the page? Or maybe it is caused by something else.

I have never worked with a theme before, that was so easy to get up and running. Still I have a problem with getting links displayed when selling ebooks. Everything is working out fine, exept there is no download link in the final mail to the costumer. I have other pages selling ebooks and therefore know, that it sometimes takes and effort to get everything working, but here I just have to give up.
I have tried ticking and unticking both “Virtual” and “Downlodable” boxes and changing the database prefix, but still no luck.
As you can see here, www.prettypage.dk, I have to redirect the costumers right now, but on a longer term I would like to sell ebooks from this site.

It is strange issue and never was posted before so I am not very informed what may cause it.
I make you sure that our theme doesn’t override email templates:
But searching on the internet I have found this link that also other users have had the same issue:

This happens because a SQL table called wp_woocommerce_downloadable_product_permissions is missing in your database.
And it suggests to change DB prefix, so try this plugin:

As I wrote in the first post, I have installed other themes used for selling ebooks, and I’m familiar with the prefix problem. This is not the problem here, as I did already change it.
Also I have tried deacticvating every plugin that did not come with the Aurum theme, but still no download link in the order completion.
Any other suggestions?

Okay, so I tried run af few tests…
I have a test page for these thing, and as you can see, I have installed the theme here: www.houseofshops.dk. It’s not pretty, I know, but clean from everything, that could disturb the download link being created.
Test #1
Setup:
No other themes on the page exept Aurum Basic installation (without the recommended plugins)
No other plugins but woocommerce
Ticked downlodable (not virtual) = no link (ticking virtual can sometimes cause problems)Ticked downlodable and virtual = no link
Test #2
Installed plugin Change Database Prefix, set to hos_
Ticked downlodable (not virtual) = no link Ticked downlodable and virtual = no link

Your theme (Aurum) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. You can see which files are affected from the system status page. If in doubt, check with the author of the theme.

How can I change the default caps on my page? I have tried to add the css h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { text-transform: none !important; }
but this only helps in the Heading title. The Menu is still all in caps, also while using the css I found on the support forum:

What I also want to achieve is to use both capitals and lower case in image banners etc.
