Hi,
Is there a way to disable the Calendar Sync option when creating a new project.
Also is it possible to display only the projects associated with the logged in user and the projects page, instead of showing all projects.

Yes you can disable it from the Theme Settings > Projects tab. Regarding the projects page, by default it’ll display all projects where there isn’t any member selected (it’s considered as visible by all users) or if he’s a project’s member. Thanks for that. I cant seem to see any option in the theme settings that relates to the calendar sync though. The only options i have available are as follows: - Who can create a project article ? - Are the projects public ? - Notice user on task assignment ? - Email’s content - See projects filter ? - Include in Buddypress Groups ?

Sorry but i have no idea what you mean by “on the project’s page (Wordpress side), last option”. Im sure its pretty simple but just cant seem to find it sorry.
Also weve noticed that when you select yes on the option to “Show only profile with avatar ?” in the footer options, the site goes incredibly slow. It changes from approx 2sec page load to around 12sec page load. Are you able to have a look at this.

Is it possible to have files that are assigned to groups? So only the members of those groups could access the files assigned to it?
Can I order the files how I want and if so how are they ordered? by id, date etc?
Another quick question File Manager section – can each category have an icon I designed instead of the folder icon? I see in the code it calls id=”6” and class =”cat-title”. What would be the code for css that I can use to put a custom category image per folder?

1. Yes it is, you can use this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddydrive/ or Rtmedia which is kind of an equivalent for that.
2. As we’re not the guys behind those files manager plugin, I’m not 100% sure. But as far as I know it, that doesn’t exist. But, if you have some CSS skills, you can override the current image using the nice “background-image” property. We can get you started on that if you open up a ticket here : https://alkaweb.ticksy.com/
3. No problem, feel free to ask as many questions as you wish. The Dashboard is actually only a widgetized area, so you can use as many Wordpress widget as you like coming from any plugin. So if you’re using a Files Manager with a widget, yes you can add it to the dashboard. There isn’t any for the File Away plugin or Multivero. But here again if you have some PHP skills, that’s easy to do. Rtmedia as one for sure. And yes Buddypress Groups widget exists and can be added to the dashboard. Moreover, you’ll find a bunch of options to change the layout of the dashboard (color, columns size…).

Learndash is very useful if you need to create online courses, lessons … You can go with the Basic plan, it’s fair enough. I’ve never tested all addons but you’ll need this free one : https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-learndash/
And also another one really useful is : https://wisdmlabs.com/front-end-course-creation-for-learndash/?ref=7 if you like frontend edit/creation. It has been tested and designed with Woffice.
Well, after feel free to add any addon or plugin that can help you achieve your project.

Yes it’s possible and you’ll have several ways to do so. The nest way so far is to use a file manager plugin linked to the Buddypress account (Buddydrive OR Rtmedia). Then each file will be associated to the user’s profile and of course private

We recommand to have 2 wordpress sites as it’s easier to setup and manage in that way. But you can also run Woffice using a Multisite Wordpress Installation.

Just purchased the theme, I was asking at the very beginning you launched the theme if “user type” label on profile photos and “filter members” dropdown with user types on home page may both contain users country name. You adviced to create user types by country name – that can be a solution. Since that you had many updates, is there in theme settings an option to charge a user country name in “members search” and on profile icon ? If not, doing that as requested, I should write in “Custom CSS or HTML modifications ?
Maybe there is another solution ? My members network main feature is the origin country, which need to be shown on profile photo as label and they need to be filtrable by country, brief, just need to replace “user type” meta on photos and in search by “country” name

I just tested our install on a ipad and it appears that the submenus from the main navigation buttons do not appear. When clicking on the button it looks like they attempt to expand but do not. Any issues with this??

This is how .. created will be created has an automatic folder for the files that person .. Just us. We’ll post the files. Each will have a calendar … standard for all .. Not directly, but you can make it works that way. Every customer will have its own homepage but you’ll need a Files Manager widget. There isn’t any with our current file manager (File Away). That’s why I recommand you to use Rtmedia, then you’ll find a lot of addons to extend its features so it fits your needs. (See https://rtcamp.com/products/rtmedia-sidebar-widgets/)
Regarding the calendar you can do that using EventON and the Action user addon (not included but completely supported) : http://www.myeventon.com/addons/action-user/ You’ll be able to assign event to any customer and display personal calendar.

Thanks for your interest in our product. Well it’s a tricky point with Wordpress these days. Because you need a push system to push the notifications on mobiles. And though, an application. You should probably look on Pushover, which is the most famous about that. But you can look here : https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/push-notifications
I’ve never really tested, but I know it’s possible. There are several tutorials about that on the Internet.

I would like to know a couple of things before i buy it and use it for my company.
1. Is it possible to be installed and fully operated it in a wordpress that is installed on windows server 2012 IIS?
2. in my demo project i successfully use the “Active Directory Integration” plugin for ldap integration, is there any problems with that?
3. Is there any limitations about the company’s number of people?
4. Is it possible to have a common front page for all subscribed employees that shows a full width slider with company’s news feeds, a company’s event calendar, some employees’ ads, bus routes etc. and other company’s useful information AND also having a DASHBOARD for chating, profile editing, personals and other stuff?

1. I’ve never tested, but on the other hand I’ve never heard any known issue about this in our 3000+ support tickets. So I guess as long as you can run Wordpress (PHP, Mysql) Woffice won’t cause any issue 
2. That one is tested, it’s working just fine with Woffice. We have a lot of customers using it.
3. Not at all, well if you’re not running on a 3$/m shared hosting. I guess, it isn’t your case. But you can over 10 000 users without any problem. We’ve been through issues about that few months ago but all fixed so far.
4. Yes, we’re including the Revolution Slider with Woffice so you can create about any kind of Slider in a minute. You can have both a dashboard page and a common page. That’s pretty much the case in Woffice Community demo.

Is there another addon plugin that I have to download to make the directory function happen? And also, is there a way I can make a directory display in a list instead of a 3 column display? I plan on having many (6000+) members and it will be too difficult to list everyone in boxes, rather in something that is searchable, or sort by tags, or something.

Well, you just need the Directory extension to be enabled. Then it works exactly like the projects or wiki (see documentation for all details).
No sorry there isn’t any option for that yet. But you can have something like that with a few CSS changes. If you have some CSS skills no big deal to override Woffice’s stylesheet. Otherwise, we can get you started from the support helpdesk.

Loving the support you guys provide! Quick question, I am using the school demo data, and I want members with a certain role to be able to add members with a basic role, through the front end. Is there a way to get the registration page (with all of the extended BP fields that I’ve added) available to those with the correct role, so they may add other users (basic role users) that will be visiting the site? Thanks!
And PS, I don’t want anyone to be able to register, I only want those with (Teacher) roles to be able to add users with (student) roles, but I want them to be able to do it through the front end. If it could look JUST like the standard registration page, that would be great!

Glad you like it ! 
I’ve never tried but I see at least 2 ways to do that :
- Using the Buddypress register page. Good thing is you’ll have all the Xprofile fields directly there. But on the other hand, you’ll need edit the template file in order to include our privacy function. No big deal.
- Using Gravity form and there Wordpress user add-on. That’ll let you create any member from a form on any page. You’ll be able to change the page’s privacy and choose which role can access the page and though the form.
