When I installed your theme into wordpress it only gives me the option for 1 style instead of the 26 different styles that are listed. Is there a way to get these into Wordpress? If not I would need a refund. Thanks

I know that you use other slider (fusion slider or something like that) but I really need WP Bakery Visual Composer for some stuff.
Can you guarantee that all of them work on your theme?

EWWW Image Optimizer – No need for this plugin
TotalPoll – We have not tested this plugin with Avada and can therefore not guarantee that it would work 100%. If an issue arises you will need to contact the plugin author
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer – We have not tested this plugin with Avada and can therefore not guarantee that it would work 100%. If an issue arises you will need to contact the plugin author
WP Rocket – That can be used with Avada
WPBakery Visual Composer – Can be used, but you will need to disable the Avada Fusion Builder. Frankly, we would suggest that you use the purpose build Fusion Builder for Avada instead of the VC plugin

Hi, this theme is awesome! I have a few questions regarding the APP theme. It works like charm! the problem is that i am a newbie in wordpress , and i cant find where is the part where i can change the HOME part (the picture with the bridge and the text Avada App Makes Your Life Easier Download Today To See Why ) I can change perfectly the rest of the theme , tabs (INTRO, FEATURES, SCREENSHOTS , etc ..) 1. Can you send me a screenshot where i can change the HOME tab and put a video or youtube link as a background ? Ot tell me how can i get there?
2. i Want to change the bachground color of the menu header(HOME,INTRO, FEATURES, SCREENSHOTS….), where i can find that part ?
3. Is there a specific tutorial for customizing the app theme ?

To answer your questions:
1 – Thats is in fact a Fusion Slider, and what you want to edit is the slide caption and title. Here is a help file explaining how and what to edit for the slider -> http://bit.ly/1XpTr6F
2 – To change the background color go to -> Theme Options >> Styling >> Background Colors >> Header Background Color and Opacity

Is there a way to give background images an overlay (rbga) inside of containers? I would like to have a background image. An overlay will allow for text to stand out better. No CSS and not for video i mean for single images. Thanks

There is unfortunately no option to enable that, so you will need to make use of some custom CSS to apply the overlay

that kind of things should be available on your theme, event the options to edit text module as i mentioned
Currently we offer it for the side header setup, and we offer it for the full width container overtop of a video. We do have plans to offer this for other areas and columns, it has just not been done yet.

Hey, how can I add the search icon to the first top menu (left menu)? I love the way it works if it is added in the main menu – just icon and on click the search form appears.
Also, I know that it is a Woocommerce problem but is there an easy to way to add a popup or something else when a customer clicks the Add to cart button and no options are chosen…there should be some sort of message – Please select an option.

For the search icon you will need to implement a custom solution of that, unfortunately that can’t be explained here in a couple of sentences

How do I create an opacity effect when I click on a blog image with rollover effect? I am attempting to replicate this page link below

“Avada Gives You Complete Control of Your Website” section. When you click on the image the rollover effects turns green but you can still see the image within blog post element.
What css code do I need to put in custom css theme options? I tried the opacity settings 0-4 here “Rollover Image Gradient Top Color and Opacity” but nothing changed.
I hope I do not have to submit a ticket (too time consuming) but if I do? Please let me know thanks.

I spent thousands of dollars a couple of years ago for a web developer to build a site for our new business https://coastalloans.com.au . A couple of months ago, after getting annoyed with the limitations of that site, I took the plunge and bought Avada and started to build a new site from the ground up myself.
It took me many, many hours to get it looking “right” to me as I have no real experience in web development.
I persisted, and since re-launching the new site built on Avada 4 weeks ago, some interesting things have come up:
1) Bounce rate – this has dropped from around 80% to 48%.
2) Organic google searches – impressions and clicks have doubled. Positions and keywords matches have improved beyond compare.
3) Organic leads are happening – they hadn’t before – and conversion from visitor to lead has increased dramatically, testament I feel to the change in web site design.
4) I have actually had people surprised that we are such a small operation, given what the web site looks like.
I couldn’t be happier, for some solid hours work and an outlay of less than $100, the difference to our business can be counted in the thousands of dollars.

I consider to download an AVADA theme. However I see that AVADA is not compatible with wordpress 4.4.2. I am not really really experienced, so I dont want to deal with searching lots of CSS codes, or writing tickets to envato after downloading. Would you guarantee that wordpress 4.4.2 and other plugins will surely work on AVADA if I purchase and download?

Avada is compatible with the latest version of WordPress, can you please tell me where you have read that it isn’t? Most of our customer’s are running the latest version of Avada with the latest version of WordPress and are not experiencing any issues.

That particular plugin hasn’t been tested with Avada, however we are compatible with WooCommerce, so most of their official plugins work out of the box.
On that note, Avada is not currently built to utilize the WordPress customizer at the moment. This is something that we are working towards, however I don’t have an ETA at the moment.

A absolutely can not understand why People love this Theme so much. The Fusion Builder is so complicated and uncomfortable. I have always used visual composer and am very satisfied.Funny you are saying this—it’s the opposite experience here. I’ve tried several themes, but it turned out I really love and prefer the Fusion Builder, its look and feel, and its many possibilities. But, as they say, there is no accounting for tastes.

You’re absolutely right, everyone has their own preferences. While we’re very proud of our in-house page builder, we do understand that some others may be more comfortable using a plugin that they are familiar with (Which is also compatible with Avada).
On that note, we are working on the next version of our page builder and have a lot of great features on the way. While I don’t have a solid ETA on the new builder, it will be after the Avada 4.0 release.

You can import the modern shop and it will give you all modern shop pages, posts, images, theme settings, etc.
Your current data for WooCommerce should not be affected, however to be safe you should always back that up. It’s always good practice to do that , especially for a live site with customer data.
