Hello SW-THEMES, I ask for a help. In Homepage 6, it has a left menu as the root category. If I want to change it as a sub-subcategory or custom category, how can I do? And another one, on the right. If you want to show a category feature product what should I do?

I am trying to decide between your Porto and Legenda themes. Can Porto support a blog the same as Legenda with images of entries on other pages ? Also Legenda states it supports product video, does Porto do that as well ?

Legenda also does not support blog anymore, we have excluded blog extension due to license issue. But you can use AW free blog extension for all of our themes as we have added full compatibility. For product video option, you need to install additional extension.

1. You have installed too many themes. Those are causing the conflict with our theme, and make the issue with filter. 2. this is not theme issue. Have tried to disable Porto and test with default Magento, the issue still exist.

This is a js conflict issue occuring on Magento 2. It seems such a difficult issue. Manytimes your site works very well, but sometime, it is broken when you refresh the browser. We are working hard on solve this in upcomming release.

Porto is using magento default review system. But if you installed 3rd party review extension, you should copy the layout and templates, skin files into the theme directory, did you do it?

The only example cms page i can find is the about page. There are no examples for typography, icons, tables, animations etc in the documentation.
We use HTML content in About us Page. Please go to CMS > Pages > About Page to see how we edit info.

We’ve also noticed there are a lot of js errors and the product option dropdowns do not work in IE11 or Chrome. Only seem to work in firefox.

Hi,
I purchased your template last week for my magento 2 shop, the installation went very well, but unfortunately i’m facing two issues right now stopping me going live with the shop: 1- The carrossel, featured product modules are not loading at the first time, when choosing a category and going back to the front page, everything works file again 2- When trying to set the shop modus to production (./bin/magento deploy:mode:set production + ./bin/magento setup:di:compile-multi-tenant) i’m getting this error: [ReflectionException] Class \Smartwave\Megamenu\Model\Attribute\SubcatColumns does not exist please have a look at this post, it describes the same issue i’m facing: https://github.com/magento/magento2/issues/3850

1. Install clean Magento 2.0.4 version
2. Upload theme files
3. Execute command: php bin/magento setup:upgrade
4. It shows: Please re-run Magento compile command
5. Go back to magento home page and it shows Fatal error as below

1. As you all might know, an update for Magento 2 (2.0.3) is released. The purpose of this message is to save you some time and nerve cells.
As Magento 2 can’t complete Porto compilation process at this time, upgrading through Web Setup Wizard w/ Porto chosen as a theme will lead to a compilation error and, consequently, to the upgrade failure / broken store.
So, a workaround to the successful upgrade is to choose another theme temporarily before the upgrage (for example, Luma): http://docs.magento.com/m2/ce/user_guide/design/theme-default.htmlYou can then switch back to Porto after the upgrade.
2. For those, who are running a Magento 2 instance in a shared hosting environment and experiencing JavaScript and/or CSS errors:
We seem to solve the problems by the following steps:

Important note: you’ll have to set your store to the Developer mode before the updating the system. Thus, there is no necessity to switch to another theme before the update.

We are aware of the issues we have been facing when building Magento 2 theme at this time. IT is really difficult challenge. We till working hard to fix theme bugs and add some improvement to a complete Porto.
