I feel really dumb here… but I can’t find Revolution Sliver anywhere. It’s not in my admin menu after installation, and it’s not (so far as I can tell) in the folder structure of the “all files and documentation” download zip…. Where do I go to ‘activate’ it?

Great theme! I have a pre-sale question.
Is there any way to set up your theme like a “service platform”? Instead of sell products any user could upload one or more services and sell them. The thing is create some payment method (or membership acount) to allow those users upload the services/resumes.

the funny thing is that when i try to dowload the theme i cant delete your avada names,avadas pictures and i am still waiting answer from your support. ?t shouldnt be difficult like this. when i try to delete all pictures from your theme i always stuck. Now i cant even use my previus them cause there are some pictures and notes in it. ? am completely confuse. So google try to index all your pictures on my blog.
could you please tell me how to switch themes. ?f i wait too long google will index all of it. ? just want to use my previus theme. For now its enough for me cause probably i will not get help till monday from your support

yes they replied but the problem is still there nothing happen. by the way when i try your How To Import Demos Through The Alternate Method when i try to log in into wordpress username : Admin And Password : admin it didnt accept and now it doesnt accept my previus password. Completely my site is down right now. And it says 403 Forbidden
Access to this resource on the server is denied. so do u have any solution ?

Please note, premium themes are not meant to exactly the same from one to the next, that is the point of remaining competitive. Any unique styling and design quirks seen in your example may need some custom CSS to achieve in a different theme

Ok what is going on? I just logged into my Wordpress backend then went to visit site and i am getting 404 text black font top left on white page? 404 error. I did submit a support ticket, but this is an emergency I can’t access website for my client. This is not a good look.
Ok this is happening only on home pages I created (five) and some other pages not all pages. I did put a ticket into support but this is very frustrating and slowing my work progress to a crawl.
I submitted a ticket and made a mistake. I mean’t to tell support that I can’t access certain pages in the wordpress backend. Please pass that along so I don’t have to wait another 24 hours for an answer this is very critical and my reputation is on the line right now with my client Thanks!
Ok I solved the 404 issue on my clients website but still need Avada Theme Fusion support team (Ryan, MB or Muhammad) to know what went on and what I can do in the future if this occurs again?
I went into my ftp and viewed the 100width.php file and noticed it was missing from page templates when creating pages (some of the pages I created has 100% width template selected.)
I already sent in a support ticket, but do not want to respond to my ticket and update, because then I will need to wait another 24 hours or 48 hours since it is the weekend and I haven’t got a reply yet (Per Theme Fusions instructions)
What I noticed is 100% width.php file had the text “404” in it when I viewed it from inside my ftp program. So I decided to look at the 100% width.php that originally came bundled in the Avada theme zip when I purchased it and I noticed this is what should be in the 100% width.php

So I copied over the original 100% Width.php and voila now my clients website is back to normal but I need to know through here or support why the 100% width.php went from the code I pasted above to 404? This is why all my pages were simply showing 404 instead of the pages themselves.
Please let the support people know this and reply in the ticket I submitted to them originally thanks. I really need to know the cause of this because if this website goes live and this happens again my reputation will be ruined and this whole issue was random. I was updating a page then next thing I know I see 404 on most of the pages I created. Anyways thanks.

You didn’t answer to my question!!! I want to change the size of the header and not the size of the logo. You try to tell me this two elements are connected together? My logo is different than your default logo sow I have to use another size. I should be able to change the size of the header witch now is too big and looks bad for me. Please answer to my question. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE HEADER SIZE?? NOT THE LOGO SIZE!!!!!
One more thing!!! I was trying to insert different numbers in the “Logo section” that you told me but nothing is happening. I was trying to insert number 2 and after that i put 200 and nothing changed.

There several settings that need to be checked and adjusted to decrease the header height:
1 – Adjust header top & bottom padding here -> Theme Options >> Header Background
2 – Adjust the logo top & bottom margins here -> Theme Options >> Logo >> Logo Settings

Hi. I was trying to create a ticket on your support forum but I can’t just because when I am trying to insert the domain name where is my website located I can’t do that just because my website right now is installed on a subdomain because I am still working on it. My issue is regarding the Sticky header witch is not working. Also please tell me how can I update the Avada to 4.0 to not loose all the settings that I allready did on my website. You can insert anything in that field then, even just ”#” will do.
For sticky header, make sure it is turned on in theme options > header > sticky header.
Also when you update the theme, you do not lose settings made in theme options. If you have changed the coded files, then those will be lost because they are overwritten, in that case you should use a child theme.

Yes WPML is by far the best solution, in the end it will cause less work for sure, and it is not very expensive, best route to go
However you can also use polyang, it is free but will take extra setup time and effort.

How to use different footer in the page?
Hello!
Currently you can only have one global footer. However, you can turn the footer on or off per page, and you can use widgets directly on the page so you can simulate a second footer for a page. Just create a container with your set of columns in it, then add content or widgets to each one.
