Please help me out. I have this problem. I’ve tried to submit a ticket by I keep getting refreshed back to api authorization page. I was going to submit this message:
I’ve twice installed wordpress now and have met with the same problems each time. I can’t install or activate JW for wordpress, so have had to download and install it from wordpress. Yet, it still shows up, along with these plugins as not being able to install:
: JW Player for WordPress, TrueMAG – Movie, TrueMAG – Shortcodes, TrueMAG Rating and Truemag – Member.
I get this message everytime I try to install one of them manually:

Awsome theme. Want to purchase this theme. But before that want to ensure one thing. Is it possible to change the header height?? as the logo placed in the header looks too small. We actually need to put a little bit big logo than the demo.
And secondly I was reading the previous comments and saw that this theme is not woo-commerce compatible. But now I can see that this theme is woo-commerce compatible which is in the Full Feature List of this theme. So this requirement is fulfilled. Nice theme. Keep creating like this innovative and awesome theme. Thanks in advance.

2. “put a little bit big logo than the demo.” Yes, you could upload your custom logo in Theme Options > General.
It seems that you want to increase navigation ’s height. You could get that with Custom CSS segment added to Theme Options. In that case, we can send you this CSS Code segment.

Please go to Dashboard > Settings > Post View Count, then follow
- Check “Display counter in post content”

Hi, no I don’t. Creating a ticket says “Your support time is expired” which requires me to extend it, due to possibly just a bug with the theme.
Found the issue, removed the “buddypress” folder from the theme and it now works.

you stated in a past comment that you recommend “YouTube WordPress plugin – video import” for bulk import youtube videos. Unfortunately it doesnt support tag import from those videos. Any idea how to deal with that crucial issue? Any better plugins you recommend? Thanks!

Just a couple of questions:
1) For pagination, how easy is it to modify the default style of loading additional pages by adding them to the current page to instead separating everything into actual pages?
2) For the video thumbnails, can I change it so the “quickview” behavior becomes the default behavior when clicking on a thumbnail, instead of taking the user to the video page? Also, is there a way to specify the dimensions of the video player inside “quickview”? As is it’s not taking advantage of the user’s full screen size.

For small devices such as smartphones there is a bug with vimeo embeded videos. When you click the play button the player opens full screen in new window which is very distracting. I assume that the people don’t like that.
I would appreciate a lot if you fix this in the next update.

For Vimeo and YouTube video, you only need to add Video URL on Post settings > Video URL.
For example: This is a sample post on demo page:
http://truemag.cactusthemes.com/rio/You only need to add https://vimeo.com/73053894 to Video URL section.
You should not use the embed code for Vimeo and YouTube video.
We have checked on our testing server with embed code of Vimeo video and seen that it works on the mobile normally (without full screen mode).
If that issue is still not fixed, please create a ticket to our support system at http://ticket.cactusthemes.com , install with the original version of theme and plugins, and leave an admin account and describe this issue as clearly as possible so we can help you better.

I totally agree with you that vimeo videos do not open full screen, but, only on UC browser, I installed UC broswer and it works well.
My device is just like yours, lg magna android lollipop.
BUT, on mozilla and google chrome the videos open full screen.
On mozilla and google chrome vimeo embeded videos open full screen? They work normally just on UC browser..

For Chrome, please go to Settings button (on top right) > Check “Request desktop site”.
This is a default feature of this Browser, you could check it by adding a Vimeo video to a post content field, then switch to other themes and see
For Mozilla FireFox, unfortunately, we do not have a lot of experience with it, but please check with this browser’s settings.
It is noted that each of browser has its own features, so please check your settings more clearly before any checks are applied.
