Yes you can have a sidebar on the homepage right hand side with information and then a slider on the left with the boxed inventory layout below it. 
Hi, why you include older plugins in latest update the last update? In the previous update, Revolution Slider is 5.2.3.5, and in latest update, it is 5.2.2. It is possible that you were not using the latest packages to make the updates?
And also I found many changes were revert back to earlier code, such as “ReduxFramework\ReduxCore\inc\class.redux_helpers.php”, it was the change you made on 3/24, now it revert back to the version as 3/4. Please check you update package. Thank you.
The Revolution Slider has an update which we will get released in the next couple of hours here. You are correct about the Redux, I’m not sure what happened there, but we will get that updated as well when this next update comes out. Thanks for pointing this out!

Hi, I am thinking of buying this theme to be a new site for a car dealership client of mine. They also have an AutoTrader website and don’t want to have to list their cars twice, once on the new site and once on AutoTrader. I had a look at this, I don’t think it would work entirely, the CSV needs to a comma delimiter but the auto trader one uses ^ for separating the titles. That being said, it would not be hard to search and replace them before you do an import.
So if we had the fields in that order but could get them comma delimited do you think it would work for us?

FYI: [_listing_details] has stopped showing the referring page in emails from Contact 7
Theme still states “You can use the tag [_listing_details] in a contact form to retrieve which listing the form was sent from.”

I just tested it on our side and it seems to still work fine here … maybe update the theme and plugins before you open a support ticket to see if that fixes …

Not without purchasing a theme license as well unfortunately. It’s not really that much extra to get the theme license as well though and then they could contact us separately with their own username.
OK we will inform them. By the way, the [_listing_details] still works in the tab triggered form above the gallery but Dan had helped us make sure it works in form in the footer of this site as well. He said… “I will be adding the code into our next plugin update so other users will be able to have the option of adding the tag in their Contact Forms… So you don’t need to worry about backing it up since when you update the code will be in the next version.” Seems like when the client updated the theme it went away for the footer form.

I’m not sure if you mean on pages or on the vehicle listings, but you can edit the shortcode on the pages to change it (just click the green pencil and you should see Latitude and Longitude), and on the listings you can set the default location under Listing Options > Default Values > Default location.

First of all – looks great. We’re trying to build a website that sells auto parts – engines, trims and so on.
What I’m looking for is to replicate the functionality present on this site. (Please follow these steps:)
1. take a look at the website: http://fcpeuro.com
2. Do you see the widget in the left corner that allows to choose Year, Make and Model? This is exactly what what we are trying to achieve. But there is a little catch:
Please do the following:
- Choose year 2015
- Choose Make Audi
- Choose model S4
Do you see that after choosing S4 the 4th filed appears that says Trim?
I’m curious if such conditional logic can be employed with your theme.
Bottom line, there are 2 questions:
1. If your theme can have this functionality replicated fully – meaning having 3 criteria to be chosen from the drop down menus (Year, Make, Model) – and having the 4th field appear conditionally based on the items chosen int he previous fields.
2. If it cannot b replicated fully – them what can be replicated.

Regarding the Listing Categories, they are fully customizable (you can add/remove/change them, the predefined ones are just examples).
When I apply the social networking links in the footer, they do not open. In any network that has cadastada in ThemeOptions> Social Settings link opens along with the website address. Ex. Http://accender.com.br/site/linkedin.com/company/10535025
Should open only linkedin.com/company/10535025

That is correct, under Theme Options > General Settings > Tracking Code. You can also select if you want it in the header or the footer with the button beneath. You are correct, don’t include the script tags. Interested in theme but wanted to know if I could use this theme for automotive accessories and not so much the vehicles themselves. The design is beautiful and rich and would be perfect, but before I purchase I would be interested to know if I can change the details in the inventory. For example instead of YEAR MAKE MODLE and VIN, could I use ITEM NAME, MANUFACTURER, PART DESCRIPTION, and PART NUMBER? Or something along those lines. In short how flexible are the spec items? Are they editable? And the tabs on the Individual listing section editable as well? Thank you so much!
You can change all those fields to the fields you suggested under Listings > Listing Categories. They are flexible and editable, as well as the tabs in the Individual Listing section. The theme is also WooCommerce compatible (displayed under the Store section of the demo site). You might find that is better suited to your needs as well.
Hi! I have purchased the theme and tried to register a support account but my purchase code is not accepted, saying it’s already registered. Since I cannot access the ticket system I can’t ask my questions… Please check my support account and perhaps you can answer here how I can translate the header and Woocommerce related elements like LOGIN, LANGUAGES, SEARCH etc. I translated these in the Automotive theme .mo file and some items are updated while the others are not.
You don’t seem to have a support account, you have to have your exact username speedbird1229 and purchase code to register. If you are still unable to register please email your purchase code to support@themesuite.com we can set it up for you.

Make sure you have updated the theme and plugins (VC, Slider Rev and Automotive Listings) to the latest versions and disable any other third party plugins. It just your WordPress login details, but we will have to be able to access it from the web. The problem very well may be related to your local configuration and when you put the website online it may work perfectly.

Hi, How do You lock the Sidebar Position ? On this Inventory Page, there are 6 Sidebar Options : http://demo.themesuite.com/automotive-wp/wide-sidebar-right/ . I don’t want to offer 6 Sidebar variations….. I as the Admin want to fix the Sidebar Type, so that My visitors have just one Sidebar Option.

i updated the theme a few days ago and the client has reported that some of their customers have alerted them to the same problem which is on the INVENTORY page
1 – make is chosen 2 – model CANNOT be chosen as only ‘all models’ is available for selection 3 – after de-selecting the make (to resolve the problem), new makes CANNOT be chosen as only ‘all makes’ is available for selection

When you are opening a support ticket you just have to refresh your product status (it will go out and re-verify your support with ThemeForest).
Regarding your other problem, please update to the latest version 8.5, we just released a fix for this. You may have to clear your browsers cache (and if you are using any caching plugins flush the cache on those). Thanks
