1.Please help me, I get an error when I want to use a video link: ‘No valid video url were added in Video module settings. Please specify the valid video url’.

2. The colour of the animated text doesn’t change. Only the tekst before and after the animated text are able to change.

today I tried to put my new website on the home screen of the iPhone through Safari. Browser recognized favicon, but because there are not suitable sizes of icon for iphone/retine ipad/retina icon can’t be shown. I found a code for header.php and is working. I would like to ask you If you can integrate this features in new update, which will be compatible with iOS and Android devices?

I imported the theme demo “shop-first” but the product category banners right below the revolution slider are not displayed. In the settings of that element, I can’t choose a category, they are all white…

Hi, just updated to latest version of the theme. But now none of the theme settings are taking effect. When I save one of the theme option pages it does not update them and takes me to ‘page not found’. I deactivated all plugins and still had same effect. The previous version of the theme was working fine.

Hi our company purchased (Business Acc: flagexplorer) the theme for building this website: sse-australia.com.au

And we found that the primary menu has something wrong with the layout.

I believe the current header width is large enough to align all the menu items we set, but the “carousel-nav” appears and ask user to nav left and right to show the whole menu when the width is large around 1980px.

I modify the css and set the menu nav div to min-width: 900px and the Chrome is showing what I needed, but on the FireFox browse the menu is jump to the “second line”.

I think it is something wrong with the “carousel navigation” (which is really unnecessary to me) so I would like to know how (or where) to disable the carousel navigation.

Where is the documentation for the Visual Composer DFD Contact Form? I have tried setting it up using what i thought would be straight forward but when i fill out and try to submit form on the front end, i keep getting an error message saying “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.” I have tried every configuration under the sun, but no go!

Hello I purchased this theme and have 5 months of support left. When I try to access the demos on Envato it says Access Denied/ I am attempting to access a forbidden site. Never seen this error before on any site, let alone one I’ve paid of the theme to.

I installed the theme “SHOP WITH FULL THUMB PRODUCTS”, but I found the popup of the product detail different from your demo. Demo : detail of product, including image, description, add to cart button and etc After installed : only the image and some share buttons

How can I make the same popup like your demo ?
