Hello I want to ask how many buttons can have one simple page. For example I want to use about 500-700 button on a page and each with links to sub pages. Whether it is possible or there is a limit.
Hi there
That is a lot of buttons
There are no restrictions as to how many buttons, or how much content you can add to a page. However, keep in mind the fact that the more content the longer the page load for that page. Also, Avada has a status page that clearly indicates which of your servers PHP configuration limits need to be addressed -> http://bit.ly/1T5luaR – one massive page would mean that these limits should be set appropriately to avoid issues

Hi dear! I am planning to buy your fantastic template; I was wondering if a simple newletter form element can be added on a page. Thanks in advance. kind regard, Alessia
Hi there
No problem, there are a few ways of achieving this. Take a look at an example of the newsletter signup on this demo homepage -> http://avada.theme-fusion.com/lifestyle/ – http://d.pr/i/zGPx
That example uses the Contact Form 7 plugin -> http://bit.ly/1mvhTBu – which is 100% compatible with Avada

Hi dear! It’s me again! I need another info: I am planning to realize a blog page with also events (a sort of blog&news): the blog part of Avada church demo is perfect for this; the question is, may I use this for the blog&news page and for the single post another demo page (for example the Avada classic?) Many thanks for your precious support! Have a nice day, Alessia
Hello!
You can use Events Calendar with any of our demos
The Church demo was just the only one we set it up on to showcase, but it can be used on any,
Thanks!
Fantastic! Many thanks! Alessia
It is a pleasure
Hi Avada support! I checked in most demo of your template and I was wondering if it is possible to add in the footer the navigation menu, in order to semplify the navigation: should I add a specified widget in the footer? Many thanks of your help! Alessia
Hi there
Yes you can do that by adding the custom menu widget to the footer
Thank you. MB
Many Thanks! Kind regards, Alessia

Hi there! I bought your fantastic template and I am customizing my site. I added the contact form in the contact page, I saved the relative container in the library and I loaded it in another page, a profile page. In this last page I cannot set the background image to “site width” because in the container options there is no option to choose. In the contact page instead, in the same element, I could set the option “Site width” normally (pls see the screenshots for details).

What is my mistake? I trust in your precious help! Many thanks, Alessia

Hi, my current theme author is not providing updates at all. I am looking to buy your theme as it’s best seller theme and many people are using your theme. Currently my website looks like this – http://prajwaldesai.com If i install your theme can i get atleast similar look using your theme ?.
Hi there
Having checked your example, that general layout can be achieved using Avada, you will see a fraction if what is possible with Avada if you check our demos here -> http://avada.theme-fusion.com/
But do note, that no two themes are the same, that is the point of remaining competitive. Any unique design and styling quirks that you have on your current site may not be possible with Avada and could require custom CSS and/or modifications to achieve

Hi there, is there an FAQ shortcode? Preferably filtered by FAQ categories? I can’t seem to find any documentation on it. Thanks.
Hi there
Right now, unfortunately not. However, this is a priority item on our development list. I have pinged our developers about this and hopefully we can get this included wit Avada in an upcoming update

Quick Question : Is it possible to modify background color of product when we use a PNG images ? Actually, it seem to be #e0dede
thank you.
Hey @tactikmedia!
So you want to upload an image with a transparent background and have a solid color appearing behind that image?
You may wish to try adding the following to your Theme Options -> Custom CSS:
.products .product-images { background: #FF0000 !important; }
If you have any further questions about this one, please head on over to our support center to submit a ticket. A member of our team will be assigned and respond as soon as possible:

Hello! thanks again for giving us such a wonderful tool!
I just have three fast questions to close my project:
1.- When i set up my Logo in Theme Options, it appears so big in the front page , and then goes to the corner when i scroll down. I want it to stay fixed in the corner, without the posibility to show it big at the begining, like the app theme , it stays fixed at top left corner? how can i disable that option ?
2.- I want to remove/replace the social icons in the footer, and the ones that appears when i click into a image frame? Where can i find that ?
3.-The last one and probably the tricky one. I have an Image Carrousel, with images in black and white, i have the same pictures in color, and i want when i click in an image to change the b&w image into the colorful one. Like the zoom in effect but calling a the colorful picture. I tried to do something similar with the FLIP BOXES, but it seems like i cant put an image background in the front.
Thank You very much in advance and sorry for my english.
Hey @rifappstudio!
1. You will need to upload a smaller image for your logo. It will be inserted at the same size as the image you upload.
2. You can configure your social media icons for all of the locations in your Theme Options -> Social Media. However, you may need to use custom CSS to hide them from the page, depending on the location itself.
3. To get this effect, you would need to use the ‘ImageFrame’ shortcode option and set one image as the display and the other as the lightbox image. Unfortunately to get the colored image to display on click without opening in a lightbox would require customization.
If you have any further questions, please head on over to our support center to submit a ticket. A member of our support team will be assigned and respond as soon as possible.

Wish this supported visual composer ;/
Hi there
You can use the Visual Composer by disabling the Fusion Builder in the Theme Options. At some point in the future we may be looking at integrating this plugin with Avada
Thank you, MB
Hi, I have a pre-sale question. I have a domain with Wordpress already running on it in a different theme. Now I want to build a whole new website on that same domain with avada running on it. What I want now is to build the website in the Avada theme while the old website is still up and running.
When I buy Avada, can I install it on a subdomain and build the website there and then later on transport the whole website to the main domain, without having to purchase the thema again?
Or is there maybe another way to built the website whilst the old one is still running?
Hi there
No need to purchase the theme again. All you need to do is set up your development site, register your purchase -> http://bit.ly/1GrzAgY to gain access to support and updates, and when the site is done, migrate over to your live site remove the development site and then re-register your purchase info in the live site

How do we renew the support for a year, we only see option to renew for 6 months. Please advise.
Hi there
There should be an option to choose between 6/12 months as explained in this help file -> http://bit.ly/1RIS2nj
If you are not seen that and because we are not in control of this, Envato manages it, please contact Envato here -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us

HI? there, when will U add custom post type with different style type display at front page? Now there only display with large, medium, Grid…with the same style type, it’s need more unique and flexible. thanks!
Hey @nexthere!
If this is a feature you would like to see added to Avada, please take the time to email your suggestion through to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be reviewed by our development team.

Ok I sent in a support ticket but I went to my ftp folder and seen this
class-wp-widget-links.php.suspected
The website I am working on now has two errors and I cannot even login to my wordpress backend. I am not going to post full fatal error syntax line because I do not want the URL posted.
Warning: require_once Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required
Something about wp-includes/default-widgets.php on line 14
What is going on here? I feel like the files in Avada alter themselves I didn’t do anything between yesterday and today. Please have support look at my ticket thanks.
*I resolved my issue by renaming file *
From class-wp-widget-links.php.suspected To class-wp-widget-links.php
But now I need an explanation in a reply to my support ticket, about why this class-wp-widget-links.php got renamed to class-wp-widget-links.php.suspected? I am not well versed in code or php at all and I am quickly losing my credibility, as a web designer (My client is raving mad) thanks to the Avada theme renaming php files randomly. Same thing happened with the 404 issue I was having. I may need to use another theme altogether.
Please everyone from Theme fusion who gives support please look into this and explain to me why file names keep getting altered for no reason? I love this theme but I haven’t had so many problems with a theme before this…..
Now “phpinfo.php” has been renamed to “phpinfophp.suspected” this is ridiculously.
Hey @iconward!
There are several things to note about the issue you’re having.
1. Avada doesn’t rename your files, that is coming from your server itself. 2. If the server is renaming the theme files, that is going to cause fatal errors because Avada is trying to load a file that no longer exists. 3. Have you had a look at the files that have been renamed to ”.suspected”? They are filled with malicious code.
Your server is acting correctly, detecting a malicious file and renaming it to .suspected. The issue is that there is a virus of some sort on your server that is infecting both your theme files and your WordPress files.
I will reply to your ticket now with the above information, however this issue isn’t something that is caused by your Avada theme files, so your host will also need to jump in and take a look at this for you.
Thanks!
Ryan
Well now I am getting this error. Hell of a theme. Never again!
“We’re sorry but Fusion Builder has timed out. It is most likely due to low PHP configurations on your server or a php error.” I tried getting rid of my php.ini. I tried reinstalling fusion core and was on the phone with my clients hosting company for three hours last night. I’m done….
Resolved my issue thanks

Hi, demo does not seem to be written in the site. ??https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/94279186/help/avada-2.jpg
Hey @oltuss!
Is that what you’re seeing on our live demo here?
http://avada.theme-fusion.com/forum/
The demo seems to be working fine on my end. Does this happen for you on any of the other demos?
Thanks!
Ryan
Hi there
Thank you for your reply, this won’t be an actual device issue. Can you let us know what OS (exact version) and browser version you are using on the 10” Netbook? That will help our developers more accurately emulate the issue
Thank you, MB
pre-order question 1: does this theme support custom post type? For page build and menu nav for instance? I would like to create a mega menu with custom post types. Question 2: is it possible to use this theme without the Fusion plugin that comes with it? This because Iam very familair with Visual Composer. Thanks
Hey @jboesh!
WordPress supports custom post types in the navigation menu, as long as it is enabled when the custom post type is created. Our page builder currently doesn’t support custom post types, but this is something we would like to introduce.
If you would like to see this feature added, please send your suggestions through to support@theme-fusion.com with “Avada Suggestion” in the title so that it can be taken into consideration by our development team.
You can use Visual Composer if you like. The Fusion Page Builder can be disabled via your Theme Options -> Advanced if you would like to remove it from the editor.
Thanks!
Ryan
Ref Google Maps and single posts
Am I right in thinking that your Google Maps functionality is limited to things like contact pages, or pages where the address is manually inserted?
I’m asking because what I need to be able to do is add a google map field to each of 1200 custom posts, each with its own address. I looked at the page source of your maps demo page and I can’t decide if it would be possible to copy the html and scripts into the single.php template and then add the address via php/custom fields.
I’m a little cautious because although your google maps pages are nice and quick, I’m not sure if they are usable in my case, and I’m not sure if adding another plugin just for the map would be a good idea (conflicts).
Your advice? Thanks
Hi there
To the contrary, Avada has an independent Google Map shortcode with a ton of options. You can add it anywhere, as often you wish. Please see this demo page dedicated to map shortcode -> http://bit.ly/1PPESm7
We will be delighted for you to join the largest theme community out there
Thank you, MB
Well, that’s exactly the page I looked at. I’m confused though as to how it would be usable on a custom single.php page for a custom post type. Maybe I didn’t explain myself properly…
Let’s say I have single-banks.php to display pages listing banks. I have a frontend form which asks for the various details I require (address included).
This frontend form cannot incorporate your google maps field for people to create their own maps (I have a specific form which deals with registration, post data and payment all in one form and I can’t add bits from avada to it without coding skills I don’t have). So the user adds an address in a simple text field, which is required anyway.
Each post will have about 20 fields and will be displayed on a customised single post page, not in a standard blog format.
I know I can use ‘do shortcode’ and paste a shortcode into the custom single page template but how can that shortcode include the address necessary to create the map? I can’t add php like if( get_field(‘catt_mobile’) ): to the shortcode, can I? Or can I?
I know I can create a dummy map on a page and then copy the page source to get the html and post that into the template, but looking at the page source for the page you linked to, it looks like it needs not just an address but also lat. and long. coordinates to work.
I’m sure I can manually create a map, adding an address to it in the backend, then post the shortcode of the saved map into a page, but to add it to a custom post type I need the address to be generated from user input automatically.
I looked through the theme docs, more than once, and I also did a morning-long google search but found surprisingly little relating to avada and custom post types, and nothing relating to adding maps to them in the way I need.
To reiterate, (how) can avada’s google maps be used to do what I have described above?
Many thanks!
Hey @brian7454!
Unfortunately it’s not going to be possible to use Avada’s Google Map shortcode that is tied to a form to set the address. So while you could add the shortcode to each of your posts and set the address manually, the form aspect of your request isn’t something that is built into Avada.
In most cases, this type of feature would require some customized code, however there may be a plugin out there that does what you’re after (Shouldn’t cause any conflicts). I haven’t used one personally, but I would recommend having a look through Google or asking over on the WordPress forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/
Thanks!
Ryan
That was what I thought. Yes, I know there are other plugins out there that do what I want. I was just hoping that as your plugin was said to work with custom posts that it meant a different map per page, not manual maps.
Thank you for your reply
