Hi, My website contains around 2000 products each category. If I click on the product page without categories selected, it loads in 3 seconds, but if I click on the product with categories selected, it takes more than 15 seconds to load. Please help me resolve the problem. Thank you very much.
I found the solution of it. I disabled “Show Prev/Next Products Links” , and it is working perfectly fine.

For anyone who is hosting your Magento shop web root in the pub folder, this template will not work without this fix. We created a symbolic link in the pub folder to the pub folder. Sounds crazy, but it works.
ln -s /path/to/magento/pub /path/to/magento/pub/pubNow our backend Proto Design settings work, and all javascript is working. It’s an easy temp fix until they get the theme’s static paths corrected with dynamic ones.
I spoke too soon. The databind to the cart count and the compare count in the header still isn’t working. I think this is a javascript dependency issue that’s already known and being worked on.
We had a solution for the js issue on Porto Magento 2. Could you pls send us your info details, i will help you check the problem

I was able to complete the following steps to install the template on Magento 2.0. 1. We recommend you to duplicate your live store on a development store and try installation on it in advance. 2. Backup magento files and the store database. Important!
It’s very important to backup all of themes and extensions in Magento before installation, especially when you are working on a live server. We strongly recommend you to do not omit this step. 3.Disable all cache related section that you have in your magento. 4. Upload the theme files.(refer Next Part Theme Files Upload) 5. Active SW Extensions, open command line in folder root of magento and run commands, php bin/magento setup:upgrade

Your re using “Etalage jQuery plugin” on the product-page to zoom the images. I choosed “Right Side Zoom” as Zoom Type on setting but it is not possible to display “etalage_magnifier” on product image.

Product View Tab Accordion Responsive
Instead of three options for Product view tab. It would have been better to have original feature of responsive tabs change to Accordion on mobile devices.

What improvements and features will this have since its taking such a long time?
In Magento, what we have now is that the breadcrumbs on individual product pages are always changing according to how the user has arrived at the page. For example, if user clicked all the way from top category to sub category and then to the product, the breadcrumbs would be something like “Home >> Top category >> Sub category >> Product”.
However if the user arrives at the product page directly, such as from Google queries, the breadcrumbs would simply be “Home >> Product”. And it is uncool to be like this.
It would definitely be a user experience improvement by adding categories in the breadcrumbs even when the user arrives at the page from Google. And it would definitely increase PV per visit because users will likely to click on parent categories in the breadcrumbs.
So is there any way to make it consistent and always show the categories path on product pages?

I purchased some other templates on themeforest, they have better suppport and a real support forum. I am not happy with your support.
Ones i asked you if you send email about the updates, i had to spend to much time till get an answer. This is just an exampel.
That’s why one purchasing is enough for one project.
