I have 2 problems with my contact page:
1. The map is not loading always. There is a random pattern when it is displayed and when it is not. I have disabled all plugins to test this behavior and made an exception in the cache plugin (never cache contact page) however this did not fix the issue.
2. I get a warning in the console window in the developer’s panel that says: Google Maps API warning: NoApiKeys https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#no-api-keys. Does it relate to the above problem?

I’ve tested your contact page, by doing several page refreshing and the map was always showing.
If you can record your screen while your map fails to load, that will help me see where is the issue. Also open the console to see any possible issues with JavaScript.
No worries about API key, that warning is shown but it won’t make map not showing, if you want to fix that, replace this file:

Hi thanx for the replacement file, i have downloaded and placed it in the child theme folder and it works fine.
However, i have somehow managed to solver the issue for all browser except edge and ie (try not to laugh – yes i need this working too). It looks like a plugin i am using called autoptimize is serving a js file badly in the page. So can you please let me know which js file is rendering the map so I can make an exception to it?

I thought Edge will be a better boy than IE, but they are basically the same.
The JS file that is used on contact page is this, so try to exclude this file from optimizing:

I’ve installed Visual Composer with your theme but it doesn’t seem to work. The VC interface shows but I’m not able to add any element. The console complains about “js:100You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors” and “frontend-editor.min.js?ver=4.9.2:7 Uncaught TypeError: _.template(...).trim is not a function”
These are the plugins I have installed (this is a development site):

Hi,
Turned out the problem was an incompatibility between Wordpress 4.5 and Visual Composer 4.9.2 (the one supplied with the theme). Downgrading Wordpress to the previous version (4.4.2) has solved the issue for the moment, but I guess the Visual Composer version included with the theme will be updated soon so Wordpress can also be updated, right?

We will update Aurum today, or at least on Monday to be 100% compatible with the latest version of Wordpress, we are on the final stage 
When the update it’s ready you will receive an email if you have enabled “Get notified by email if this item is updated” from your Downloads tab.
Then you can update your theme through Envato Toolkit Plugin.

Hi, I am having issues with the Visual Composer of the theme. It’s displaying the loading icon for a very long time and nothing on the site needs updates. I am trying to make edits to the homepage.

I should be, everything is up to date. I don’t see any notifications for any updates. WordPress 4.5, All All the plugins are up to date. I bought this theme last month. I haven’t updated the theme since purchase March 17.

I recently posted up a few questions but was told you can’t help unless I have a support subscription. The website belongs to a friend who hired a third party company to build it for her. The company bought your theme and provided me with a serial number for the purchase as I am now managing the site for them. I can’t see an option to buy the support separately, is this possible?

As I mentioned, the client did not buy the theme themselves, it was purchased for them by a separate company using their own account which I obviously don’t have access to. The company has provided me with the purchase serial because the client ultimately paid for it in the final invoice and is now moving the management of the site over to me. Is there some way to confirm ownership of the license so that we can access support?

I’ve got a problem: The cross (Add to cart) isn’t there if I activate the plugin “WooCommerce Germanized”. Is this a problem with the theme or the plugin? Unfortunately there isnt an alternative for the german market.

When I use the wishlist plugin with aurum theme as a not loged in user i can add products in the wishlist but i can not delete them. When I am a loged in user i can delete. I tried the plugin with an other theme and the problem does not exist. The problem appears if you try the aurum demo page too. I think that is a problem of the theme.. Thank you for purchasing the theme, I will answer your questions below:
1. I guess the main purpose of your purchase is to use Kalium for shop. So this is possible, if you want to change the color of coupon button. Just tell me how you want to style it and I will give you the proper CSS for that.
2. It depends on the changes you want to make, basically it should keep the same structure, you can change the colors, spacings and some positioning. This structure of cart derived from WooCommerce and we haven’t made changes on their recommended cart structure. However feel free to tell us what would you like to change and I will tell you if that is possible.
3. In which page do you want to set this button?
4. It happens sometimes that our server is overloaded with requests because many users try our theme. This should not happen to your side. We have 6000+ clients and there is less than 1% they have had speed issues, and even so, it was because of server configuration, not because of the theme.
5. Where do you want to add that banner. Can you please visualise it with a screenshot? You can upload screenshots on this site if you don’t know any other service.
6. No plugins are required to buy, we have included (bundled) premiums plugins such as: Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and Layer Slider as premium plugins, and other plugins from WordPress repository. Note that these plugins should not be purchased, we always provide update for them with our new theme releases.
7. Yes for sure, it is coded with SEO in mind and will work even with Yoast plugin to make it even more SEO optimized.

I’ve correctly installed the theme with no errors, and I’ve also installed the demo data, but it looks different on the header.
The area that includes the logo and the menu has a different background color and a height too wide for my needs.

I need to add more field from user_profile in the edit-profile page. How can I do that? Currently it shows only First & Last Name and email (plus password change fields). Sorry. I’m going to be more clear: I added custom fields to WP user meta and I see them from backend of WP (wp-admin area) when I update users’ profiles. I need users to do their own updates of those fields from their “my profile” page in woocommerce front-end.

Yes everything does work fine! What we want is to change the color of the round circle dot when the order is loading at the start. We have placed which dot we mean in the red square at the screenshot on the link we sent you. As you can see when the page loads the dot is purple. We want to change the CSS in order for it to be orange. Could you provide us with that CSS code please?
