I am deciding between Advada and X theme. Avada looks better but I build Buddypress sites. Do you have an estimated time when Buddypress styling will be added?

BuddyPress will work with Avada, and we support if any issues arise, however currently there is not design integration. We do have it on our list, but could not give an ETA for when that will be done. It is one of our high priorities though.

I’m wondering how to remove the word “portfolio” in the breadcrumbs which is displayed in a portfolio category.
In your manual and on the support website you state:
“If you just want to translate a word in the breadcrumbs see this help file as an alternative” https://theme-fusion.com/knowledgebase/how-to-translate-the-word-home-in-breadcrumbs/The problem is that I can’t find a line of code in custom-functions.php which is used to display the word “portfolio”
Where can I find this file or the code to change the way breadcrumbs look. Or to be more precise; how can I change or delete “portfolio” in the breadcrumbs?

I’ve noticed that the image in the related posts widget takes the whole size of the image in the article. As a result the pagespeed in the PageSpeed Insights by Google is affected. Is there a possibility to change this?

We have made a change to these images in the upcoming Avada 4.0 update. It will now use a thumbnail based on the site width and column width.
We’re hoping to get Avada 4.0 released in the coming days, not long left!

Quite a few of the elements on that site can be created with Avada, but as it’s a different theme there will always be things that are different. In those cases, you would need to customize Avada via a child theme or custom CSS.

Hi there, Support. I am not able to upload the Avada Theme to wordpress 4.4.2. I see from the other comments that it is working fine. When it gets to 99% A dialog box comes up say “Are you sure you want to do this?” and then my only option is to “Please try again”.
What am I missing?

Hello. I finally was able to somewhat finish my website but Im having problems with some small details. When you view my website via desktop everything loads great from beginning to end. However via Mobile its super slow even on Wifi at 100MBPS. The Main Header picture just stays idle for a long time. The second issue is my About Us Header page. On the desktop its a video but on mobile it should be a static picture. Ive uploaded the static picture and assigned it via Fusion Slider but the header content duplicates and I dont understand why? Can anyone help?

W3 Cache is not available to download according to wordpress due to security concerns.

By default, WPML will allow for the language switcher to be added to the WordPress menu and widget sections. The Avada header two sections for adding content. Will the AMP plugin work with Avada?

That particular plugin has not been tested with Avada therefore we can’t guarantee 100% compatibility. If anything does arise, we can check it but will most likely need to defer you to the plugin author.
Now saying that, our developers are looking at implementing the Google AMP project as a feature within Avada real soon

Hello. I’m using Media Library Assistant to auto list some pdf documents. I’d like to have these docs open in a separate window on click and am using the target_”blank” tag. When the page is rendered live, that tag is being stripped out and the docs open in the same window. I contacted MLA’s support team and they claim that Avada theme is stripping that tag out, and that there have been many complaints about it. Is this really what’s happening? Anyone know how I can get this solved?
