1. I disabled sticky header on mobile, altough it keeps enabled (Type 10 header). I do have the “regular” Sticky header enabled. How can i fix this.
2. The search icon disappears/become invisible when I make the browser screen smaller, or when I use an mobile phone or tablet. I can activate it though by “blind clicking”: http://snag.gy/lYjVE.jpg and http://snag.gy/cvDN0.jpg What do I need to change to make it visible again?

All of a sudden the navbar is missing – http://www.saffroncup.com/. Also, sometimes on reload the main slider does not show.
Also, the chosen google font is not being used even though its showing in the inspect element. Why is that? I flushed the cache and also disabled the caches but no luck. Please help.
Also, oddly the menu is showing on the login page – http://www.saffroncup.com/customer/account/login/
Basically, no change in settings or design are being reflected on the website!

I’m facing two problems while using the theme in the RTL mode: 1- the mega menu is not working fine on mobile, as it’s flicking and won’t open at the end. 2- in the product details , the thousand separator in the price appears after two digits only not three.
please note that all these issues are not happening in the English version.

We just purchased the theme and have ver. 2.1.0. We’ve had several issues with xml files pointing to the Magento Framework xsd files via ’../../../../../../../lib/internal/Magento/Framework’. This is incorrect path, especially since our store is using the /pub/index.php bootloader. We’ve modified them to ‘urn:magento:framework’ ,and had a bit of success. We’ve also had to modify some php files that were pointing to /pub/media, which is incorrect when you’re site is using the /pub/index.php bootloader. We need the theme fixed please.

Hello, I still have issues to migrate from Zonda to Porto. Both themes are coming from you and there is no seamless migration between those 2 themes. Porto is not working at all due to this conflict with another of your themes and I am very unhappy. I look forward to get it solved. Thank you

Hi guys, This is a real disappointment. I am a recurring customer I purchased Zonda and now Porto and the result is no support. This ticket has been opened last week since the nothing moves. No explantation how to solve the issue, No feedback. Just nothing. So time is for conclusion and refund. It’s time to refund. I wasted my time too much waiting a solution that has never happened. You prefer to focus on one shot customers and do not are about recurring ones, this is your choice, be sure I will relay that information to anyone!
TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. If you have purchased another theme from SW Theme like myself, you might have some issues during the installation. I contacted SW Theme support and during last week NO effective SUPPORT. Think twice before re-order from that company. Due to the lack of support and the non working Porto theme, it’s time to stop with SW-Theme

im working for my client, and trying to install this theme for magento 2, uploaded files, run magento:upgrade, and all look ok, cache disableb, i see some new menu available in magento admin, but i dont see theme name in design tab, also this error === frontend -> Smartwave/porto -> en_US === Unable to load theme by specified key: ‘Smartwave/porto’>, for Gods sake this theme cost 99 usd, could you please give me some idea? or i will lose my customer…
all blocks and pages imported ok, i see them, but i dont see and can not select the theme package in Stores > Design > Design Theme
Did you upload all of the theme files correctly? It happens, when missing some files to upload.

ok, the issue was production mode, when changed to developer it works now.
Hi there. Having plenty of little issues with this theme in Magento 2. I have a support ticket with you regarding a js issue that’s still awaiting reply. It would be helpful if the documentation were to cover how to set up the site using a child theme, so that people like myself who have already paid for this theme in its present state can customise parts of the theme such as image assets without worrying about losing their changes once the theme is updated to a less buggy version.

Building Magento theme on Magento 2 is such a difficult challenge for every developer at this time. We till working hard to complete Porto and solve important js issues asap. Hope you can understand that!

I appreciate that developing for Magento 2 is a challenge. This challenge is the reason why many developers have not yet released or started charging for their Magento 2 products. The fact that you are charging for your product means that the product should be functional and usable in a live site.
No, your reply does not help. It doesn’t appear that you properly read my message. CSS customisation is not sufficient to customise elements such as the image assets I mentioned. It is also insufficient to modify XML and HTML for page layouts and content. On top of this, modifying a CSS file is a poor way to overwrite CSS that Magento compiles from LESS files.
Regarding this statement: “In regards to Child-Theme, We’re also not experienced in creating child theme for magneto 2.0 yet.” The following is stated on the Item page: >Version 2.1.0 (2/6/2016) >Updated: – Added example porto_child theme.(Magento 2.x) Is it accurate then for me to say that you have included an example child theme and noted it above as a feature, but can offer no input as to how it would ever be used correctly with its parent? What then is the point of including the child theme? Given that all users will need to upgrade the parent theme to get it operational once js issues are resolved, I’d have thought that properly documenting how to apply your individual site customisations and tweaks to the child would be the only way the theme could actually be used in a live site at this present time.
Its also worth noting that I purchased a theme from you which is listed as compatible with Magento 2. I did not sign up for a free Beta version of a theme later to be released. I purchased an item described as usable in its present state. If your theme is not presently offering the functionality it promises then it is incomplete or faulty and you should not yet be offering it for sale. The fact that I have paid you for a product prevents you from excusing these issues as something to be patient about. The current version of Magento was released January 28th, meaning this has been an unresolved issue for at least two months. The fact that in my ticket you additionally ignored my suggestion that you extend the period of support for users putting up with this issue adds insult to this.

Hello, i have some trouble finding some translations in your theme for checkout i collected phrases but i cannot find it anywhere and it also wouldn’t translate, however it really needs to be translated. When i go to checkout i see a form wich asks me for my data this however is translated, when i see above this list i see in a circle, Shipping and the second next to it Review and Payments, when i click next when i select a payment option theres a radiobox with the phrase: My billing and shipping address are the same. and information on my data with the phrase: Ship To. On the left side under the order information.
What i need translated are: Shipping, Review and Payments, My billing and shipping addres are the same, Ship To.

My client bought the Porto theme b/c we thought it was ready for Magento 2.0.2, but it does not seem to be. How long will it be before it’s compatible? We would like to migrate to the newest version in the next 2 – 3 weeks.
Porto theme ver 2.1.0 is compatible with Magento 2.0.2. Please check it agian.
